"Nee....okkoteru Gimaelic?" The black and red robed assassin lady said to Rainoric Ulrich

"Actually, No! You kill those bastards like Ulrich looking for his supper of roast pork ribs." Rainoric laughed

"You stand down now Deathseeker! You already killed your mark, no more bussiness killing anyone else. So go back to your monastery!" Wulfgar said readying his axe for combat if the Deathseeker wishes to.

"Ha, Ha, Ha silly Salians! Do you know who I am? I am Samhane Haligtide! The 1st Deathseeker, I am a monster! I am an Animal! I am a God! My order makes the world a better place.... slaying one sinner at a time.....Ha, Ha, Ha!" she laughed

"Samhane....but..... your suppose to be dead?" Rainoric's voice lowered with dread as the legendary Samhane Haligtide has risen from the grave.

"No...I have achieved what the Magister's could'nt. I have regained flesh!" Samhane said

Rainoric looked upon Samhane, wearing her infamous black and red robes, a hood, some ancient Broken Lord armor, a sinister looking red ring on her left ring finger and Samhane's Possesed Human's Red Dust Face.

"That flesh is not yours Samhane! Go back to whatever hell you came from and let that human go!" Wulfgar bravely said.

"Come and make me!" Samhane said readying her throwing knives.

Wulfgar charged towards the Red Dust Assassin while taking several throwing knives to his body. But when he slammed his axe at Samhane, the axe's blade seemingly just went swam through it like he was attacking an illusion. Samhane counter attack by performing a backflip kick to Wulfgar that launched him straight into the air. She then blinked to Wulfgar and repeatedly stab him 10 times with her hidden blades on her wrist before he landed on the floor. Samhane then backbended back to a standing position with Red Dust filling her eyes.

"I can't move, Her blades are cursed! Dont get stabbed by her." Wulfgar said

"No one....hurts Tower!" Ulrich shouted.

But just as the Berserker can move a muscle, Samhane blinked behind him and bit his neck like a vampire. Blood seeped out of his veins and Red Dust surrounded them. Ulrich tried to stab Samhane's head with his Seax. But the more he stabs, the more tire he got. Ulrich eventually collapsed unconcious after losing too much blood and Dust Withdrawal*

Samhane gleefully wiped of the blood in and smiled at Rainoric who was now the last man standing.

"You dont scare me Deathseeker!" Rainoric held his sword readying to strike.

"Rainoric, Rainoric, Rainoric Eadwulf.... Said to be one of the greatest swordsman in Gimael.  I have already knocked out your bodyguards.....so....I deserve to challenge you am't I?" Samhane taunted. She conjured a scythe that matched her clothes color and spun it around her body and readied the blade for battle.

"Victory or Himmael*!" Rainoric shouted. He and Samhane charged towards one another and there blades met. Sparks of light where unleashed from their respective weapons blade.

Rainoric with all of his strength held on to 'Ulfberth' as he jostled with the Deathseeker. As he held on for dear life, a now revived Churi and a battle ready Eslek barged into the room.

"Rainoric!" Churi shouted

"Master!" Eslek also shouted.

The 2 ran up the now battle ruined room. Churi had her crossbow locked and loaded and Eslek's hands was now heaping with Dust Magic ready to unleash. But just as they were about to help the young Warlord, a magic barrier stopped them from their path. Samhane smiled as she now has Rainoric Eadwul all to herself.

"I sense your anger Eadwulf, tell me Herrkrieger, did you felt pure HATRED when the Ghoghthal's stabbed you in your mother's womb? Did you HATE those other Nobles for calling you 'weak and unpromising'? Did you HATE the Japanese people because they couldnt put up a fight against your people? HATED their small and pathetic excuses of mortal vessels? And tell me again how you HATED both your father and mo----" Samhanes blasphemous words were interrupted when Rainoric pushed himself up breaking the bladelock of their weapons.

"I SAID ENOUGH!" Rainoric's voice sounded as if he was an Angel in heaven who became enraged by the Hubris of Demon's and Creation. His previously blue glow that lit up the gaps of his armor/body became white as snow. Rainoric felt as if the power of Wodan was given to him.

"Ha....Ha.... do you really think your mother save you? Let alone hurt me? Dont make me laugh!" Samhane said as she swung her scythe to Rainoric continuing their duel.

*Clash! Clash!*  The duet song of the blades sang their percussive tune of war at the ballroom. Rainoric gave a mean swipe of his sword to Samhane.

Churi was astounded by the swordmanship of Rainoric as he parried Samhane's attacks. She had heard rumor's that Rainoric was a tremendous swordman but to see it up close was truly a wonderful spectacle to her. Rainoric would parry Samhane and follow up with his own attack which was quickly blocked by Samhane's inhuman reflexes.

*Clash! Clash! Clash!* The blades continued to sing. Rainoric and Samhane were both equally matched. For an Earth  Human  like Churi, it seems as if she was seeing a Bear fighting a Dragon.

"Akane! Get ready to shoot Samhane when I destroy the barrier!" Eslek shouted. A beam of Dust came out of his hands and struck the barrier like a drill hitting the lock of a safe.

*Clash! Clash!* Samahane lost her footing as she absorbed a heavy blow from Rainoric. Just as she was about to have her neck meet 'Ulfberth'. She blinked behind Rainoric and stabbed him with her

*Clash! Clash! Clash!* Samhane blasted Rainoric with a force push and jumped to plunge her sycthe on Rainoric. Rainoric, on the ground, quickly rolled to the side and got up to his feet. When Samhane landed to an empty floor tile, Rainoric kicked the Assassin lady. She rolled down on the floor having her hood taken off as she recovered.

"DIE! DIE! DIE!" Samhane said. Her hands then conjured up her hidden blades and pounced at Rainoric like a predator ambushing its prey.

They went down to the ground yet again with Samhane on top of Rainoric deadlocked yet again as she tries to plunge her blade to Rainoric who is struggling to keep it away from him as he didn't want to have the last thing he sees is a insane smile from Samhane's vessel of a human girl.

Churi who was watching the spectacle at hand recognized the unhooded face of the assassin. It was person she knows, raven hair, an an angelic face, small frame and that smile (Thou it was grinning sadistically).

"R---R---Rena?" Churi asked from outside the magic barrier between her and Samhane/Rena.

The Assassin girl looked up to be face-to-face with one of her friends and fellow Idol colleague.

"Ch--Chu---Ch---Churi?" Rena's voice said seemingly back to normal.

"Be quiet you insolent child!" Samhane who was possesing her rebuked.

This moment of weakness was just the opportunity that Rainoric needed to attack Samhane/Rena. He conjured a white shard of pure White Dust* and plunged it to the side of Samhane/Rena's neck. The assassin spat out blood into Rainoric's face covering his helmet/head with the red liqiud of life and Red Dust.

"No! Wait dont!" Churi cried , she tried to bang the magic barrier to no avail.

"Have I not told you that I am the only Dust Mage here? Gimme a few minutes!" Eslek shouted as he is still halfway done breaking down the magic barrier.

Rainoric and Samhane/Rena both stood up again but this time Rainoric was sporting a white blade shaped Dust Sword. Its light blinded Churi with its radiance that filled the darkened ballroom.

"Exalted Blade! Oh! I love a challenge. Did you get that from your Sophia Rainoric?" Samhane/Rena asked

Rainoric whose sword hand was ticking erratically due to the powerful nature of his Exalted Blade held his hand with his other one, trying to keep it still.

"Shut up!!!" He shouted. He slashed his Exalted Blade towards his opponent, causing a horizontal ray of pure energy to dash through.

Samhane/Rena backflipped, narrowingly dodging being sliced instantly in half by the energy ray.

Rainoric then slashed Exalted Blade vertically but the Assassin girl dodged it by straffing to the side.

Samhane/Rena then took her opportunity to dash forth to Rainoric with her scythe as a shield for any other tricks up the Warlord's sleeve. Rainoric, becoming  exhausted with his strenous use of White Dust, raised his blade high into air. The Exalted Blade let out a radial blind that blinded Samhane/Rena and Churi.

Samhane/Rena stumbled her footing and nearly lost her aim on Rainoric. She blindly tackled Rainoric and they both were pushed off the balcony of Eleutherius Villa into the mountains down below.

"Its broken! The barrier is broken!" Eslek said as the insignia-filled and trasnparent wall dissapeared before Churi's eyes.

They both ran up to the balcony to look down on the cliff. Their was nothing but a fog beneath them. Eslek turned around contemplating what to do next, when an injure Wulfgar and Ulrich walked to them.

"Master.....friend Rainoric.......dropped sword." Ulrich said holding out 'Ulfberth' in his hand.

"A f**k! What the hell happened oh...my head...." Osgar rosed up from his drugged up coma.

"Osgar! Its about time you woke up! We need to find Rainoric now.... Ah.... I can still feel....it....and I cant feel pain." Wulfgar clenched his abdomen.

Churi went up to Osgar and tried to help him up but Osgar shook her off and stood up himself.

"Akane, that's your name is'nt it right? Why did you call Samhane 'Deathseeker' Haligtide 'Rena'?" Eslek asked

Churi looked down on the floor for a moment. She saw her friend and senpai Matsui Rena become a literal Dragon girl when she fought Rainoric. All of those times she see's her in TV as Gekikara was now becoming a reality. A reality she does not like one bit of it.

"Rena is a friend of mine from Earth. She must have also been catured by the Gimaelics when they attacked Tokyo. How on Earth can a Broken Lord posses a living person? I saw them transfer their souls or something to empty pieces of armor." Churi said with tears and sweats of despair and confusion wetting her face.

"Samhane is a different kind of Broken Lord. She is a Red Broken Lord. Their main Affinity is Red Dust hence why they are called 'Red'. It represents life....blood to be exact. She must have found a way to posses your friend." Eslek answered.

"But how? I though Samhane locked herself up in a specially made tomb in the Baizan Islands after the Grand Magisterium* banished her and starved her off of any living creature that bleeds." Wulfgar asked with a concerned tone.

"I don't know, but right now Rainoric is in danger.... he doesn't have his sword and he is still fighting a mad woman." Eslek said

"A mad woman who is possesing my friend! Please get this Samhane lady off of Rena, Please!" Churi pleaded.

"Do not worry yamanin, I will find a way." Eslek said.

-------------(Meanwhile on the bottom of the mountain)------------------

Hayato's Dust horse galloped in full speed as he rode with his sister and Sakura towards the Gedriht's camp that was erected bellow the mountain. He still felt shock when he killed that man's life with his katana and he felt like he was just about to throw up by the thought of it.

When they arrived, Sakura saw that the Hussars have just finished training and are about to go to sleep. Leofric spotted Hayato and waved at him.

"Baldwin! How was the party! You seem to have left in a------- OH!!! You got your hork (vomit) all over me you stupid boy!" Leoferic became the receiving end of Hayato's vomit. Paruru was shocked to see her little brother vomit in front of her. She knew he was a strong boy since he could it so much sushi and takoyaki back home in Japan.  But to see him like this was something new to her and Sakura.

Hayato collapsed to the ground and breathed heavily

"Im sorry commander I  took------ Ahh!!" Hayato wasnt able to say his feelings when Leoferic kicked him in the head. The Hussar commander then proceded to punch the young lad.

"You do not disrespect your leader Hayato! Your now demoted to the back of the line till you learn how to stomach taking a man's life!" Leoferic roared. Hayato could only tear up and just absorb as much of the blows as he can. Paruru tried to stop Leoferic from punching his brother but she was too weak to even make the Broken Lord flinch.

"Ane! I can take it! Let me take it for you....I dont want...ahh....you....to be.....ahh...hurt......" Hayato begged.

"Leoferic! Please stop, Hayato took a....wait how did you know he just killed someone?" Sakura asked as she tugged Leoferic's cape.

"Most weak men would vomit when after he killed his first man. Gimaelic's are not week, we are strong. And now im going to be the laughing stock Guaita if they found out I have WORTHLESS, WEAK, SPINELESS boy of a Hussar! The Nobles are right....you Japanese....Earth Humans are all weaklings! Hayato you will confine yourself to the slave's tent untill I know what I will do to you tommorow." Leoferic stormed off leaving a bruised and slightly bleeding Hayato on the ground.

The girls picked up the wounded Hussar and took him to their tent to patch up his wounds.

"Hayato, I dont know if I should call you brave or stupid. You took in some punishment from Leoferic Wieskirche? You could get pneumonia or something worse if you keep bleeding like this all the time." Paruru worried as she put ice cold water on her little brother's head.

"I told you Ane! I can take it. I told you, the reason I joined that exam was for you, you know how I wanted to join the JSDF after you did that commercial with them. I wanted to prove to the world that Japanese people can be brave. Just like our samurai forefath---AH! Not too hard. Just please dont worry about me."  Hayato said.

Sakura felt empathy for Paruru's worries. She shed a tear, it was a long time when she last met anyone of her family and all of the light hearted moment's they had together. Whenever she has to live alone in Tokyo in some apartment building and your only companions are the fans who follow you in +755, one would learn to value those family moments.

"Look, Hayato-chan, your sister worries for you. She worries that your going down a path that would get you killed. I mean Rainoric told me that Hussars often do 'Suicide Charges' after I tought him what a rainbow means. Do you even know what are you getting into Hayato? The Hussar's might not be for you." Sakura said

"But Sakura-tan, Ane-san, back in Japan I was always told to so many times that I have to 'play it safe' and conform to the system. Get high grades, good college,  get a job, get married and all. I mean when I grow up and get a job, I barely get anytime for myself to pursue my hobbies and interests. I always wanted to try fishing and perhap do a road trip around Japan when I grow up. But Japan will most likely not give me that chance. Im most likely to get a boring desk job in some company slaving away my youth. In Gimael, I was given a the freedom of choice to be someone. I mean though I was a slave. Osgar and Wulfgar saw what was in my and encouraged me to join the Hussars. When Gewis gave me this army, I felt like I belonged to something special, brave Knights with unshakeable courage and can smash through any kind of charge. When I did the 'Infernal Blitz' the charge that I did where I glowed and just burned through the obstacles, I felt like no matter whatever that was sent on my way I overcome it. So Ane, Sakura, please dont wor----." Hayato said but was interrupted by Leoferic who barged into the tent.

"Sorry to barge in ladies but you were with Rainoric when sh*t went south back in the villa right? 'Cuz where is he?" Leoferic asked.

"I dont know, when that red assassin got in and started to kill everyone me and Sakura rode of with Hayato to get away." Paruru said.

"Red assassin? Black and Red assassin with hidden blades and a scythe or something?" 

The girls and Hayato nodded yes.

"Oh Blyad! Then Rainoric is in danger! We need to find him....and.....Baldwin....Hayato...sorry for getting mad. I was under pressure to get the boys ready for battle." Leoferic pushed down his head in apology.

"Battle? Why?" Hayato asked.

"Vanoran is under attack! I'll explain later, right now we need to find Rainoric. He needs to lead us to battle. Come on grab your horse, we need to find him." Leoferic turned around to get up to his horse.

The girls and Hayato came with the Hussar commander to look for Gimael's future High King.

-----------------(Meanwhile)------------------

Rainoric twitched his body after landing on some rocks after falling down a 200 meter drop from Eleutherius mansion. He was furious to think that he is being bested by an assassin. With a fiery fury he stood up from the ground. He felt exhausted after expending his reserves of White Dust, he felt like he ran a marathon on the desert with weights on his legs. Rainoric 'inhaled' the surrounding Dust that was around him. As he 'breathed' he heard some rocks tumbling around and footsteps. He tried to reach for his sword but realised it was missing.

"Well look at this. An unarmed Gimaelic*, an impossibility turned to reality I suppose." Said Samhane/Rena

"Go back to whatever circle of Hell you came from Samhane. You don't belong to this world no more 'Soul eater'!" Rainoric shouted with his fist clenched.

"Your in Hell, MY HELL! And now.....let me show you.....YOUR DEATH!" Samhane/Rena said in a demonic voice. She started to throw knives at Rainoric.

The knives struck Rainoric. He fliched a bit, but was still standing strong in the same fist clenched position.

"Come on!" Rainoric taunted.

Samhane/Rena let out her Red Dust hidden blades from her wrists and charged with a great warcry towards Rainoric. She punched Rainoric directly at his face. Rainoric countered back with a punch of his own. A right hook towards Samhane/Rena's cheek. Blood began to pour out of like drops of rain on a window. Samhane/Rena only smiled revealing her blood stained teeth and gums. She was sadomasachist after all. She wiped off the blood and continued her assault on Rainoric.

Rainoric, cunning as he is strong, swipe kicked Samhane/Rena tripping her on the floor. He went on top of her and started to repeatedly punch her. But the assassin girl always knows how to stay one step ahead of her target, she blinked behind Rainoric and punched him in the back of his helmet/head making faceplant to the ground. Samhane/Rena then proceded to repeatedly stab Rainoric with her blades like a crazed zombie feasting on a hapless victim.

"Ha! Ha! Ha! YOUR WEAK GIMAELIC! JUST LIKE YOUR MOTHER WHEN THEY KILLED HER" She laughed.

'Weak', 'Killed your Mother', 'They', These words echoed within Rainoric's Dust filled mind. The words enraged him. He always hated being called weak since he is considered short in Gimaelic standards. And his mother, the same emotions of an orphan devoid of his parents filled him with the scars of denialment. Rainoric grabbed Samhane/Rena's left hand. His eyeless sockets on his helmet/head glowed white again.

"YOU DONT CALL ME......WEAK!" Rainoric shouted. His right hand that was holding Samhane/Rena's had electric jolts of White Dust seething through his arm.

"What was that?" Paruru said. She thought she heard a sharp noise coming from the thick forest infront of them. Paru, Sakura, Hayato and Leoferic plus some Hussars have been searching for Rainoric for several minutes now. They were about to go back to camp hoping he already went their went they heard the noise.

"That was....Dust Magics! Avay! Avay! Avay!" Leoferic commanded. The group ran towards the source of the noise. Dashing through the trees. Sakura with her pathetic running could barely keep up.

"You run like a limp cow!" Teased one of the Hussars.

"Oh Shut up! I nearly got killed awhile ago." Sakura replied.

They went through the forest untill they stopped to find a clearing of freshly cut and freshly burnt tree stumps and logs. Sakura and Paruru couldn't fathom what kind of power could it take to cut so many tree's down so cleanly and so quickly. They treaded carefully through the chopped up wood as they continue to hear the sharp noise that Paruru heard. It became louder and louder as they treaded when suddenly.

"Look out! Earth girl!" A Hussar pushed Sakura to the ground. He was then immediately struck by a great ray of White colored pure energy. His Gimaelic steel armor, saved him from being sliced in two. But despite being still alive, the Hussar writhed in pain as he his as the area where the ray of light hit his armor was cracked and glowed white. Sakura tried to remove the Hussars armor but when she was about to touch it, the white electriciy zapped forcing her to withdraw her hand from the man.

"Dont touch him! Let me get rid of that White Dust." Leoferic said. He went to the injured man who was already feeling the painful sting of his wounds. He let out his hand with its palm open, the White Dust began to rise up from its place in the man's abdomen to Leoferic's hand. After absorbing all of the White Dust, Sakura is now cleared to help the brave Hussar who saved her life. She stitched up his wound and bandaged him. It was probably the worst wound that Sakura ever patched up. But she was able to save the man so she is quite proud of her first aid prowess.

"Thank You Sakura" He said. Sakura helped him up and with her shoulder.

"You called me by name?" Sakura asked.

"A slave would run away from the mere sight of White Dust, you don't. Your brave. Slaves arent meant to be brave, just do what they are told Sakura." The Hussar spoke.

"Leofric-san, What the hell did he just took one for Sakura?" Hayato asked, his face filled with anxious stress.

"A energy ray from an Exalted Blade. But Impossible, only the Ghogthic Bishops, the Numeroi guards and the Trinitarians can do that....wait.....How could I forget.....MASTER!" Leoferic clenched his sword tight and ran ahead of the group.

Sakura let the man lie down to rest by a tree stump before following up. Hayato had his Katana drawn and his sister was nearby. The Hussars had their swords and guns ready and armed. And Sakura has her first-aid kit on stanby for any injuries she will encountered.

The sharp nosies become louder and more frequently heard as they got closer to its source. They could what was the sound of an intense duel to the death take place. Then bright white lights could be blinking on the horizon that was coupled with the sharp noises. Eventually they came to the source of the noise and sound.

It was Rainoric, who was fighting that black and red assassin lady earlier. Rainoric was apparently holding a a yellow and white 'sword' of energy that look liked it could rival nuclear reactors. He was slashing the sword towards the assassin sluggishly as if he is begginning to tire from it use. Yet the assassin lady kept dodging the sword slashes and continue to relentlessy attack him. Leoferic and Sakura better act face Rainoric might die along with Gimael's future. Leoferic began to draw out  the assassin's attention by taunting her.

"Hey! Deathseeker! Come and get me!" Leoferic waved to the Deathseeker.

Samhane/Rena turned around to see Leoferic, but that split second opportunity was just the opening Rainoric needed for him to plunge his Exalted Blade towards her chest. It went through the armor like butter but Samhane/Rena was still alive and well. She held the blade with her hands and pulled herself out of it. She then round house kicked Rainoric to the face knocking him on the ground. The Deathseeker turned around to see Leoferic taunting her. She dashed straight for him with her blades unsheathed, ready to kill. Leoferic bent down his knees and charged with his lance. But Samhane/Rena is still a step ahead of the Barbarians, she blinked behind Leoferic at the last moment and was about to plunge her Hidden Blades when she suddenly took a shotgun blast from her side knocking her down.

It was Hayato, he saved his commander from the blades of a Deathseeker. His 870MCS' barrel smoking hot from the recent discharge of a shell.

Leoferic, quick on his feet, plunged his spear at Samhane/Rena's chest cavity in her armor (Notice the hole on her chest with the chains attach to it.). He then discharged a great amount of Yellow Dust that can greatly give anyone whether a Broken Lord or not great pain. The Deathseeker at first screamed in agony but slowly began to laugh at her pain.

Meanwhile Sakura rushed to Rainoric's aid who was know kneeling down on the ground, his glowing white light flickering like a broken light bulb. Sakura touched Rainoric's armor but the White Dust began to reach her arm which electrified her body. Sakura tried to pull away but Rainoric grabbed her hand and held it to his chest.

"It.........Hurts!!!!" Rainoric's voice was becoming static as White Electric bolts sparked out of him.

"Ah!!! Breathe, think of happy thoughts, think of fighting a dragon and killing it, or winning a game, or laughing at Osgar's and Churi's fighting, think green thoughts!" Sakura said struggling to coherently talk when there's jolts of Electricity surrounding her.

Samhane/Rena after manically laughing for a moment, blinked away from her impalement. She manifested behind Leoferic and Hayato and kicked so hard that they both were knocked down in one kick. She turned her head towards her original intended and saw Rainoric with Sakura.

"No more games now. TIME TO DIE! HA! HA! HA!" Samhane/Rena said. She grasped her scythe and charged straight for the two.

If Rainoric had eyes of a being of flesh it would have widened in suprise but he could only stretch his arms forward and said to Sakura

"Look out!"

Sakura turned around to see that Death incarnated is charging at her. Like a woman who is about to be slain by an attacker she reached out her arms, with a mouth agape and a widened eyes. She like she was now going to meet her maker.

"No!" She shouted as the Scythe began dreadingly plunge striaght to her head.

Then.....

Suddenly..............

It seems almost in slow motion that her hand which was infected with White Dust began to eject out of her arm and form a partial force field that stopped the blade dead on it's descent. The makeshift White Dust shield was the only thing keeping her and Rainoric from shedding of the mortal coil.

Rainoric who now is thinking of happy thoughts, fought back the pain and his exhaustion and sheathed 'Exalted Blade' once again. He slashed his blade at Samhane/Rena's scythe cutting it in half. Sakura then pushed the Deathseeker back, but instead of a simple push, the push reinforced with the White Dust pushed the assassin back several meters away from them.

Pushing aside Sakura, Rainoric stood up and stabbed 'Exalted Blade' to Samhane/Rena's chest hole. The White Dust interacting with the Red Dust caused great pain to the Deathseeker. She kicked Rainoric away, freeing her from the powerful influence of the White Dust. Fazed by the repeated failure to bring down the Deathseeker, Rainoric began to lose focus. The 'Exalted Blade' dissipated when he began to doubt his ability to triumph through it.

"Master!" A voice rang out. It was Eslek accompanied by Churi, shirtless Osgar, Ulrich and Wulfgar. The Haunt was carrying his missing sword 'Ulfberth'. Eslek tossed the sword to him in which he gladly grasped with the last bits of strength.

"Men! Together!" He rallied the Gimaelics. Leoferic and Hayato plus the other Hussars joined them as they formed a static line with each of them together.

"Let angel's sing of this battle today. We banish the Lady of Despair (Samhane's other title) from this mortal coil!" Leoferic said. Samhane/Rena was starting to get up.

"And let Wodan be merry on our triumph!" Wulfgar said. The Deathseeker was pushing herself up.

"Banzai! Thats how we say it in Japan" Hayato said. She was now wobbly standing up regaining her posture.

Then Rena was now standing up with her scythe at hand. Her teeth still stained with blood and smiling insanely

"Ready? TE HETA HADA WODAN!" Rainoric shouted. The 2 sides charged at each other with Rainoric clutching 'Ulfberth' with both of his hands, Wulfgar grasping his axe, Osgar's spear pointing forward and Hayato drawing their blades.

As they charge, jolts of White Dust was seen surrounding the Gimaelics while Samhane/Rena was surrounded by winds of Red Dust.
When they were mere meters away from each other Rainoric and Samhane/Rena both jumped with each of their weapons aimed for their chest.The Deathseeker was aiming for Rainoric's Head while Rainoric's 'Ulfberth' is aiming for the chest hole in her armor.
 

"Duck!" Churi shouted pushing down Sakura and Paruru to the ground.

*BOOM!!!*

A loud explosion resulting from all the Dust Interaction was created

(Meanwhile)

"Was that a Duck Call I heard behind there?" Said a Vanoran sargeant.

No one replied to their commander

"I don't know, just keep running we are almost there." Takamina said continuing to lead the Skutatoi's to Belisarius.

"Fatigues all of you when this is all over!" The sargeant barked.

-----------(Back at the battle scene at hand)---------

Sakura's ears nearly popped after the large explosion. Dust and large particles of soil were flying over her with some dirt falling down on her. The AKB girls stood up from their cover to asses the damage.

They could barely see a thing, but Churi had a flash with her so she flicked the battery powered torch open. They treaded carefully at the ground zero of the explosion. As they pass, Churi's flashlight caught a figure.

"Get that damn light off of me Bird romper!" Osgar said. He was holding his head trying to massage off the shock.

Churi could see some of the Hussars lying down on the ground, fortunately alive and well. The girls helped them up with Paruru taking carrying her brother away.

Then they heard crying.... a woman crying. Churi and Sakura dashed forth, fighting their way through the dust until the flashlight hit a large figure on the ground.

Rainoric's 'Ulfberth' was plunged deep into the heart of Rena. But what was unusual of Rena now is that she is no longer glowing red. She was back to her pale skinned self, only getting dangerously more paler by the second.

"STOP!" Churi shouted but it was too late. Rainoric plunged his blade all the way through Rena. Blood splattered out of as she began to fade from this world.

Sakura was shocked to see that it was one of her SKE sisters and now her master just killed her. Tears fell on Churi and Sakura's eyes as they held the snow white girl's lifeless body. Rainoric pulled out his sword and stood up, frozen on what had he just done.

"Why are you crying? Do you know her?" He asked, his blade still dropping with Rena's blood.

"She's my friend, Rena..... You killed her.....I dont blame you.........please leave me alone." Churi said her usual confident smile was replaced with a gloomy frown.

Rainoric stepped away from the 2 girl's as they mourned for their dead friend.

Churi held Rena's cold head and cried on her hair. Sakura cried on Rena's chest with her right hand on top of Rena's heart wound.

As they cried....

A sound like chime struck by winds was heard. Sakura raised her head to see that White and Red Dust from her right hand was patching up Rena's wound.

Noticing the sudden change of events Rainoric walked to the 2 girls and held Sakura's hand.

"Hold your hand out, let it flow out." Rainoric instructed.

Sakura's hand opened its palm and more Dust poured out. The Dust went into Rena;s wound and her skin and blood began to be vacummed back in. Sakura's hand then felt outward pain in her head.

"You feel the pain? Find it." Rainoric said

Sakura concentrated hard. She felt like her bones and muscles were brokened and  strained from over use. She dragged her hand (with Rainoric still holding it) to Rena's legs. As Dust began to heal 2 legs, Sakura's eyes began to glow white. She shook of Rainoric's hand and let her arms sway around Rena's body. Sakura felt every pain Rena had gone through, physical, mental and emotional. When her hands reached Rena's head she received a vision

"Rena! Please dont let them take me!" Jurina cried. She was being taken away by several men whose skins look like they had undergone ritual scarring.

Rena felt anger and hatred in her heart as she tried to fight back from her captives. She scuffled them off and ran to the nearby jungle. Their she hid on a ruined mauseleom where she was taken possesion by the dormant and restless Samhane 'The Deathseeker' Haligtide.

Samhane/Rena then began a killing spree all over the Island where she is in killing every person she deems 'a grave sinner'. After awhile of rampaging through the Baizan Islands, she got bored and decided to go seek other challenges in the mainland. Her first (and fortunately only stop) was Vanoran after she felt the treacherous nature of Eleutherius who sold out the Vanorans.

(But you may ask yourselves dear reader, How did Eleutherius sold them out?)

"Huuuhhh!!!!" Rena inhaled. She lifted her body up but 'Ulfberth' stopped her.

"Kyaa! Why is their a sword on my chest?" Rena shouted.

"Calm down! Its me your beloved Chu-chan. Remember...? And look Sakuratan is here too," Churi said.

"Hi girl who sounds like she has my name." Rainoric waved.

Rena's eyes widened in shock to see a Gimaelic infront of her and a sword plunged deep into her chest.

"Aku no yaban hito! Anata ga zokusuru tokoro jigoku ni modorimasu!" Rena shouted in Japanese.

"Sakura, Churi hold her in place. Get ready to heal once I pull my sword out." Rainoric said.

Churi held Rena's left hand while Sakura held the other hand. They both told Rena to calm down, but it didnt do much.

"One....two...three!!!" Rainoric pulled out 'Ulfberth' out of Rena's chest which made Rena scream in pain and then passed out. Sakura quickly used her new found healing abilities to patch up Rena's heart. When Sakura is confident that Rena's condition has been stabalized. Churi carried her friend with her 2 hands in a lover's carry as they walked to the rest of the Gedriht who were waiting outside.

"Is.....she gone? Is that witch gone for good?" Wulfgar asked.

"For now, yes. Get me some Dust. I felt like I burned alot of energy tonight." Rainoric ordered.

"You better do it fast my lord. The Cultists are going to attack Ydeli fields. Eleutherius gave the bloody Cultists the damn keys." Leoferic announced.

"They are going after the Dust Revitalizer plants? That ******* bastard! That *****son that----"

"Watch your words Rainoric-sama remember, 'Humility'." Sakura said. Rainoric realised his mistake after inhaling he asked....

"What do we do now?"

"Its simple......... WE KILL SOME HERETICS." Leoferic said with a tone eager to fight.

"Gather the armies."

(Cue rapid deployment montage!)

Soldiers whether Man and Broken Lord grabbed their spears, axes, javelins, guns swords. They put on their armor and helmets. They picked up their shields. And line up ready to march.

The Husaria shined their helmets, sharpened their swords and lances, and flew up the banner.

Churi and the rest of the AKB girls (except Takamina) carefully placed a resting Rena on a bed where Paruru and Eslek will take care of them.

"Hayato, this is your first battle. Please dont do anything rash out their and also please come back to me. Your the only family I have hear and I don't know what to do if your gone." Paruru said. She leaned her head on Hayato's.

"I will be safe Ane. This is battle is for you." Hayato replied. He put on his helmet and walked away from his older sister who could only give a sad but hopeful smile and a wave of goodbye (and good luck) to him.

The Gimaelic army now ready for battle, marched hurriedly to their allies.

-----------------(Churi's POV)-----------------------

Whilst the others were preparing to battle the Heratics, I looked to where Rena-san was peacefully sleeping. Her pale, snow-like face was emphasised through the bright sunlight.

"Rena-san... Please... I won't ever leave your side, as long as you don't leave mine..." I thought.

I prepared my crossbow and check if I had enough ammo for it.

"C-Chu...-chan..."

"Rena...-san?!"

My hime-sama's eyes fluttered open, turning herself to face me, "Chu-chan... please, don't leave..."

"Sorry, Rena-san but it's my duty. As a Vanoran Guard."

"Y-You work for these barbaric people?!"

"I have to, I was forced into slavery. The bright side to it is, I get to work with birds."

"That's beside the point, Chu-chan.

"H-Huh?"

"I saw Airin die and Jurina get captured.... I just don't want you to have the same fate as Airin..."

My eyes widened when she said that.

"D-Did Airin...actually die...?!" I thought, dumbfounded about what Rena told me, "S-She c-couldn't have..."

I sighed, "I was trained to fight out there, Rena-san. Now, I'm more happy about you being alive in the first place."

I walked up to her and her cheek, she blushed and I smiled.

"Chu-chan--"

"As long as I have my beloved hime-sama supporting me behind the scenes, I will make sure I won't die!"

"Chu-chan, as long as I have a knight like you by myside, I'll feel safe. Now go, be safe out there."

"Thanks, Rena-san--"

Before I could say anything else, she pulled me close to her and kissed me on the lips, making me blush like a red tomato.

"If you get injured, even slightly, I won't give you anymore."

"Mou~"

"Oi, birdbrain! Hurry up, we're going now!" I could hear that Osgar was getting pissed.

"Coming!"

-----------------(Takamina's POV)------------------

"The Ydeli Dust Revitalization plant. Vanoran's financial lifeline. One of the most well guarded places in Vanoran." Belisarius said looking through his binoculars from his horse.

"What's so important of a Revitalization plant?" Takamina asked who was now dressed in leather armor and sporting a fur hat. Standard issued for the Praeventores* of Vanoran.

"Dust is self-replicating substance that we Aurigans used for money and for producing things we can use really fast. Its valuable and versatile. We use it as a source of light, building material, road construction, food if your a Broken Lord and etcetera." Belisarius replied.

"Ok one more thing, Do I really have to fight?!" Takamina panickingly shouted

"This is one of the most important Dust plants in Auriga and if anything happens to it their will be some dire conseuquences if we fail here today. Godan knows what will happen to Vanoran and Gimael. Here, take this, I heard you Earth Humans are good at handling these. Besides most of the Cultists are not wearing armor so you should note that." Belisarius gave Takamina a pistol with several magazines.

"I never used one of these." Takamina protested.

"Think Milites! I have no more time talking to you. Go to your assigned unit and get ready for battle." Belisarius rode off.

Takamina was left alone with her new gun and hat. From a distance she looks like one of the many soldiers that SHE had rallied to the Ydeli fields. Now she will be in the fight of her life now.

"Oi! Furhead! Get to your assigned unit and get ready for battle!" Said a Tribunus.

Takamina scurried to a nearby gathering of soldiers and blended in with them as they get to formation.

Minami gulped, what on earth has she just got herself into.

(Meanwhile in Belisarius tent)

The Gedriht just arrived on time to meet up with the Vanoran generals as they discussed battle plans.

"Arcadius, you guard the right flank so that I can safely wing around it. Vesuvius, your Antesignani shall take front and center, hold them there untill me and Leoferic can get the charge on them.... Rainoric! Just on time. I need some of your men to reinforce the left flank. Leoferic you will wing left while I go right. We then meet up in the center and kill off the main horde of Cultists." Belisarius ordered.

"Ok, Osgar, Ulrich take most of all but my personal guard and get ready to for a fight. And tell the lads you all owe me some scalps." Rainoric said.

"Ah! A pincer attack, just like old times with your father am'iright?" Leoferic enthusiastically proclaimed

"Yeah, like my father." Belisarius sighed putting his hand behind his back scratching it.

"So I go to the left flank and...." Rainoric was interrupted by Belisarius.

"No....I got a very important and special Job for you and your Salian warriors. I need you to go around the back and....."
