Bold Move
Cafe LuloSohee was confused. Why was Krystal sticking up for Sung Yeol?
"Yah!" Soo Hyun came into the scene, "The customers are watching!"
Krystal could faintly hear the chitter-chatter between the customers.
"Who's the new guy? He's hot."
"Eh, he is, but that girls seems to be his girlfriend."
"Wait, isn't he Yong Shin Group CEO's son?"
"What? OMG. You're right!"
Before anyone could say anything else, Sung Yeol's phone rang. It was his mother again.
"What?"
"I know you're busy working," she called, "But guess who's mother I met at Bali?"
"Who's?" Sung Yeol said unethusiastically.
"Seol Hyun's mother."
"Who?"
"Kim Seol Hyun!" his mother exclaimed.
"Oma!" Sung Yeol shouted, "I know what you're up to!"
"What?" His mother sang, "This could be perfect! You guys are close friends anyway so there's no need for complicated introductions!"
Sung Yeol hung up.
Oh God. His mother. Couldn't she give him any freedom? She didn't know of the incident, yet she somehow restricted him from dating after he had separated from Sohee.
"He is!"
Sung Yeol's ears perked up.
"I really think that's his girlfriend!"
He realized that some people were starting to get out their phones to take pictures. Sung Yeol knew this would his only chance to escape from his mother's devilish plans.
"Yah, Krystal!" Sohee reprimanded, "What do you think you're doing? Why are you defending this guy?"
Donghae appeared at Sohee's side.
"What did you do?"
Minhyuk looked at Krystal with desperate eyes.
"What are you doing?"
Suddenly, Sung Yeol grabbed Krystal's hand tightly and headed towards the exit door.
"Yah!" Krystal hissed at him.
"I have a reason," Sung Yeol didn't bother to elaborate on his explanation.
"What was that?" Sohee asked.
"I don't know..." Donghae was shocked as well.
"Minhyuk-ah," Sohee tugged on Minhyuk's arm, "You don't think..."
But Minhyuk was too busy staring at the running figures of Krystal and Sung Yeol outside on the street.
