He looked at his watch.  Almost 8pm.  Just on time.  He smiled.   He was looking forward to tonight.  He had found the perfect present and couldn't wait to show it to him.  Placing the little gift box into his jacket pocket, he noticed small stains on the front of his white shirt.  How careless, he thought as he pulled out his handkerchief and wiped it as best as he could, finally deciding to just button up his jacket to cover it up.

He waited and waited.  Half an hour had gone by and he was getting worried.  He had made several calls but all of them were left unanswered.  Where are you, Woohyun?  he thought as he took out the gift box and clutched it tight. 

"You promised you would be here even if the world collapsed!" He shouted out.

"I always keep my promises, Sunggyu."  A voice answered.

"Woohyun!"  He turned eagerly to the direction of the voice.  "What took you so-"  He could not finish the question as his eyes caught sight of the man he loved.

Woohyun smiled despite the pain he was in.  He tried to wipe the blood that trickled down the side of his mouth.  With his other hand, he was clutching his stomach trying to stop the blood flowing down, leaving a trail behind him as he staggered towards Sunggyu.  Breathing was getting difficult with each step.

Sunggyu could not move, could not utter a sound as he saw Woohyun covered in blood.  The gift box dropped from his hand and fell onto the ground revealing two couple rings.

"No!' he cried as he shook his head in disbelief at the sight of Woohyun.  "It can't be!"

He ran over to Woohyun and caught him just as Woohyun collapsed to the ground.
