The Ultimate Embarrassment!
Cafe Lulo"Now what?" Krystal said in a melancholy tone.
"What do you mean?" Sung Yeol replied as they both started to head back.
"Where's your car?" Krystal asked.
"Do you not remember anything?" Sung Yeol , pushing her head with his fist.
"Ow!" Krystal glared at him, "That hurt!"
"You're so fragile," Sung Yeol muttered, "You're always gonna need someone to protect you...and I kinda wanna do that."
"Huh?" Krystal said.
"Nothing," Sung Yeol passed the thought.
"Keeping secrets from me again?" Krystal eyed him.
"No," Sung Yeol denied, flicking her forehead.
"Geez!" Krystal shoved him, "Why do you keep hurting me?"
"Anyways," Sung Yeol changed the subject, "You okay?"
"Why wouldn't I be?" Krystal responded rather harshly, "And I'm the one who should ask you that. Are you okay? In the head?"
"What?"
"You seemed so pissed off that I was with Minhyuk," Krystal said, "Can't you just be a teeny weeny bit happy that I was having a nice time?"
"Were you?" Sung Yeol questioned her in a serious tone, "Were you happy? The whole time?"
Krystal remembered how sad she had been at first.
"Whatever my answer is," she replied, "Why does it matter to you?"
Sung Yeol stopped and grit his teeth. He turned around and brought Krystal into a stiff embrace.
"Sung Yeol-ah," Krystal whispered, "Stop. People will see."
"So what if they see?" Sung Yeol demanded, pressing his nose into her shoulder.
"Sung Yeol-ah," Krystal said again in a bit louder tone.
Sung Yeol pulled away from her but still held her shoulders. He leaned his nose forward until it touched the tip of Krystal's.
"Sung...Yeol-ah..."
He closed his eyes and Krystal slammed her eyes shut, her heart thudding furiously. But, she felt nothing on her lips. She opened her eyes and realized that Sung Yeol was no longer looking at her, but to her left. She faced the direction he was staring at.
.
"Krystal!"
Her parents waved from their car.
