He's gone
Pareballes“So, Jin is late today?” Jinsol asked, pretending that her heart didn’t feel disappointed. Did he regret confessing?
“Yeah, he’s never late th-” Jinsol turned around as soon as a third voice was heard.
“Has Jin come here?” he asked.
Jinsol opened her eyes in surprise. That was the boy from the bus, how did he know Jin?
“I was just telling Jin’s friend that he’s late,” the barista replied.
Only when she was labeled as Jin’s friend, Namjoon bothered to look at her. He hated himself for recognizing her. She was the girl from yesterday.
But it wasn’t the time to act all cool and stuff. He grabbed her wrist and led her out.
“LET ME GO. IT HURTS. OUCH. IT HU–” abruptly, Namjoon let go. It only caused her more pain.
“Do you know where Jin is?” more than a question, it felt like he was demanding her to give him an answer that she didn’t know.
“N-n-no…” Jinsol stuttered her words. How was Jinsol supposed to know that?
“Of course you don’t,” he let out a deep breath before heading back home.
Everyone, except for Jungkook, was sitting in the living room. They were waiting for Jin’s parents to call, they had strictly told all of the boys not to leave the house, and instead wait for a call or for Jin, if it was the case. The police was already looking for him, since Jin’s parents were actually important people, and they were trying to track the mother’s phone.
They all stayed there until it was time to pick up Jungkook from school. Namjoon opened the door as he was about to leave, only to find a shy girl standing there.
“What the-” Namjoon knew her. She was Jin’s friend.
“Is something wrong with Jin?” she asked.
How did she…? Did that clueless girl follow Namjoon? Did she freaking walk around the neighborhood wearing a skirt? She actually waited for like six hours at the door? She was a case. She couldn’t be normal. She couldn’t have been there for so long without being intimidated by someone.
Namjoon tried to ignore her, but she kept sticking
