I Choose Her
FEARBom didn't look at me during first block. I tried to catch her attention, but she completely ignored me. After first block, she hurriedly ran out before I had the chance to talk to her And that pained me.
I didn't see her after that, not until after school. She was walking off, her backpack slung over her shoulder, with one hand holding the right strap of it.
“Bom," I shouted, hoping she'd turn around.
She didn't. She didn't turn around, or slow down. Instead, if anything, she began walking faster away from me.
"Bom, why you walking away from me?" I ran up to catch her, grabbing her hand softly. "Park Bom?"
She didn't say anything, her eyes glued to the tops of her Converse. And then, I realized why. She thought I had chosen you over her. She thought I had crawled back to you the way I told her I would a few months ago.
She thought I was saying goodbye to her and not you.
"Bom?" I whispered, not letting go of her hand. "Baby, look at me." She didn't budge; didn't turn around to face me.
I let go of her hand, gently grabbing her shoulders, turning her so that she was facing me. She kept her eyes glued to her shoes. I put my hand under her chin, lifting her head so that that my eyes met hers.
"Is this the part where we say goodbye?" she whispered, "Where you break things off even before they've even begun?"
I knew it; I knew she thought I had chosen you over her. But I never would, and she didn't know that. She didn't know that if I had to choose between you and her again, I would choose her within a heartbeat

Hell, I would go through all of this again just to be with her. I would live through a
