“Ready up” Taeyeon said through the radio

“I can’t even see you” Yuri replied

“You’re not supposed to, isn’t that the point of my position?” Taeyeon sighed

“Sniper Taeng indeed” Yuri brought up Taeyeon’s nickname.

“You look like a burglar hahahahaha” Taeyeon snickered, addressing Yuri’s full black outfit, black cap, and black backpack

“The only thing I’ll be stealing is your soul” Yuri grumbled, hating what she was wearing

“Fine I’ll shut up” Taeyeon secretly continued to laugh

“Um…..so what do we do now?” Amber’s shaky voice came through radio; it was obvious she was nervous.

Taeyeon, Yuri, and Amber had left base at the crack of dawn for the city after staying up all of the last night to plan their trap. They were determined to catch Jiyeon and find out what was actually going on.

The plan was fairly straightforward. Taeyeon would be providing overhead coverage by positioning herself on the rooftop of the building across from their target area in case any sudden changes to plan occurred. Amber and Yuri secured the front and back entrances of the target building and would keep watch over the flow of people entering and exiting the building. Because they didn’t know exactly what room Jiyeon was in, they would have to lure her out……by surprise.

“It’s so quiet today” Amber unconsciously commented.

“Of course! It’s 6 in the morning haha” Yuri chuckled and sipped her hot coffee.

“So in 10 minutes, Yuri you go in” Taeyeon said while adjusting the scope of her tranquilizer gun. Because they needed Jiyeon alive, she chose not to hurt her too much.

“Keep an eye on these doors while I’m in there” Yuri pointed toward the doors she was standing near.

“Sorry, I can’t afford to give you an eye. Tiffany would kill me” Taeyeon joked, trying to lighten up the mood

“As much as I fear HellFany, I’m not afraid to smack it out of your midget head” Yuri jokingly retorted

“By the way Amber, did you access the database?” Taeyeon looked down at Amber who was resting against the wall

“Yeah, we need to talk about that later” Amber grimly said

“Must be bad” Taeyeon huffed

“News flash, Krystal kind of found out too……” Amber said, rubbing the back of her neck

“AMBER” Taeyeon and Yuri shouted a little too loud into the radio

“Are you kidding me?” Yuri asked

“Sorry…….” Amber quickly apologized

“I’ll talk to her later, it’s time” Taeyeon said, diverting the attention back to the task at hand.

Knowing Taeyeon could see her; Yuri put one finger in the air, signaling an operation in process and Taeyeon took it as a sign to focus her scope.

“Going in” Taeyeon said to let Amber know that Yuri had gone in.

Yuri went through the doors and made her way to the side stairwell.

“I’m in position” Yuri whispered

“Go ahead” Taeyeon replied, taking a deep breath

Yuri took her backpack off and pulled out a few homemade charges she spent a few days making. If heated correctly, they should produce loud bangs, lots of smoke, and create a fake explosion.
