"That was a 'thank you' for helping me," Youngji said.
Shownu smiled and looked at the girl in front of him.
"Aren't you gonnna leave?" She asked again.
"I still have time to spare."
"But you're done, you should go," she said.
He rested his head on the table and looked at her.
"Don't chase me away, I'll be hurt"
She ignored him.
He thought for a moment and took her phone.
"What are you doing?"
He said nothing as he pulled out his phone and exchanged both their numbers.
After a pause, he handed it back to her. "Don't go to the gym alone at night. Just tell me, I'll go with you."
She stared at him weirdly.
"Promise?" he asked.
She sighed. What am I, a three year old?
But she knew he wasn't going to leave unless she agreed, so she nodded.
"Okay," she said.
His face lit up with a smile.
"Jinah unnie!" Youngji ran up to Nana and gave her a hug.
"You seem much brighter, Youngji-ah," Nana said, smiling. "Do you have good news?"
"Ne! How did you guess? I'm gonna be starring in a drama soon!"
"Oh wow, that's great!"
"I can become an actress like you unnie!"
Nana laughed. "I'm not really that good yet, but you can try asking Joon oppa if you need help"
"Okay! Unnie, what about the drama you did? Is it coming out yet?"
"It's airing next week. Are you gonna watch it?"
"Ne, of course! I like the plot- seems like there'll be lots of action involved," Youngji said.
Nana nodded. "Yup, that's why I took it on." Then she laughed. "I remember your face when you heard that the title was 'The Good Wife'. You looked horrified!"
