You’re mentally awake but your eyes decided to not let you see the place you’re currently in, thinking you were in your room. You turned to grab something to hug and reached for a big, fluffy pillow which made you think…

When did I have this kind of pillow?

Then your eyes opened wide and threw up on the side of the bed, where a big bucket was placed. Thanking that you didn’t ruin anything, you realized that this wasn’t your room. Your head was pounding in pain and you can’t remember what happened that made you sleep in someone else’s bed.

Did I just make out with a stranger?

You grunted in frustration and wandered your eyes to examine the place. It seems to be a guy’s room judging from all the gym equipments he has sprawled around the floor. You  checked his table clock and saw that it’s already noon and thank goodness it’s a weekend or else…

*gulp

After checking the time, you saw a glass of water, some aspirin and a “Drink This” sign beside it. Your head was really killing you to even make you think straight so you grabbed the medicine and drank it right away. It seems to be working in a couple of minutes before you examine yourself.

Clothes still complete… and I reek.

You think to yourself before hearing someone from the outside who seems to be cooking something. Out of curiosity, you went out as quietly as possible to see who brought you all the way here.

“Oh you’re awake.” Damn! Some guy with a weird apron turned to your way before placing a plate of fried chicken and some side dishes.

“uhhhhm.. Good mor- noon?” You said. He smiled at you telling you to come eat with him.

“I.. I kind of don’t know what happened last night… did we…” You trailed off, too embarrassed to even bring it up but he seemed to understand what you meant that made him all flustered and panicky.

“no, no, no.. nothing happened last night. Well, we kind of attended the same party last night and you were really drunk. Then Kris’ girlfriend came over carrying you to our table and asked me to look for you for a while but she ended up leaving you to me. I was really worried about you so I decided to take you here, since I don’t know where you live. Don’t worry, I slept on the couch. I didn’t do anything to you.” He explained. His face was turning red which you find really cute.

“I’m really really sorry for what she did... though; it was my fault that I got really drunk. I’m really sorry for last night. I’ll explain everything to your girlfriend and-“ he, all of a sudden, laughed cutting me off and said,

“I don’t have a girlfriend. By the way my name’s Joonmyeon but you can call me Suho.” He said holding out his hand for you to shake.

“I’m you. Nice to meet you Suho.” You responded.

“Well, I know it’s kind of late for me to say this but, I hope you and your boyfriend won’t fight over this.” He said, really hoping that you DON’T have a boyfriend instead of not having a fight with your boyfriend.

“No. I don’t have a boyfriend so don’t feel guilty about it. Anyway, thanks for this. Really.” You said as he leaned closer to your face. He’s gonna kiss me! He’s gonna kiss me! He’s gonna kiss me! HE’S GONNA FREAKING KISS ME! You said to yourself as you close your eyes only to feel his finger beside your lip.

“You had rice on your cheek.” He said, smiling while eating the piece of rice he took from your cheek.

“I-I have to go. Sorry for intruding and thank you for the meal.” You hurriedly stood up only to be stopped by the guy in front of you.

“you, I know this is a bit too sudden but, the moment I saw you peacefully sleeping on my shoulder on the way here... I can’t help but to feel… attracted to you. I really think you’re beautiful and I… want to ask you out some time… well, if you don’t mind though.” He shyly asked. You felt butterflies in your tummy as you walked closer to him and said,

“I’d love to but…”

“But?” His face fell when he heard the word “but”.

“But, I need to take a bath first. You don’t want to date someone who reeks right?” You both laughed and stared into each other’s eyes.

“Let me take you home so I would know where to pick you up later.” He offered, which you took.
