Ah Young POV:

Today is the last day of January, I take a break and come to Seoul. The day after tomorrow is the D-Day, I’ll give my first manga to the birthday boy. So here I’m, in front of three stories building, printing company. The owner of this company is my manga teacher, I come to take my order, the print out of my first manga. I knock the glass door, there is a familiar voice that ask me to come in,

“Hallo my beloved teacher, how are you?,” I said that happily, he welcome me with a small smile in his face,

“So, this manga is your debut as a manga writer?. It’s just two books, and it’s about friendship. I don’t think you’ll succes to reveal your true feeling to him with those story. ” I response my teacher words with a smiling face, “if your friend like the stories, tell me. I’ll print out this manga in a great quantities and publish it. But you must remember to divide your profit with me ad my company,” he started joking again, it’s become his hobby.

“Teacher, don’t joking around. And, what kind of true feeling I want to reveal?, that’s story will help  me so much, to express my love for my best friend, I think friend zone is the most comfortable zone for us. So, I’ll take my first manga, and say..thank you so much to my beloved teacher who teach me everything about manga. And this is my present for you,” I take out a blue box from my bag and give it to my teacher, when he open the box he smiled to me, “because in your family photo your only daughter is crying, so I make a drawing from your family photo, but there is difference. In here, your only daughter is smiling beautifully,” I explain my special present for him, “although, this present is not that expensive, I hope it can make you happy, hehe.”

“Thank you for make my only daughter smile, I’ll repay this. Where are your sketchbooks that I want you to bring here?,” he asked me about two sketch books that full of Jonghyun.

“Why are you asking about those sketch book?, I forgot to bring it here?.”

“Don’t lied to your teacher, that big bag, I wonder if those sketch books can’t enter. Give it to me, your bag,” he pull my bag and forcing me to let it go, “I’ll do something importantant with those sketch books. That friend zone?, it’l be lover zone in your teacher hand, just wait.” He’s grining and save those two sketch books in his case. It’s kind uneasy about his plan, but I’ll wait it. 

Tonight, Jonghyun held a birthday party in his house. Ah Young came with casual outfit and some make up in her face, when she enter his house,

“Ah Young-ah, it has been soo long?. How are you?,” she is Jonghyun’s sister Jong In.

“Ah..unni, I’m fine, how about you unni?”

“I’m fine too, the party is in the garden, you go there,” she told Ah Young the location of the party.

She stop her step when she see the birthday boy having fun with her girlfriend, she took a deep breath and take step by step to Jonghyun,

“Young-ah, ” he call her name loudly made the other turn to him, “nice to meet you,” he hug her and everyone in the party look at them, “I miss you so much, you become more beautiful,” he whsiper to Ah Young.

“Aigoo..birthday boy, is he praising me?, it’s rarely hear that kind of words from him,” Ah Young response his last words, “Yah...you wanna die?, everyone in here look at us,” Ah Young said softly and  push his body, “present for birthday boy is on that table, I’m hungry right now, so will you accompany me to eat some food now?,” when Jonghyun naturally grab Ah Young’s hand, a voice suddenly make that hand let go of Ah Young’s hand,

“I think, my request from two years ago still valid until now, Kim Ah Young, because I’m still his girlfriend. Behave yourself, don’t make me angry, it’s the first time meeting you after two years,” Ah Young not really shock with her anger, she always like that anyway.

“Okay, sorry for it. I wont do that again,” Ah Young keep away from Bo Ram.

“It’s so rude, Ah Young-ah. Shouldn’t you ask me ‘how are you Boram?’, why you must avoid me?,” Bo Ram walk closer to Ah Young.

“Bo Ram-ah, stay calm. It has been so long since I meet her, is it wrong if I behave like that to my friend?, don’t be over protective. Let’s eat togather, we can talk while eating,” Jonghyun asked the two girls to eat togather, ‘Jonghyun-ah, are you crazy?, I don’t have appetite if she sit in front of me’ Ah Young grumble, but she still follow Jonghyun and end up eating together with him and his girlfriend,

“Ah..it’s so uncomfortable,” Bo Ram said that when Ah Young sit in front of her.

“I’ll move to another place, your girlfriend is uncomfortable right now,” when Ah Young stand up, there is a hand that push her shoulder, so she sit again in her seat,

“Where are you going?, I’ll make this atmosphere become more comfortable, so stay here,” that voice is really familiar in Ah Young ears, although is already two years since she couldn’t hear that voice, “Hello everyone, Jin So is here...” here he is, the one who make Ah Young restless because of the email that he sent. He sit next to Ah Young.

“Wah..from school  days I really want to eat togather like this. It’s feel like double date,” Bo Ram starting light the fire, she said that while looking at Ah Young who is still shocked.

“I don’t think it’s double date. Wanna drink, Ah Young-ah?,” Jonghyun gives Ah Young a glass of orange juice, when Ah Young grab that glass suddenly Jin So hand grabing that glass too,

“Don’t you think is too much, take care another girl when your girlfriend is right next to you.”

“No, it’s not too much. Ah Young look so shocked, because you suddenly come, so I think this juice will help her to calm down. So, remove your hand from this glass,” Jonghyun look angry, Ah Young silently sit, can’t open .

“Kim Ah Young-ssi, are you happy?that two guys start fighting over you,” Bo Ram add another gas to the fire. Ah Young remove her hand from the glass, and stand up,

“I’ll move to another seat, the three of you can talk comfortably without me,” when Ah Young take her plate and start take a step, Jin So stop it,

“I think, you have so much questions for me right now. So, stay here and ask me those questions, I’ll give you the best answer,” that’s right, Ah Young wanna ask so many things to him, but not now, so the best choice for now is leave this table so she can eat comfortably,

“I just have one question, but I don’t feel to ask you now. I’ll keep it, and ask you another time,” she leave the table, Jonghyun is still angry, Bo Ram’s face become red. That atmospher continuous until the party end. When Ah Young walk to the bus stop, there is someone following her, she knows who but she pretend not knowing it,

“Wanna ask me now?,” the voice is right behind her, now their distance is only 5 cm, Ah Young feel that, so she take two step forward and turn her body to him,

“Did you sent that picture to him?,” Ah Young asked the question that make her restless for last two months,

“Before that, can you ask something else?, like ‘how are you?’, ‘how was my present, did you like it?’ or ‘don’t you miss me?’, that kind of question. We just meet after two years, so isn’t that a normal question?,” he asked that and take step closer to Ah Young. Ah Young hold back her anger and ask him,

“How are you, Oh Jin So?,” Jin So takes one step and grab Ah Young’s hands, “what are you doing?,” she become panic because there are so many people around them.

“Don’t you ask me how am I?, I’ll give you the answer, so don’t be shock,” he pull Ah Young body and rub her hair, after that he suddenly kiss her on the lips, Ah Young who realized that action try to avoid it, but before she do that Jin So grab her head passionately kissing her. Everyone who just passing by, look amazed by that action. From a far, Jonghyun saw that and his face looks so pale, he doesn’t believe what he saw, “you said that you don’t have that kind of relationship with him, right?,” he left that place with the pain in his heart. Ah Young use her hand to push Jin So’ body,

“Yah..Oh Jin So,” she looks angry, when she raise her hand, want to slap him, he stop it,

“It’s a goodbye kiss, after this I’ll do something big for you. At least, I’ve your first kiss before I do that, how does it feel kissing in the public?,” he smile widely Ah Young can’tstay  calm.

Their twenty begin with something that really confusing, for Jonghyun and Ah Young, the feeling for each other become more complicated. For Jin So, the kiss that he get in his twenty is more like confirmation that he must do what he planed before. And for Bo Ram, that day is like a hell because she witnessed something that make she certain that her boyfriend love Ah Young more than her.
