About me:
My measurements are (in inches) 35-25-34.5 and I want to achieve 40-20-40 if that is possible XD
My leg measurements are (in cm) 49-34-23 and I want to achieve 50-30-20 (the golden ratio lol)
I am around 103 lbs, since I last checked.
My goal is to look like Sunny lol cuz she is #goalz

I am doing this to be healthy and to one day look in the mirror and be happy with what I see.
In order to control what I eat, I use the Lifesum app. I can see how many calories I am eating. Of course, calories aren't everything, but things to be aware of is that even if you are eating healthy foods, they have calories, so EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.
I love fruits and vegetables, so I ought to eat them more often XD I will take care of my digestive system with YOGA! That way, it is easier to get rid of waste and to lose weight.
Ok, guys, let's get into it. You set your own goals, now it's time to achieve them. Do you know what you want to do? That's great!
If you want to follow me in my journey, let's do it together! I have been on different diets and fitness routines since January, and we may have different results in different times because we are different people. But it's always fun to work with other people, right? Let's go! :D
