Chapter 2

  Red String of Fate       Club Octagon Gangnam, South Korea     The club is loud and dim with different laser colored lights illuminating the whole club. Strong smell of liquor and smoke is lingering in the air. Girls who are wearing skimpy clothing  are grinding themselves on the dance floor trying to attract men. Bouncers are stopping drunk guys who are almost starting some fight.   Among the people in the club is the handsome guy, well, I am really a handsome guy. Did I already introduced myself? No? Well, I'm Choi Siwon. The first son of C.S Entertainment. I'm proud to say that I have the looks and body that every girls wants to look at and every guys envy. I am out with my best buddies for some boys night out. Unfortunately, I am here alone at the counter drowning myself with liquor. DongHae, one of my close buddy is already out of the club with some random girl. Eunhyuk is on the dance floor shaking his off and Leeteuk is somewhere inside the club. He must be making out with his girlfriend.   It's unusual for me to be sitting alone in the bar. Usually, girls are clinging like some leech on my body while I'm trying to drink myself up and in good days I'm already somewhere out there doing things that adults do. But here I am in the middle of the night just drowning myself to alcohol. No girls by my side. I don't even know why I'm like this. Must be because I've already tasted all the high-standard women in this club.   I'm about to asks for another shot of whiskey when I smell a very aromatic smell. The sweet scent of strawberry and vanilla overtakes the awful odor of the club. I look at the source of the smell and find a very beautiful and y girl by my side.   She's leaning in the counter while asking the bartender for a glass of De Forville Chardonnay. The y vixen beside me is wearing a very short red dress that exposes her thighs and curves. The deep backless cut of her dress shows her flawless back. I look up at her face which made me leave in an awe. Her long eyelashes, crescent eye smile, plump red lips and pointy nose spells perfection.    I can't help but whistle at her greatness. She looks at me and raise her eyebrow. I am about to say something when she shot me a glare before leaving the counter.   "Hey wait up.", I held her small wrist to stop her from walking further away from me. 'This is my chance.'   "What do you want?", her husky voice sounds really y and angelic to my ears.   I felt that my tongue is all tied up. I can't find the strength to open my mouth and talk to her.   "If you have nothing to say let my hand go.", she narrows her eyes on me before snapping back her arm away.   "I just want to asks if you could join me tonight.", I gulp down all my pride. I have never done this stuff. It was girls who always come to me and not the other way around.   She smirks at me and takes step forward closing the foot gap between us. I feel my breath hitch for a second seeing her face up close. She use her free hand to lift my chin near her. 'Bingo' I inwardly smirk at the thought that she fell on my trap.   We are pretty much close to each other that I can just grab her face right then and there and give her some passionate kiss. But her next words leave my jaw hanging.   "If you're looking for some easy woman to satisfy your ranging hormones then I'm sorry to say that I'm not that girl.", she let my chin go and walk away from me.   'What the heck was that!'   As soon as I snap back from the harsh reality that I was rejected, I immediately stand up from my seat and look for her. The whole night I've been looking all around the club but I never saw her which leaves me frustrated.     Choi Household Seoul, South Korea       Ring Ring Ring    I lazily grab my alarm clock and put it down. I stretch out my arms and legs for an early reflexes exercise. I stand up from my bed and do my usual routine. I'll wash my face and brush my teeth, stretching out my body for about 15 minutes, ballet exercise for 30 minutes, bath relaxation for 25 minutes, preparing my things for my ballet practice and school, then having a breakfast with my family.   I walk down our grandiose stair and heads to our dining room. I see my parents and my older brother quietly eating their breakfast. I kiss my mom in the cheek and did the same to my dad.   "Good morning mom, dad, Seunghyun oppa.", I take a seat beside Seunghyun Oppa and asks one of our maid for a glass of orange juice.   "Good morning too Seohyun.", Seunghyun oppa ruffles my newly blow dry hair.   "Where's Siwon Oppa?", I thank the maid and proceeds in getting the food on my plate.   As if on a cue our eldest brother takes a seat in front of me and groggily asks our maid for a cup of black coffee. I raise my eyebrow at the way he looks. He looks like a hobo with his disheveled hair, unshaven face and dark circles under his eyes.   "What's with that look Siwon?", I heard my mom asks him.   "Oh nothing just slept a bit late.", he answers as he munch on his bread.   "I have to go now.", Seunghyun oppa stands up from his seat and gives me a kiss on my head.   "Oppa you haven't eaten enough breakfast.", I puff my cheeks in annoyance. A heavy breakfast is a must for a busy guy like him. I can't have my brother skipping breakfast just because he needs to be in work early.   "Sorry I still have things to do.", he smiles at me before grabbing his coat and suitcase from the hands of his assistant.   I start eating my breakfast which consisted of Korean breakfast - rice, dried pollack soup, steamed fish, kimchi and other bancha. Our family starts eating in silence until only Siwon Oppa and I are left in the table.   "I also have to go now Oppa. Be careful on your way to work.", I stand up from my seat and went to the car that's awaiting for me.   "Mr. Park can we first drop by a cafe? I think my body needs some caffeine.", I told my personal driver.   He nods his head and we drive to the nearest cafe by my school. A cafe signage peaks my interest. 'Green Light Cafe? That's new.'   "Mr. Park stop the car.", he stops the car at the other side of the road and I immediately went down.   I walk to the counter and asks for an Iced Mocha. My eyes starts to observe the place. The ambiance of the cafe is very modern and chic. The walls are white and black with some street arts that makes the cafe looks livelier. It looks really refreshing and relaxing. This spot looks good for reading in peace.   I thank the cashier and gives her an autograph since she knows me. I need to be nice and sweet to gain the public's recognition. I walk out of the cafe and I didn't notice that there's a person walking in front of me.   Bam!   I look at my white top which is now dirtied with my newly bought coffee.   "What the! Aren't you looking at the way!", I look up to see a cute guy in front of me.    "I'm sorry Miss I didn't mean it.", he puts his phone in his bag and gets a handkerchief. "Here let me wipe it for you."    He wipes the coffee spill on my top and that's when I realize that the place that he's wiping is my chest. I instinctively raise my hand and slap him hard on his right cheek.   "ert!", I throw the delicious cup of iced coffee in his face and run to where my car is park.   "Yah! You savage of a woman! Come back here!", I can hear him shouting from the other side of the road. I open the car door and asks my driver to drive me to the nearest boutique.   "How dare that guy says I'm a savage woman! Urgh! I hate him!", I pull my hair out of frustration. 'Stupid cute guy! Cute? What the heck Seohyun!'     Fitness Gold's Gym Gangnam, South Korea     After taking an early cold shower, pull on some grey sweatshirt and head to my favorite gym. I smile at the receptionist before asking for my locker key. I went down to my business which is arms weigh lifting. I am proud to say that even though I'm small in stature, I still have one of the best bodies out there.    I grab some weighs and starts flexing my arms muscle. I can see some random girls ogling at my body thru the mirror but I don't care about them. I hate girls like them who just go to the gym to find some guys.   After a few hours of body exercising and hitting the shower he walks to the bar located at the basement of the gym to grab some brunch. He's about to order when he notice a beautiful and y tan girl ordering in the counter. She's wearing a fitted pair of top and bottoms gym clothes. Her hair is tied in a messy bun with minimal to no makeup face.   He's not a ert okay but he is still a young man who admires beauty and iness. She's not a familiar face to him. Maybe a new girl in the gym. He can see some guys ogling at the beauty.   He shrugs his shoulder and went to the next counter to order some sandwich and soda.    "You should not order a soda after lifting. Why don't you try the green leaf juice? It's good for your health and body.", I look at the source of the voice and sees the beauty smiling at me. "The ingredients that they use for Green Leaf juice is good for the digestive system and for maintaining good balance diet."   "Oops I'm sorry. I'm
