#goalzI don't have much to talk about today, to be honest. lol
Well, some of the playlists are pretty long. But that's okay. If you want to do all of the vids, you can. If you can't, that's alright. I most likely won't because of time, but if you have time to spare and you want to workout longer, go for it. But my arms and shoulders can't take a whole lot lol :P
So tonight, we'll be focusing on our chest and hips! (or, s and , lol) These are two parts of the body that really express our feminimity, right?

I hope that you guys are having fun :D Exercise can increase happiness and reduce depression, and I hope it helps with that. If it hurts physically or mentally, maybe do less so that it gets better. :)
