BOM's POV

"CL, are you okay?" I asked.

"Ah, y-yes," she replied.

"Really? For real?" I asked again.

"Yes," she replied.

We continue walking back to the class from the library and we get interrupted by Jiyong, who suddenly appears from the back, hugging CL tightly. 

"Hello baby," Jiyong cooed.

No response. Something is clearly wrong with her. I mean, she usually beats Jiyong whenever he touches her. You name it, she's done it all. Kick his stomach, kick his crotch, slap his face, bangs his head against the door or something hard, kicks his legs and much much more.

Hmmm, I guess I need Jiyong's help in this matter......

CL's POV

"Guys, you can go back to the class. I have no mood," I said.

Whenever I feel down, I usually go to high places like for instance, the top of the school building. Taking a seat on the floor, I lean against the wall and close my eyes for a while. Aish, just when I need some peace, there's always someone interrupting me. Jiyong? Oh yeah, I forgot. He has to follow me everywhere since we're chained together.

"Is there something troubling you?" Jiyong asked in a serious intonation.

To tell you truth, this is the first time I hear or see him being serious. He looks straight into my eyes and doesn't even blink. It makes me more sad just by looking at him. 

"You know what, last night, I had a dream. But that dream isn't just an ordinary one, I know someone had entered into my mind. An old woman specifically. She told me that the war is getting near, a-and, w-we're going to die," I explained. "T-that m-means, w-we can't be together forever,"

Aish, not in front of him. I can't shed tears in front of him. I don't want to show my weakness. Quickly, I wipe away the tears on my face but every time I wipe them away, more tears start to flow out again. Jiyong grabs my hand and pulls me closer to him. 

"Cry all you want, release everything out," he replied as I cry on his chest. "Don't worry, we'll be together forever and after. We're going to save this world, that's our job isn't it?"

"Really? We'll be together forever? Why are you so sure?" I asked.

He suddenly moves his face closer, and lands his lips on mine while grabbing my head to get a better angle. I somehow respond to the kiss, and the moment he enters my mouth with his tongue, I feel my mouth getting colder at the touch of his tongue. He breaks away from the kiss, then whispered, "Because we love one another,", and continues back kissing me.

So I get it now. We can stop the war together, because we love one another. Nothing can defeat the power of love. Only then, we can be together forever and after.

AUTHOR's POV

Meanwhile....

"Omo! They kissed already!" Bom gasped.

"Really? That fast?" Minji asked.

Dara suddenly stands up and walks towards Youngbae, hitting his chest lightly several times.

Pouting, she makes a cute face and complained, "Bae, how about us? You don't want to kiss me as well?"

Youngbae, afraid that Dara might get hurt, quickly holds her by her waist and plants a soft kiss on her lips. Dara quickly responds to the kiss and they start making noises, well, to be specific, all those moans such as 'aaaaah' and 'uhnnn', making Daesung and Minji disgusted.

"Guys, let's leave now, I can't stand it anymore," Minji said.
