They went inside the house hand and hand, her mother noticed it. Kim's Father: Saan ba kayo nag punta? Kala namin nawala na kayo.

Kim: Nahuli lang naman kami ng kaunti eh, so Daddy you want to go to your room na dadalhan na lang kita ng pagkain.

Kim's Father: I'm not invalid, I'll eat my lunch in dining room with you but first I want to go to the study room.

Kim: Oh, oh I told you pumayag akong uuwi ka in one condition right, na walang business business.

Kim's Father: I will just check

Kim: no no no, I will lock that room at itatago ko ang susi.You will have your lunch with us but after that magpapahinga ka na Dad.

Kim's Father: Mas lalo akong magkakasakit niyan. Gerald pag sabihan mo nga ang asawa mo.

Gerald: Dad I'm sorry but she is the boss and I think she is right.

Kim's Father: I thought kakampi kita kasi alam ko kung gaano ka kaseryoso sa negosyo mo.

Kim: Dad huwag ka nang maghanap ng kakampi mo talo ka na.

Kim's Mom: I'm glad that you are here kung hindi balik agad sa opisina iyan. Okey ipahahanda ko na ang lunch natin.

Pagkatapos kumain, pinagpahinga na nila ang kanyang Daddy naiwan silang tatlo sa sala.

Kim's Mom: I'm really glad na nandito ka anak kasi ikaw lang naman ang pinakikinggan ng ama mo eh. Gerald thank you for coming here with Kim. Malaking bagay na makita kayong dalawa ng inyong Daddy.

Gerald: Wala po iyon mommy.

Kim's Mom:Alam ko kung gaano ka kabusy anak, so malaking bagay ito. Are you sure na okey lang saiyo na mag stay kayo dito for couple of days?

Gerald: Okey lang po, I think I need vacation as well at the same time(hold Kim's hand)pagkakataon na po naming mag asawa para magbonding. Kasi busy po kaming dalawa pag nasa Manila kami.

Kim's Mom: I'm happy na magkasundo kayo.I almost forgot, Kim can I ask another favor anak.

Kim: Ano po iyon Mommy.

Kim's Mom: May party si Tita Thess mo bukas ng gabi, nakapag oo na kami ng Daddy mo na pupunta tapos heto nga ang nangyari, sana kayo na lang na mag asawa and aattend kung pwede.

Kim: Mommy you know

Kim's Mom: I know you don't like your Tita Thess that pero please anak kasama mo naman si Gerald. Gerald ok lang saiyo?

Gerald: Wala pong problema sa akin Mommy, ano Kim? It's okey with me at least I will get to know your relatives and friends.

Kim: Believe me once na nakita at nakilala mo sila hindi mo sasabihin iyan. Okey Mommy we will go. We need to go shopping then.

Gerald: Shopping?

Kim: Wala kang dalang formal na damit di ba and Tita Thess party is always a formal one.

Gerald: Okey

Kim's Mom: Mabuti pa nga pumunta na kayo ngayon. Thank you, alam mo naman ang Tita mo pag walang nagpunta.

Kim: Ya ya mommy I know.

Madilim na nang makauwi sila galing shopping. They eat supper with her Mommy and Daddy. After eating, nagkwentuhan sila sa sala while Kim's Dad and Gerald play chess. After a while Kim said goodnight, Gerald stay for a while to finish the game.Pagkatapos ng game nagpaalam na rin siya na matutulog na.

Kim: (ano ba ito hindi ako makatulog, kanina inaantok na ako. then heard footstep and Gerald opened the door. Oh my god nandito na siya, ano gagawin ko. calm down Kim just pretend na tulog ka na)

Gerald: (opened the door and smiled when he saw Kim on bed. He went to the bathroom took a shower then lie on bed.)Kim I know hindi ka pa tulog.

Kim:(hindi pa rin kumikibo then naramdaman niyang gumalaw si Gerald)

Gerald:(embraced Kim from behind at pinaharap sa kanya) Wala ka naman dapat ikatakot, if your not ready I will wait. Hindi naman iyon ang gusto kong sabihin when I said to make this marriage work. What I mean is we get to know each other again, to be closer yong gaya dati hindi iyong nag aaway at nag iiwasan tayo although I will tell now na mahihirapan ako.

Kim: Mahihirapan? na pakisamahan ako?

Gerald: No, mahihirapan akong controlin ang sarili ko co'z everytime your near all I want to do is kiss you. Hindi mo lang alam kung gaano kahirap sa akin.Hindi ko alam pero you've got that effect on me.

Kim: (interrupted Gerald)You talk to much love then kiss him.

Gerald:(pulled Kim closer against his body and now kissing her passionately and Kim responding with the same passion. He didnt even noticed that he is now in top of Kim then heard a ringing sound)

Kim:(breathless) I think your phone is ringing.

Gerald: just ignore it( still kissing Kim's neck and about to kiss her lips again when his phone started to ring again)

Kim: I think you better answer it baka importante.

Gerald: (with big sigh) It's better be important.(Got off and reach his phone then lie down again beside Kim and pulled her, so her head is lying on his chest) HELLO!

Fred: Oh galit ka? nakakaistorbo ba ako?

Gerald: I hope importante ang sasabihin mo.

Fred: nakaistorbo nga ako, sorry but this is important. I just received call from Mr. Lee this afternoon he wanted an meeting tomorrow and wants to see the final contract. i know you want to read it first before I will present to them tomorrow.

Gerald: okey hang on(Asked Kim) Do you have a fax machine that i can use.

Kim: Meron nasa study room,common I will opened it nilocked ko kasi para hindi makapasok si Daddy and this is the number.

She opened the room.

Gerald: (give her a quick kiss)Wait for me, sandali lang ako.

Kim:(kiss him back then went back to their room,)

It is almost two in the morning nang matapos si Gerald at tulog na si Kim ng bumalik sa kanilang silid. He watch her sleeping for a while.

Gerald:(touch her face, I think I'm falling for you or mahal na kita noon pa hindi ko lang alam. I'm very happy that you are in my life. I'm looking forward each day na kasama ka, with you i feel complete. I just hope you feel the same way too)kiss her then humiga sa tabi nito at niyakap ang asawa then went to sleep with a smile in his face.
