It's been three hours since they brought Sooyeon into the ER. Yoong was waiting in the outside, talking with Seohyun on the phone. Taeng rest his head on his mother's shoulder. And they still haven't heard any word from Mr Kim. Everyone was exhausted. Stephan sighed. He recalled his conversation with Mr Kang and took a glance at his friend/brother. He can't believe that his whole life sounds like a drama. Something that you wouldn't expected to be true on real life. He was seperated from his twin brother, got adopted, and used to fall in love with a girl who is know become his sister-in-law. Of course, she hasn't know about this yet. Or not. He doesn't know anymore. He felt awful. And there's Yuri. A girl that he got attracted not a long ago. She's smart and funny in her own way. But then again, her life was a mess. What a ed up life we have. Stephan sighed for a third time. But this time, Taeng heard him. He thanked his mother for her shoulder and stand beside his.. brother. It is still awkward for both of them. Yes, they used to be like brother. Not a real one. And then, suddenly they ARE brothers.Taeng smile a little. 

"Tired?"

Stephan took a glance at him and smile.

"A little. You?"

Taeng hummed. Both of them fall into silent again until Stephan speak again.

"Today is so ed up, don't you think?"

Taeng smirked.

"Well, not everyday you suddenly have a brother. Or twins."

Mrs Kim who was sitting not far from them listening carefully. Part of her felt proud they overcome this news quiet well. On the other hand. she felt bad seperating the boys like that. 

"Sooyeon is a strong woman you know."

Stephan blurted out. Taeng look at him.

"She might not show it to you, but she is."

Taeng felt proud at his wife. He knows that she is indeed a strong woman. But then again, he was the one who hurt her the most. And he felt grateful that Stephan was always be there for her.

"Thank you."

Stephan turned his head. He stare at Taeng. Taeng glance at him and back to his shoes.

"Thank you, for always be there for her whenever she's hurting because of.. me."

Stephan sighed. He punched his brother's shoulder lightly.

"It's not your fault, you know."

Tears started to well up again. But this time, Taeng tried to hold it on.

"But I could've found a way to protect her. Without hurting her. I'm so stupid for not talking to my old man. I'm so.."

Stephan sigh and smile.

"Look, just like what you said, you are stupid. I believe Sooyeon knew about the fact and already forgive you."

Taeng glare at him but soon smile. Mrs Kim's heart pleased when she saw Taeng smile. When she was about to stand up and come closer to her son, the ER door is opened. A nurse come out.

"Where is Kim Sooyeon's family?"

Three of them turned to the nurse and surrounding her.

"I'm her husband. How's my wife?"

The nurse stare at him and checked the cardboard.

"Sir, I need you to come with me. And only him. For now."

Their heart start beating fast.

"What happened to my daughter-in-law?"

Mrs Kim looks worried. The nurse sighed.

"She need a blood, fast. I hope your blood could save them, Sir."

The three of them stare at the nurse with horror. Taeng felt a little lightheaded.

"W-what do you mean?"

"If we don't hurry to find a donor, you might lose one of your children, or worse, both. Now please come with me. And I need the two of you to standby, just in case if his blood doesn't match. I need to check up on you guys too but the room is too crowded at this moment. Now sir, please follow me."

Both of them rush to the ER. Mrs Kim fell into the bench with a hand in front of . Stephan froze on his place. And then there is Yoong, who just finished calling.

"Why are you guys staring at the door like that? Don't tell me, you saw a ghost?!"

Yoong freaked out, but two of the adults didn't respond him. They still shocked with the news.

"Oh God.."
