“What’s going on here?”

Sooyeon look at her in-laws confused. Mrs. Kim wrap her hands around Sooyeon and Mr. Kim stand in front of them. Taeng, Stephan, and Yoong stay in their position, froze. Especially Taeng.

“Dad, can we go now? Please?”

Yuri tried to walk away because she felt pain in her head. But her father didn’t look at her and held her hand. Mr. Kwon smirked at their reactions.

“Just a minute sweetheart. I want you to know about this filthy man who played with your heart.”

Mr. Kwon glared at Taeng. Taeng just stand still. Worried about her wife and Yuri, because he saw Yuri holding her head. Stephan too, who realized that Yuri is holding her head, can’t help but feel worried. The only one who was unaware with Yuri’s situation is Mr. Kwon himself.

“No matter what he said, please believe that Taeng only do that to protect you, okay Sooyeon?”

Said Mrs. Kim. Sooyeon, who don’t know what to do, just nodded her head and wished nothing bad happened with Yuri. She obviously in pain right now.

“Don’t you think we should tell Yuri unnie’s father that she’s in pain?”

Mrs. Kim tighten her grip on Sooyeon.

“He’s obviously not in his right mind at this moment. I’m afraid if we provoke him, will make this situation worsened.We should read the situation first before helping her.”

Mrs. Kim take a look at her husband who is really worried about his daughter's condition. After all, Yuri is his biological daughter. It broke her heart to see Yuri's and her husband's condition right now.

“What’s the matter Taeng? Cat get your tongue?”

Taeng just stared at Yuri. Mostly worried, but also feel guilty.

“Why are you doing this?”

Mr. Kwon smirk.

“I just want to make sure that my little daughter’s boyfriend didn’t betrayed her.”

Sooyeon froze. Her hand was trembling.

“B-Boyfriend?”

Mrs. Kim panicked. She held her hands and hug her.

“Sooyeon listen to me. Trust him. Trust your husband. I told you before right?”

Sooyeon nodded her head weakly and watch her husband stood in front of her. Taeng gulped. Sooyeon knew. He owe her long explanation later. He didn’t budge.

“Why are you doing this Mr. Kwon? Why are you trying to hurt her? Isn't she precious to you?”

Mr. Kwon’s smirk disappear. He gulped.

“Stop changing the subject, you bastard. You clearly hurting my daughter!”

Taeng slowly gained his confident. He walk slowly toward him.

“What evidence do you have that I hurt you daughter? As long as I remember, I stayed loyal to your daughter and keep hurting my wife in the process.”

Yuri slowly lift her head and stared at Taeng. And then. Her attention went to Sooyeon, who is held by Mrs. Kim.

“Wait, what? What are you talking about Taeng? You have a wife?”

Yuri walk toward his father and stand beside him. She’s in pain, but she choose to ignore the pain. She wants to know the truth from her 'boyfriend'.

“Daddy said he saw you kissing another girl. He said you cheated on me. He said you propose another girl. Is that true?”

Taeng glare at Mr. Kwon who is now speechless. He walk toward Yuri and held her hand. He stare at her right in the eyes, hoping his message get through her.

“I think it is time for you to know the truth. Same as my wife who has no idea about all of this.”

Taeng turn his head and smile weakly to Sooyeon before facing Yuri.

“First, I’m not your boyfriend in the first place. I'm so sorry. We were classmates back in the high school. My wife is our junior. You were there at our wedding but you disappear shortly after the ceremony. I don’t know where you are but 3 months after my wedding, your father kidnapped me. He told me that you got hit by a car on your way home after my wedding and you lost your memories. He said that you loved me all this time, but I was blinded by my wife. He threatened if I don’t pretend to be your boyfriend, he will hurt my family and my friends. I’m so sorry Yuri. I was—“

“Stop.”

Yuri shakes her head and turn to her father.

“Is that true?”

Mr. Kwon said nothing. Yuri smile sadly.

“After all this time. I thought you’ve changed. I actually regained my memories after I met Stephan. Somehow, my memories juts.. coming back. That’s when I barely met up with you Taeng. It’s really shelfish of me, but I really desperate with your attention dad. You always blinded by your jealousy towards the Kims’s until you forget about your own family. I thought you finally learned about that when you lost my mother and when I lost my memories. You start to take care of me. I was so happy.

Yuri glare at her father with glistening eyes.

"But that’s just an act, right? You only doing this for your own purpose right? Just so you can have your revenge for them right?”

All of them was speechless. Especially Mr. Kwon, who by now, staring straight at his daughter's eyes. Taeng try to approach her slowly.

“You… Remember?”

Yuri nodded sadly at Taeng.

“I’m so sorry that I used you. I’m sorry for making you hurt your wife. I really wanted to tell you but… I’m just too naïve.”

Taeng shakes his head and patted Yuri’s head. He smiled.

“I’m glad your memories back.”

Then Taeng turn his head toward Mr. Kwon.

“And you—“

“SOOYEON!!”

All of them turn their head toward Mrs. Kim who is holding now unconscious Sooyeon in her hug. Taeng saw a blood that was running down to her leg. Taeng dash toward his wife and held her together with his mother.

“No… Sooyeon!”

Stephan run to Taeng house and told Butler Kang to prepare the car. Yuri went to Sooyeon too. She held her hand and then she realized something’s wet on her leg

“Taeng, I think she's bleeding…”

Taeng face paled.

“No no no.. Honey? Baby please don't do this to me. Please..  Im Yoong! Tell Stephan and Butler Kang to come quickly! Hurry”

Young nodded and run. Taeng caress his wife hair.

“Please Sooyeon… Please don't leave me… Please...”
