"Hi," Sung Yeol's older brother came up to Krystal.

She felt so embarrassed. He had witnessed them kissing. 

"My name's Sungkyu. It's nice to meet you."

She shyly shook his hand. 

"You two need a lift?" 

"Ah!" Sung Yeol refused immediately, "We'll walk."

"You sure?" Sungkyu interjected, "It's a bit far."

"A little exercise never hurt!" Sung Yeol exclaimed enthusiastically. 

Krystal nodded her head in agreement. 

"Alrighty," Sungkyu accepted and went back into his car. 

After Sungkyu left, Sung Yeol roughly let go of Krystal's hand. 

"What was that for?" he asked.

"Huh?" Krystal replied, pretending that she didn't know what he was talking about. 

"You know," he implied, pointing at his lips. 

"I just..." Krystal wanted to disappear at this moment, "I thought that it would be more convincing, you know."

"It's not that you like me or something?" Sung Yeol joked. 

"No way!" Krystal denied. 

The whole time back, Sung Yeol just listened to his ear buds without conversation. 

Sigh. Krystal had been stupid. She had been once again swept off her feet by her fickle emotions. She was always so sensitive when it came to guys. She made sure that he was listening to his music. 

"You're so stupid!" she hissed at herself, "Ugh! Why did you do that!" 

"Because you are stupid," Sung Yeol answered her. 

Krystal came to a halt. 

Sung Yeol pulled out an empty plug. 

"It's such an easy trick."

Flushed red, Krystal stormed off. 

"Hey!" Sung Yeol laughed, "Wait up!" 

Krystal was so mad at herself. She hadn't known both Sung Yeol or Minhyuk for a long time, but why was she always acting up? And why was Minhyuk so concerned about her? And why was she suddenly so concerned about Sung Yeol? Then, she felt someone grab her hand. She had had enough of all this. She needed time to think to herself. 

"Let go!" she shouted angrily. 

Sung Yeol was taken aback, sensing that she really was in a bad mood. Trying to make the mood less awkward, he pretended not to notice. 

"Yah," he took her hand again, "You don't even know the way to my house. Let's go."

"No," Krystal denied, "I can't." 

"Are you really going to be this annoying?" Sung Yeol demanded, "You got your part of the deal today. Now it's my turn."

"What?" Krystal scoffed.

"Oh, come on!" Sung Yeol complained, "It's so obvious Minhyuk got jealous, and now you've got to keep your word and help me avoid the whole Seol Hyun thing."

"Does a kiss mean anything to you?" Krystal suddenly asked. 

Sung Yeol was surprised by her question.

"Um," Sung Yeol was reluctant to answer. 

"Like," Krystal took a deep breath, "Honestly, for me it does."

Sung Yeol let go of her hand. 

"And your point?"

"I'm asking you if things like that mean anything to you."

Sung Yeol laughed quietly to himself.

"It hasn't...for a while."

"Why?" Krystal demanded to know. 

Sung Yeol looked at her. 

"I screwed it all up with one girl that I really liked," Sung Yeol explained, but smiled, as he recalled all the good memories, "And ever since then, I haven't been with her...so...I can't feel love anymore."

Krystal felt weird.

"Is it," she asked slowly, "Sohee?"

Sung Yeol chuckled. 

"Who do you think?" 

Krystal looked at him with sad eyes. 

Sung Yeol gently touched her cheek with his finger. 

"C'mon," he urged, "Let's just go."

"You told me something personal," Krystal said as they started walking again. 

"Well," Sung Yeol replied, "Since we're going through this deal, some mutual trust is needed, right?" 

"...You trust me?" Krystal asked. 

"I wouldn't have started this if I hadn't," Sung Yeol smiled at her.
