“Kris,” Chanyeol is whimpering at the passenger’s seat. Kris said that Kyungsoo is with Baekhyun and they are in a club where Jongin is apparently at. Clubs means alcohol and alcohol means trouble. His bestfriend has never had a drop of alcohol in his system so Chanyeol can’t help but be anxious. What if Kyungsoo got drunk? Is that why Baekhyun has called Kris in the middle of the night for help?

                “Shhh, Yeollie. We’ll get Kyungsoo. Don’t fret too much,” Kris’ hand left the gearshift to hold Chanyeol’s shaking ones. “And I’m sure that Jongin has found him by now.”

                “How sure are you? They’ve broken up already,” Chanyeol countered. He has been pretty much disappointed at the younger because he has hurt his bestfriend. Heck, they were hurting each other in a stupid way.

                “I know how Jongin feels for Kyungsoo. He’ll be there, I assure you,” Kris turned to him and smiled and all his worries were gone in a blink.

                “Do you drink also?” Chanyeol took the chance to get to know Kris more. He discovered that if he just asked the right questions, his boyfriend is all too willing to answer them. Kris thought for a second.

                “Well, since I’ve been to social gatherings because of my parents, I have had a share of my alcohol. But I haven’t gotten drunk yet because I was traumatized when Luhan did so I promised myself to control my alcohol intake,” Kris shivered at the thought. Luhan has barfed all over his place when he was under going the post break-up phase with Jaden. “How about you?”

                “Well, I don’t really drink because Kyungsoo doesn’t want to,” Chanyeol’s discomfort resurfaced. Kyungsoo hates alcohol so why did he get himself drunk?

                “I’ll take note of that. No alcohol,” Kris smirked. “And if it’s inevitable, you only get to drink when I’m around, okay?”

                “Same goes to you,” Chanyeol returned as he grinned his toothy smile.

                “Whatever you say, love,” Kris winked at Chanyeol whose blush crept up to his face. Even after weeks that they’ve been together, he’s not sure if he’ll ever get used to Kris’ term of endearment. As much as he wants to call Kris his ‘love’, too, he’s too shy to do it. Thankfully, his boyfriend doesn’t seem to mind. After a few more minutes, Kris pulled over a familiar posh looking establishment with strobe lights darting inside. Kris didn’t waste time and he took Chanyeol’s hand and held him by his side.

                “I don’t want you to get hit on so be good and stay with me, please?” Chanyeol can’t help but roll his eyes. He’s the one who should be worrying about that but he nodded and Kris is leading them inside a packed dance floor. There was buzzing all around and everybody seemed to have stopped dancing. Have they perhaps felt that a clumsy giant with two left feet is among them? Chanyeol shoved that away and focused on finding his bestfriend. It was easy because they just pushed through the crowd until it broke at some point and there in the middle of the break is a furious Jongin standing over a guy who’s probably in college. Kyungsoo is hiding behind Jongin with a scared expression probably because the college guy is bleeding badly.

                “Are you hurt, Soo?” Chanyeol immediately walked around to his bestfriend as Kris let him go to attend to Jongin.

                “Not really,” but he was massaging his knuckles. Chanyeol was surprised.

                “Were you the one who got that guy on the floor?”
