Girl's Day is my life 😍😍😍😍

So, I gotta talk about weight loss and stuff cuz yeah :P

So, I went to the doctor yesterday, and I found out I am 108.4 pounds!!! (I also found out I am 5'2 1/2"! I grew an inch since like last year! What

I know there must be three reasons for this.

  1. When I weighed myself on May 1, I wore only a shirt and pants. Yesterday, I wore another shirt over my tshirt, and that adds extra weight
  2. When I weighed myself on May 1, I had just used the bathroom. Yesterday, I didn't go until i got home (lol, that is bad for the bladder and kidneys)
  3. And, last, I had finals which discouraged me and i ate a bunch of junk :')

Yep, I think the last is the most obvious lol.

I know I gained more weight, too, because my legs are thicker, and my torso too lol.

BUT my legs have more muscle... even though I don't want my calves that thick lol XD

So, even if you are thinking about losing weight, think more about losing fat because, some people gain weight but look healthier than before.

So, I am not that bothered by the weight. lol I'm bothered by how thick i got (ok, not too thick) but I do not want my calves to be as thick as my thighs :P

 That doesn't even make sense what

Also, this is just me, please don't feel bothered if you weigh more. Like I said, it's not the weight I'm bothered by, but more like how my body changed (like my legs) Weight is only a number. It shouldn't determine how we feel. Instead, we should focus on our health.

Oh! Also, I grew an inch since last year! Yayyyyy

Speaking of thick calves, I think I should switch out the leg video in the morning workout for another because there is not doubt my calves will get thick with that workout lol

Do I want a body like a pop star? So, then do I want to be a stick with hair hanging off of it? No.
