Mingyu was in shock. Wonwoo is engaged. To gorgeous Hwang Minhyung? Mingyu couldn't believe it.

"F-Fiance?"

"Yes, I'm sorry I didn't tell you! My parents said not to tell anyone until Minhyung felt comfortable in a new place" Wonwoo said and looked at Mingyu with sad eyes.

"How long have you two been engaged?" Mingyu asked.

"Just over a week" Wonwoo replied quietly and looked at the floor.

A week? Wonwoo has been hiding this for a week? Mingyu felt a pang of jealousy. Wonwoo has been hanging out with this Minhyung for a week and Minhyung looked so charismatic and nice. Maybe falling in love with Wonwoo was a bad idea. 

"I-I have to go" Mingyu said and began to head towards the door.

"Wait! Mingyu!" 

"I'll see you later, Wonwoo" Mingyu said and left a distressed WonWoo behind.

Mingyu, quickly left the Jeon residency and ran home. When he got home, Mingyu felt his eyes go blurry. Touching his cheeks, Mingyu felt a trail of tears. More and more kept coming until Mingyu burst.

Mingyu sat in front of the entrance, when his mom walked down. 

"Mingyu, sweetheart, We got invited to a party with the Jeons.." She stopped mid-sentance when she saw her son crying.

"Mingyu! Are you okay? What happened?" 

"M-Mom! H-He's engaged!" Mingyu cried as his mom hugged him. "A-And he didn't tell m-me!"

Frowning, Mingyu's mom didn't have to ask anymore. She knew who Mingyu was talking about. And her heart hurt seeing her son crying.

"Hush, sweety" She consoled. "It'll all be alright okay?"

"No it won't! I really loved him mom!" 

For the rest of the night, Mingyu cried in his mom's arms.

"How could you, Wonwoo!" 

"You hurt Mingyu!"

"Do you know the hell I went through trying to deal with a sulking Mingyu!" 

"I should punch you"

"I probably wi-" Seungcheol was cut off by Wonwoo.

"Yah! I already know okay!?" WonWoo yelled. It was a week since the tragic day. "How do you think I feel losing the love of my life!?"

"Wonwoo.. We didn't-"

"Of course not! I knew this day would happen! I've known this would happen since I was named the heir to my father's company at the age of 10 okay!?" Wonwoo yelled and let out the anger he's been feeling.

"I tried my best not to fall for him but I couldn't!" Wonwoo said and let the pain wash over. "I couldn't.."

Everyone watched in sadness as Wonwoo broke down. Wonwoo had always been a strong soul. He only cried once, and that was a very well remembered day. And the last day he cried in 7 years.

Hugging Wonwoo, the 11 friends comforted him. They had been over to give a piece of their minds to Wonwoo and maybe meet Minhyung. 

"Wonwoo, can we meet Minhyung?" Jisoo cautiously asked.

"Yeah, sure" Wonwoo sniffled. "He's supposed to be over here to plan the wedding" 

"I'm so sorry, Wonwoo" Soonyoung said as he clasped his shoulder.

"It's okay" Wonwoo smiled. "I should've told you guys"

"It's fine, just don't hide anything else okay?" Jihoon said and gave Wonwoo a pointed look.

"I won't" Wonwoo promised. 

"Good, now let's meet this Minhyung" Seungkwan said and the rest nodded.

The 11 friends did not expect Minhyung to be as charming and good looking as Mingyu described. He was beyond that. They actually got along pretty well, much to their guilty subconscious, and had a great time. 

"It was a pleasure meeting you, Minhyung"Jeonghan said and smiled at him.

"The pleasure was mine! Wonwoo has such great friends" Minhyung smiled. 

"He sure does" Hansol said, causing the others to laugh. 

"Bye! I sure hope to meet you again" Minhyung waved as the others headed home. 

"Bye, Wonhyun!" They yelled back.

"Gosh, I'm going to kill them one of these days" Wonwoo shook his head at the name his friends gave the two. Claiming it was a mix of their names. 

"I find it cute" Minhyung chuckled.

Wonwoo hummed and closed the doors, "So, should we continue planning?" 

"Yeah, sure" Minhyung smiled.

"Let's get going then" 

Wonwoo smiled. Maybe he could cope with this. But he won't ever forget Mingyu. Minhyung won't ever beat Mingyu. Not in a million years or ever.
