CL's POV

I walk along the side walk in the rain, thinking about how many years have passed and yet, I haven't found the Gumiho. I've travelled a lot, but still, there was no sign of her. My mood is quite unpleasant, seeing how it is raining that morning. I suddenly feet a strong aura near me. I try following it and from afar, I can sense that it is coming from a brown-haired man sitting under a tree. The moment I walk nearer, he turns his face to me and our eyes met. I am guessing that he is also feeling something weird from me.

"Is he also not human?" I thought.

To my surprise, he walks closer to me and everytime he moves a step closer, my body starts to emit a kind of strong magical power. A brink of magic happens in the blink of an eye. I feel my left arm getting heavier and when I look down, I see a long, gold metal chain around my wrist. The chain seems to connect to something else and when I look up, I see the brown-haired man on the ground, sitting comfortably, just like when a man proposes to a woman.

"I have found you," he said.

He takes my right hand carefully and kisses it. Indeed, tha gold chain around my wrist is connected to him. 

"From now on, I am your protector and your fiance," he continued.

DARA's POV

"Gumiho-sshi, where are you? 999 years have passed and yet, I haven't found you. There's only a year left before the war, will I be able to find you here?" I sighed while I was thinking about it.

"Miss, we have arrived. The fare is 3000 won," the taxi driver told me.

I pay him and climb out of the taxi. 

"What a nice looking school. Gumiho-sshi, have you been hiding here perhaps?" I thought.

I walk through the front gate and notice someone following me from behind. I try to use telepathy and if it works, the person who's following me would not be a human.

"Who are you? Why are you following me?" I said in my mind.

"I'm not going to hurt you. I could sense a strong aura from you. Are you also not a human?" the person said.

The person isn't human and it's a man. 

"Yes, I'm not a human. Who are you?" I replied.

"Look behind you. I've finally found you," he said.

I turn around and find a handsome man standing in front of me. His hair was spiky and black. His smile was really one in a million. But then, I notice a long, black metal chain around his wrist. It was connecting to my wrist as well.

"When did I have this?" I asked as I showed him the chain around my wrist.

"About a second ago. How are you? Have you waited long for me?" he replied.

"What?" I asked again.

"I'll always protect you from now on, my fiance," he replied with a smile.

MINZY's POV

It's 6 am in the morning and I'm already at school. It's still early and the school hasn't opened yet. I'm in the library, searching for some books about a Gumiho. It is not until long after that I heard a rattling noise.

"Weird, there shouldn't be anyone else besides me here," I thought.

I close my eyes for a second and my magic tells me that a man is hiding near me.

"You, get out of this book now. I know you're hiding in here," I said.

A man suddenly immerges from the book I'm holding and what fascinates me the most is how he was able to hide in the book for quite a long time.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"I'm your fiance," he replied, showing me a long, white metal chain around his wrist.

He points out that the chain was connected to me.

"You, what did you do to me? Why is there a chain around my wrist?" I exclaimed.

"Please, don't be alarmed. I am destined to be with you. I am your protector, the White Knight," he replied politely.
