Chapter 4

  A Night to Remember       C.S Entertainment  Los Angeles, USA   It's been a week since I've flew to this country for some business trip. A week since I've last seen her beautiful face. A week since she made me hang up and frustrated by her y innuendo.   Whenever I close my eyes, I am always startled by the sudden y image that will flash in my mind. The way she seductively dance, her long brown hair, the small waist that perfectly fits in my arms, the y deep voice of hers, the sweet and alluring scent of her body and the warm kiss that she left on my cheek.   I've met a lot of y and drop dead gorgeous women in my life before. There was some famous actresses like Go Ara, Song Ji Hyo,  Park Shin Hye, to model like beauties of Liu Wen, Shin MinAh, female popular idols like Bang MinAh, Lee Hyori, SunMi and even daughters of rich businessmen and politicians. But there is something different about her. She looks like a light that attracts moths like him but as soon as they touch her they'll die in an instance. 'That's y and adventurous.'   "Mr. Choi?"   'What the? She knows my name?'   "Mr. Choi?"   'Again?', this is getting interesting.    "Mr. Choi?"   I open my eyes and sees Mr. Lee looking at me intensively. He pulls his hand away from my shoulder and coughs.   "What?", I grit my teeth in frustration since he interrupted my wild thoughts.   He gulps down before whispering. "You're in a meeting sir."   My eyes widen in shock and sit up straight. I found the foreign investors and the board members looking at me worriedly while some are glaring.   "Did I say something out loud?", I stare at him and when he nodded his head I felt my world collapse.   'Shoot me please.'     Lee Mansion Gangnam, South Korea     I still can't believe it. Why did my parents agreed to this ridiculous plan? Why did they choose that freaking ugly guy as my marriage partner? Of all the people in the world why him?   I groan in frustration after remembering the dinner that happened yesterday. The dinner that made me hate my parents more than I should have. A freaking simple dinner that turned out to be a dinner meeting of the Kangs and the Lees.   My parents don't know about our past. The painful past that was inflicted by him and made me traumatized not to fall in love with guys.     It was year 2009, during my sixteenth birthday and the day when I first release my first very successful directed MV. A lot of press people and MV critics praise the MV of the newly debuted group 21. I was really happy and excited to tell my boyfriend about it that I went to his school without telling him.   I asked some people about his whereabouts and told me that they last saw him with his friends in the music room. I happily skipped my way to the room to where he is when I heard him talking with his friends. I don't want to interrupt them but it wasn't also my intention to eavesdrop. I was about to walk away when I heard one of his friend say my name.   "So how are you and Sunkyu?", a friend of his asks.   "Doing good bro.", I can sense that he's smiling at them while saying it.    I press my ear closer to hear more about their talks. I'm quite happy that my boyfriend is really proud of me to the point that they are talking about me. You may call me innocent but I don't care.   "Come on bro! It's been what 6 months since you've been together and yet nothing happens.", another one of his friend says. 'Wait nothing happens?'   "Don't tell me Daesung you're a coward to do the first move!", the guys starts laughing at him.   "Coward! Daesung is a coward!"   "You can't do the bet eh!"   "He can only kiss!"   "A ! Daesung the !"   "I knew it now give us our 100000 won!"   "What do you think will happen if Sunkyu learns that you're just with her because of a bet?"   I felt the ground beneath me collapse. I didn't even know when did my tears starts to roll out from my eyes. I hurriedly run away from the room not even bothering to hear what he'll say. My heart is all broken up and I can't think straight.     I lay my body in the bed and look up at the ceiling. I won't let him come back into my life. I won't let him ruin my new and happy life. He's not worth living my life with for forever.   'Kang Daesung I hate you!'     Dolce Vita Hotel & Resort Incheon, South Korea     It's been a while since I had a vacation and thanks to my best buddy Seunghyun who gives me a presidential suite access to this newly built hotel. The first thing in my mind right now is to go to the pool and swim to cool off the summer heat.   As if the gods are on odds to my side, the indoor pool area is not full or more likely there are no more than 10 people in the Olympic swimming pool. I place my bag by the pool chair and takes off my shirt. I'm ready to jump to the pool when the girl of my dreams emerge from the water.   'Wait girl of my dreams? YoungBae you're such a cheesy guy!'   She must have notice that someone's staring at her since she turns her head to my side. She looks at me intently as if trying to remember who I am. I bow my head in shame and focus my eyes on the water.   "Hey aren't you YoungBae?", the girl tap my shoulder and smiles. "I knew its you!"   I didn't know that she's already out of the water making me look at her. She's wearing a tight fitting swimming outfit that perfectly outlines the shape of her body.    'Oops I sound like a ert.'   I look away from her and bows my head. "Yes Uhm hello Yuri."   "Oh you're stuttering again.", she slaps my arm which makes me freeze from my spot. "I didn't recognize you instantly since I'm still wearing goggles."   I shyly smiles at her and look again at the water. "Uhm what are you doing here Yuri?"   'That's the most stupid question YoungBae!'   "Oh I'm here for a one day relaxation and well to try the Olympic pool here. How about you? Are you going for an overnight stay?", she rest her hand on my shoulder making me sweat in nervousness.   "Yes, a friend of mine gives me a complimentary ticket for a stay here.", I shyly smiles at her.   "Ooh hey care to me join for a dinner tonight?", she shakes my shoulder.   'Dinner? Just the two of us? Isn't it like a date?'   "Oh do you have a girlfriend that would get mad? I'm sorry.", she bites her lower lip maybe in frustration.   "No I don't have!", I shake my head in defense.   "Then it's settled. Give me your number.", Yuri walks to her bag and hands me her phone. "I'll call you okay! Oh don't worry it's not just the two of us. I also have friends who are staying here"   My heart drop in what I heard. So much asking for a date. "It's alright. It's good to meet a lot of people."   She widely smiles at me and gives me a friendly hug. "See you later YoungBae!"   She waves her hand before completely leaving the indoor pool area. I can feel my knees getting weak and my heart thumping once I saw her smile.    'I don't care if it's a date with friends!'     Seoul National University  Seoul, South Korea     Today, I'll be performing at the SNU theater together with the whole cast of The Black Swan Ballet edition. It's my first time performing to an exclusive college students as my audience.     I'm having my makeup done and my hair tied up in a bun when my assistant comes in with a big bouquet of flowers in her hand. I stop what I'm doing and stare at beautiful flower arrangement.   "Who sent it?", I raise my eyebrow waiting for her answer.   "A college student hands it to me. He said that it's a gift from a very handsome and intelligent SNU student. He also said he's a big fan." she notice the blush that's spreading into her assistant's cheeks.   "Is he that handsome that you're blushing?", I look back at the mirror and starts applying some tint in my lips.   "No Ms. Seohyun. I mean Uhm yes he's handsome.", she bows her head in embarrassment and puts the bouquet in the table.   I stand up from my seat and heads to the flowers laying prettily on the table. Deep inside I can't help but feel giddy that someone adores me like that.   A production staff knocks at my door informing me to get ready at the backstage since the show will start after 10 minutes. The ballet performance ended after 2 hours with everyone in the audience giving us a standing ovation. I feel really proud to be the main cast of such a successful production.   As usual I walk up to my new favorite cafe shop which is near the university. I put on my disguise and orders my favorite snacks. It's been a week since I've met the ert guy and thank goodness for the past few days I've never saw nor bumped with that guy.   I walk up to my usual table when I saw him seating there. I look around the cafe and notice that all the tables are occupied. I don't have any choice but to asks the staffs to wrap my order.   "Hey Missy Choi Seohyun.", I harshly turn my head to the source of the voice and sees him waving his hand like an idiot.   He runs up to me and smiles. "Hey come I've reserved a seat for you.", he grab the tray away from me and pulls me to the table.   "What the hell!", I glare at him through my sunglass.   "Still feisty eh. Did you like the flowers and the note?", he widely smiles at me showing his teeth.   "It came from you!", I look at him with shock. "How can a ert like you knows a sappy and romantic poem like that."   I cover my mouth once I learned that I have said it out loud. I look at him and sees the guy smiling more widely, if possible, at me. I gulp down and stands up from my seat.   "Urg I really hate you!", I grab my bag, drink and the tart. I walk out of the cafe with an unknown feeling in the pit of my stomach.   "Wait! Hey!", I can hear him shouting but I ignore him and went straight to my car.   'Urgh oh my why did I bring the cafe's plate?'     Dolce Vita Hotel & Resort Incheon, South Korea   Yuri together with her friends are currently seating in KYR Restaurant. They are having some little chat about the usual girls topic like music, fashion and well for, girls, boys. YoungBae who's looking very y and handsome in a blue long sleeves polo and a white skinny pants walks inside. She immediately recognize the guy and stands up from her seat.   "Hey  everyone I want you to meet my new friend YoungBae. YoungBae meet my friends Hyoyeon, Yoona, Seunggi, Taecyeon and Wooyoung
