Sooryun returned back to school normally with Su min the next day. On the way there, she bumped into BTS and VIXX

The 15 of them headed to school together, joking and playing around on their way there.

When they entered the gates, almost everyone was staring at the group curiously. The students started whispering at how close the boys are to the school's ‘’

“I bet she slept with at least half of them, maybe more”

“I think she did sleep with all of them, including her ‘brother’”

“They don’t even look alike. Brother my ”

“I don’t get what Jimin sees in her”

Honestly, those words hurt Sooryun, a lot. But she just continued smiling and talking with Su min.

The boys heard them too, and they kept looking out for Sooryun with a frown on their faces, obviously irritated

“She and Ravi weren’t in school yesterday. I think they hit it off”

Ravi’s frown deepened and he looked at his sister’s, whose hands are clenched tightly. Su min gave Ravi a look and he nodded.

He saw a nearby empty table and smacked it, making everyone turn and look at him.

Sooryun casted a worried glance to Ravi and mouthed to him not to do anything stupid but it was slightly too late.

“That girl you guys are calling a ” Ravi said, pointing at Sooryun, who gripped Su min’s hand tightly

“Is my sister. She has been through a lot, and all I want to do is graduate peacefully with her by my side” Ravi exclaimed. Sooryun teared up slightly and looked down.

“You guys know nothing about the history between me and her! You guys barely even know her. If she was that terrible, I would not even chase after her” Ravi said angrily

VIXX nodded with a frown and BTS surrounded the 2 girls as protection. The whole foyer was quiet and Ravi shook his head

“Next time you want to gossip about my sister or my friends which now includes BTS, think properly or you guys are in big trouble” with that said, they began walking to class

The students there stood still, before slowly heading to class, muttering complaints about the incident earlier

They all dropped by the sophomore’s class to send Sooryun. Sooryun still had tears in her eyes, touched by what her brother just did

“I’m sorry Yunnie, I was just so angry I know you don’t li-“

“Thank you oppa, thank you so so much” Sooryun gave Ravi a big hug and he patted her back lightly.

“I told you, they’ll get into trouble if they mess with you. From now onwards, don’t hesitate to tell me stuff okay?” Ravi smiled and Sooryun nodded.

After knowing that Sooryun was fine, the others left, leaving Sooryun with Taehyung, Hongbin and Jimin

Taehyung and Hongbin were having their own conversation, so that leaves Sooryun and Jimin together.

“S-Sooryun?” Jimin mentally face-palmed himself for stuttering.

Sooryun hummed and looked at him, giving him a small smile. Jimin gulped slightly and looked down, suddenly not having the confidence to say anything

Sooryun saw that and giggled, shaking her head. She pushed his head up so Jimin was meeting her eyes.

“Come on, you can say stuff so easily while we’re texting but you immediately lose confidence when I’m in front of you

I thought we already went for a friendly hang” Sooryun joked and Jimin blushed slightly with a smile.

“Uh that’s what I wanted to ask. My parents are having a party this Sunday and everyone, including me, needs to bring a date. I was w-wondering if yo-you co-“

“You want me to be your date to your parent’s party?” Sooryun finished up and Jimin nodded with a shy smile.

Sooryun giggled and shook her head at how silly Jimin was being. Seeing her shake her head, Jimin thought Sooryun didn’t want to be his date and pouted.

“Its okay if you don’t want to, I’ll ju-“

“Who said I didn’t want to?” Sooryun laughed and Jimin looked at her confusedly. Sooryun smiled and bumped his head.

“I would love to be your date at your parent’s party this weekend” Sooryun giggled and Jimin cheered.

Taehyung stopped his conversation with Hongbin for a moment to give him a judgemental look, before resuming the talk

Sooryun laughed at the 2 and shook her head.

*They’re so immature sometimes* Sooryun thought and bumped Jimin’s head again. Jimin pouted but Sooryun just giggled

Before Jimin could get revenge, the teacher came in and interrupted them. Pouting, Jimin gave a ‘I’ll get you eventually’ look and Sooryun just stuck out her tongue.

Smiling, he turned to the teacher and started writing notes for the lesson

After class, they all met up in the canteen. They occupied one whole row and began eating, talking and laughing together

People were wondering how the two groups, VIXX the cool one and BTS the nerdy one, got together when they ‘hated’ each other just a few days before.

“Sooryun, angry ex at 3 o clock” Su min teased and Sooryun looked up to see Suho glaring at her table, his friends behind him not looking so happy.

Sooryun just rolled her eyes and Su min laughed and Suho’s offended look

“Oh he’s coming” Su min muttered and Sooryun looked at Suho who was heading towards her table with his friends.

She just looked at the boys for help and Ravi gave her a signal to calm down.

When Suho reached her table, he placed his hands down firmly, loud enough for the almost half the canteen to hear and look at them

*Damn it Suho, you know how I hate attention* Sooryun scolded him in her mind and gave Suho a glare. Suho just chuckled and gripped onto Sooryun’s hands. Sooryun winced slightly

“Well look here, its Ms Kim and her boys. So did you sleep with all of them yet? I won’t count your brother unless, you’re in to those things

I wouldn’t know right? After all we only tried everything but since we’re not blood related, unless you want to try it” Suho insulted

Sooryun suddenly felt and embarrassed. She looked down, tears threatening to fall

“Shut up Suho. You’re exaggerating. I told you I stopped” Sooryun muttered and Suho just chuckled and held her face. BTS and VIXX stood up, wanting to defend Sooryun when s pulled them back

“What? I told you honey, once a , always a . There’s no stopping. You’ll beg for me, I assure you PRINCESS” Suho released Sooryun’s face and head harshly and Su min caught and hugged her.

Ravi kicked Chen in the groin and managed to grip onto Suho before he walked away. He punched the guy harshly until Suho knocked against a wall, groaning

“I warned you, not to talk to my sister like that. If I ever, ever hear or see you near her again, I will make sure I’ll send you to hell with my own hands” Ravi spat angrily

s wanted to attack them, but Suho just gave Ravi a smirk and shook his head

“She’ll be mine one day, and you’ll call me your brother-in-law. So look out” with a small wave, Suho exited the canteen with his friends.

Ravi kicked a wall in frustration and VIXX went ahead to coax him while BTS checked Sooryun’s condition

Once they were sure the siblings were okay, they headed to class slowly since they lost their appetite from the scene earlier

Sooryun was quiet all the way while the boys were trying to cheer her up. Su min frowned and looked at Sooryun sadly.

*Why can’t they just leave her alone? She’s changing* Su min pouted

“Yunnie stop zoning out come on. He’s not even worth your time” Su min scolded and Sooryun just nodded her head numbly

“Seriously Sooryun, when are you going to let him get into your head? He’s no o-“

“I just can’t forget okay? No matter how many times you guys tell me I’m not a its already embedded in my head and proved to be real. Its pointless” Sooryun fought back

Jimin frowned unhappily and held onto Sooryun’s hands, who struggled to get away.

“Let g-”

“Despite all that, I still had a crush on you. Despite all that, I still saw the value you had even when your brother didn’t

Whatever he said wasn’t true. Yes you and I did sleep together but I want you to know that, my feelings for you were still the same even before we did that” Jimin confessed, clearly.

Sooryun stopped struggling and looked away. Jimin still felt like he wanted to say more, so he did

“I love you Kim Sooryun, I really do. The day we slept together I thought we could start something special and being friends, just friends already made me happy

What more if you were mine? I want you to see the value in yourself Sooryun. Please, let me, let me love you” everyone kept still and silent when they heard Jimin confess

The groups and Su min prayed hard Sooryun would say okay

Meanwhile, half of Sooryun wanted to hug Jimin and let him love her while the other half said not to, that he was to pure for a tainted girl like her

Confused, angry and upset, Sooryun shook Jimin’s hands off her and ran away. The boys wanted to chase after her but Jimin just stopped them, sadly

“Its okay, she doesn’t feel the same way. I’m just pushing her too fast” Jimin looked down sadly and Su min patted his back comfortingly

“She feels the same way, trust me. She just needs more time. You know how she is” Su min comforted him and BTS and VIXX nodded

“When we were young, she used to reject lollipops guys give her because she wasn’t ready” Ravi joked, trying to cheer Jimin up

Luckily, Jimin smiled and chuckled at his crush’s silly behaviour. They lightened up slightly and gave Jimin a pat on the back

“Don’t worry so much, we all root for you and Sooryun to be a couple, even the overprotective brother” Ken joked and Ravi smacked his arm

They all laughed and gasped when they heard the bell ring. With widened eyes, they all bid goodbye to each other hurriedly and rushed to class

Once school was over, they met again. Sooryun had apparently ditched class but Ravi told them to leave her alone and let her think

“How about we play some basketball?” Yoongie suggested and they all agreed so the 13 of them headed to the basketball court

“Oh yeah I just realised, where’s Hongbin?” N asked and looked around.

“Hongbin hyung said he wasn’t feeling so well so he went home after class” Taehyung explained and N nodded

“He probably wouldn’t want us to check up on him anyways. He’s likes to be alone when he’s sick” Ken made a face and they laughed

“Since there’s only 12 boys, 6 vs 6?” Namjoon suggested and the guys nodded. Su min sat on the benches and helped the guys take care of their bags

“We’re short of one though. I want Jimin over here” Ravi said and BTS groaned.

“No he’s our best member” Jungkook complained and VIXX laughed

“That makes it better” N laughed and they gathered at the centre of the court. N and Namjoon were at the centre and they started the game

Hongbin’s POV

After school, I told Taehyung and Jimin that I wasn’t feeling well and headed off to go find Sooryun

At first when I knew of what she became, I refused to believe Ravi. I even punched him for saying those words to her.

But first, let me tell you guys who I really am to Sooryun. I’m her childhood lover, and she was mine. I love her even before Jimin met her

We promised to marry each other, typical childhood lover talk, but when I found out she remembered nothing about us, my heart ached

I blamed Ravi, blamed his dad. I blamed everyone but I knew, it was too late.

Su min and the rest of VIXX were lost in Sooryun’s memories. She doesn’t remember us and the fun times we had together. She only remembers Ravi and the hurtful words he said to her

*Jimin why do you have to get in my way?* Honestly, I couldn’t help but envy Jimin. I can see how Sooryun looks at him, she likes him and I know its too late for me…

I sighed and just continue to search for Sooryun at the place Ravi found her at. Its our favourite playground, our ‘marriage house’.

“What are you doing here?” I turned to see Sooryun sitting on one of the slides. I looked down and suddenly forgot whatever I wanted to say

“If you’re going to convince me to accept his conf-“

“Whatever Suho said, just forget it okay? He wants you to be with him, to be his play toy again. The boys and Su min are here to prove to you you’re valuable

I hope you give Jimin a chance, because he’s not the only one who saw the value to love you despite what you did” I explained.

I wanted her to know that I still had feelings for her, despite her not remembering me. Despite her current status, that not only Jimin loves her

Sooryun only frowned and shook her head

“My brother doesn’t cou-“

“I never said it was your brother, nor do I mean Su min as your sisterly best friend. I meant someone, other than Jimin, loves you as a woman

If we’re able to look past your status, you should too. It took Jimin a lot of courage, so you need some more too” After saying that, I went off

I didn’t mean to give her a lecture about life or anything, but as someone who is willing to give the person he loves to another guy, I thought it’s the best

I’ll be hurt, a lot, but Jimin looks like a better person who could protect Sooryun’s feelings better.

*Jimin, if you screw up I won’t hesitate to get her back in my arms* I thought and made my way home

When I arrived, I saw the house lights still off so I’m guessing they’re still hanging around with BTS

I just ate some instant ramen, took a quick shower and started on my homework. Before I knew it, I was done when I heard the door open and my friend’s noisy laughs

“Hey Hongbin you feeling better?” N hyung peeked in and I just gave him a smile and nodded my head.

He checked my forehead real quick and told me to get some rest before exiting my room. The rest of them did check in with me a few times but I just told them I was fine

When Ravi came in, I put on my serious face and he knew I was in for some talk so he locked the door and sat on Ken’s bed.

“I talked with Sooryun today” Ravi nodded slightly and motioned me to go on

“I thought, I would give Jimin a try. I’m giving up on Sooryun, for now” I said and Ravi looked at me with wide eyes

“But you’ve waited for her for so long. Why would you give her up so fast?” Ravi asked and I just looked away

“She loves him Ravi. Its obvious that she’s in love with him and she doesn’t even remember me. The chances are low” I explained and Ravi just sighed

“Its not too
