Daesung wait patiently together with Hyunseung in next morning. They even can't sleep properly because of nervous for result from the operation last day. They stand up hurrily when saw Seungri open his eyes and open his mouth slowly. " wa...ter Hyung " Seungri ask weakly and sip the water after Hyunseung help him to drink it. " thank you Hyung " Seungri laid back on the bed to take some rest. " Hyung when I can go home? Hyunseung Hyung, Daesung Hyung. When can I go home? I want go home " Seungri whine weakly with his weak voice make Daesung and Hyunseung become so worry. " wait awhile Ri. Let you become more heathly a bit OK? Stay here awhile " Daesung soothing Seungri that keep whining and its also make Daesung caress his hair. " don't worry Ri. Until you get ready enough to tell this secret, I will keep the secret. I will not tell your Hyung " Hyunseung hold Seungri hand . His hand So cold like ice. " do you want eat Ri? " Daesung ask and hope Seungri will answer yes. " just buy it Hyung. I don't care. I also so feel so hungry Hyung " Seungri answer shortly and smile bitterly.

After eat the lunch, he eat the medicine that nurse left for check Seungri up before lunch just now. Seungri look sadly at the medicine before put it in his mouth. " I really hope soon I can be heathly and stop eat this things Hyung. I hate this things as you know Hyung " Seungri said sadly and look at window. Daesung walk out from the room for answer the call make Seungri feel worry. " why Hyung? What happen? " Seungri ask woriedly after Daesung walk in to the room. " our Jiyong Hyung Ri he got into accident yesterday and he is here Ri! " Daesung said while crying. " acc...ident Hyung? " slowly Seungri cry after hear the news that his Jiyong Hyung got into accident. " Seunghyun Hyung said he not that bad. Be patient OK? " Seungri try to calm himself because hear those shock news after done his transplant operation. He really worry now his heartbeat going faster until he can't breath properly. " Ri? Ya! Breath Ri calm. Daesung ah call  Doctor Kim now! " Hyunseung try hard to calm Seungri that suddenly choked his breath. Hyunseung to calm Seungri but he doesn't show any good sign yo be calm after Doctor Kim walk in, she hurrily inject Seungri with a sleeping injection. 

" Doctor Kim why with him. He alright right? " Daesung just asking panicly after Seungri start being calm and slowly limp because the effect from sleeping injection. " he got panic attack Hyunseung and Daesung. May I know why? What he hear until he shocked like that? " Doctor Kim ask worriedly and hoping they will answer them. " our Hyung got into accident Doctor. And it's his favourite Hyung Doctor. He keep asking me to bring him there but I said to rest first then he start panic thinking about the Hyung condition. He being hospitalize here Doctor just I didn't meet them yet " Daesung said and bow his head. " then go meet them first, I and Hyunseung will take care him here. OK? Check his condition then tell your maknae how his favourite Hyung to him OK? " Doctor Kim pat Daesung shoulder and Daesung just nodded his head and excuse to Jiyong room. " Doctor, how Shaelin now? She's alright? " Doctor Kim nodded her head answer Hyunseung question. " why? You want meet her? He he Flirty boy~~ " Doctor Kim tease Hyunseung make Hyunseung laughing. " aigoo Doctor. I just miss her, she only our friend " Doctor Kim just smile after Hyunseung answer like that. " OK OK I get it Hyunseung ya. I walk out first OK. Want to go eat awhile. Tata " doctor Kim wave her hand and walk out from the room. 

" Seunghyun Hyung, Youngbae Hyung. How Jiyong Hyung he's alright? " Daesung approach them after arrive at the room. " he alright but he just not wake up yet. Daesung ya, where Seungri why he not with you? " Youngbae answer him ask Daesung about Seungri since he the one who with Seungri all the time. " Err, he. . He got sick Hyung he at Hyunseung Hyung house. Rest. I'm sorry Hyung " Daesung stutter and suddenly bow make Youngbae and Seunghyun weird because he also apologize before bow. " why you bow and apologize? What wrong? Are you alright Dae? " Seunghyun ask worried and stare at Daesung. " Jiyong Hyung awaked! " Daesung skip the question because he don't want to caught red handed about Seungri. He skip by seeing Jiyong wake up from sleeping. " Jiyong, you wake up? " Seunghyun ask him and hold his hand. " Hyung, where am I? " Jiyong ask weirdly and look at his hands and try to wake up but his head feel so hurt make him put his body down again. " hospital Ji, you got into accident. Don't you remember? " Youngbae ask and just make Jiyong become blank awhile. " is OK Ji, rest don't froce yourself to remember it. Your head still hurting right? Here drink some water. Now sleep back Ji. Take some rest " Seunghyun help him drink some water and laid him back on the bed after help him drink water. " err, Hyung I have to go now Hyung. I have work to solve. I'm sorry " Daesung said avoid to see Seunghyun, Youngbae and Jiyong. " to where Dae? Your Jiyong Hyung sick now. Stay here " Seunghyun stop him. " Hyung it's really important Hyung. I'm so sorry I got to go " Daesung just leave like that even he know what he done is very rude to the Hyung that the one that always take care of him. But if he stay there to long, poor Hyunseung have to accompany Seungri alone. He just can't do anything he must to fight with his Hyung awhile. But without he knowing that Youngbae decide to follow him after he walk out from Jiyong room. Youngbae silently follow Daesung until he reach Seungri room. After Daesung get inside the room, Youngbae slowly look into the window at the door to see whom in that room. But he feel so shocked when he saw there is their maknae there and it's at Cancer treatment place in that hospital. " Seungri ya... " Youngbae stutter Seungri name sadly while keep looking at the window to see his maknae.
