As the class began, Chanyeol went to sleep while Joanne was still lost looking for her new class. After walking around the school for five minutes she finally reached her designated class. She knocked lightly on the door and the teacher told her to come in.

“Class we have a new student joining us today”

She turned to Joanne and told her to introduce herself.

“Hi. I’m Joanne. Nice to meet you”

“Alright Joanne you will take a sit beside Chanyeol”

Joanne looked at her teacher again and her class again. She has no clue who Chanyeol is.

“Oh sorry, dear. PARK CHANYEOL WAKE UP”

As her loud voice boomed within the walls of the class slowly a big head started to rise from the desk. Nodding her head Joanne walked towards her desk. She looked at her desk mate who was half awake. Her eyes widen in shock. Her desk mate looked at her and smirk.

“Look who we have here”

“Urgh”

Joanne ignored her annoying desk mate and took out her notebook. Chanyeol looked at her amused and wrote something on a piece of paper before throwing it to her. Joanne looked at him annoyed but he just signaled her to look at the paper. She opened up the paper and looked at the message he wrote.

‘I think I found my new servant’

Joanne looked at him in disbelief and threw the paper, back at him grunting. How could someone be insensitive? Chanyeol looked at her amused and smiled. He knew he will be having fun bullying the new kid. Chanyeol couldn’t stop disturbing her in class until they started quarreling and had to be sent out of the class.

“You ! I was studying! URGH!”

“Trust me, girl. I will make your life miserable”

Chanyeol smirked as he walked away towards his dad’s office. Joanne looked at him in anger and kicked the nearby trashcan. Joanne just looked at the retreating figure as she messed her hair in frustration. 

“I hate rich people!”

She waited until her teacher called her back in and that was the end of her first day in school.
