They all exited the operation room, their minds overly blown with the news they received.

“Those boys need to prepare themselves mentally and emotionally.” Mr Wu told the two managers with a sigh. “It’s going to be one hell of a heartbreak; this mission.”

The two nodded; their iPads in their arms. “It must be a great shock to them. Their ‘deaths’ hit them really hard, motivated them to train harder, do their best and then this happens.”

As they reached the hallways, f(x) rushed to them, Krystal being the fastest.

“Is it true? About the unnies?” For a well-known reason, Krystal had a hopeful expression in her tone. The boys only looked back at them, not knowing what to say. Even they couldn’t believe it.

Kris breathed in and then let it out before speaking. “That’s what we’re told.” He told them, looking at them directly whilst he played with his fingers. Then another heavy breath came out from him before he shook his head as if saying ‘I still can’t believe it’.

Everyone was looking down, not knowing what to do, except Luhan. He was pretty occupied with his phone in his hands, and his fingers wouldn’t stop pressing or scrolling down. After looking at his screen for a while, he looked up and smiled as he left out a soft chuckle. All heads immediately turned to face him and he spoke. “She’s trying hard to stay awake.” After that, he showed them his screens – to which they all leaned in to see. It was a picture of Jessica in a restaurant, eating with two coffees beside her. “Two coffees both for herself.” He then looked at his phone again with a grin on his face. “White with two teaspoons of sugar.”

The simplest things about the girls, EXO remembers all of them. From how much sleep they need to have to be in a good mood (especially Jessica), to how crispy they want their bacons at breakfast.

The question now would be… are these all the same? Do the girls still need to sleep the hours of sleep they need to have and want their bacons to be as crispy as they did before? Or have they changed?

How could they not remember, when they were the ones who said they keep everything in their memories? Were they brainwashed, or did they have amnesia? Tens of questions remained unanswered, and they stayed like that until they found Girls’ Generation.

The managers have also exited and they were shocked to see them there. “What are you still doing here?”

The members blinked at them, confused. “What do you mean?”

“What do you mean ‘what do you mean’? Didn’t you read the information on your screens?” Jaehyuk inquired.

The boys scratched their heads or rubbed their napes as they were guilty: they weren’t able to focus on their screens.

Jaehyuk sighed before looking at his iPad. “You’re supposed to be in a show with Girls’ Generation in an hour.”

“EHH?!”

“You’re interviewing Girls’ Generation.”

“EHHHHH?!”

“Your ‘EHHHHHH’s are not going to make any difference, so why don’t you get ready, hm?” Hyunkyun stated. “Look good.” He winked, trying to lift up the mood. “First impressions always matter.” He continued. “I heard your ‘first’ first impression on them didn’t go very well.”

“We looked weak right from the very start, hyung, of course it didn’t go very well.” Kai remarked.

“JESSICA NOONA ALMOST SHOT ME IN THE HEAD WITH HER ARROW!” Luhan shouted.

“And you complained like a child.” Xiumin commented. “Yeah, it was a very bad first impression.”

For some reason, the atmosphere seemed to lighten up for a while. They all felt excitement and yet at the same time they were all worried about what was going to happen soon. Meeting the girls would surely be a bit painful – or maybe too painful – for the boys, or maybe it would go very well; they were not sure. Like Mr Wu had mentioned, they must be emotionally prepared to face the girls.

They all had to go to the studio without going home, so they went on their way. Suho drove in normal speed as they were not in a rush anyway. Kris – who almost killed s due to his over speeding – was driving carefully compared to before.

“Hyung, hyung.” Chen called him. “Why are you not speeding?” He asked.

“We’re not in a hurry.” Kris replied.

“Pft.” Xiumin let out. “More like he’s got something to live for now.” He commented. “He didn’t have anything to live for on the way to the agency, duh.”

“It’s not

Chapter 29: Somehow, I know that feeling.
Yeay, I'm not the only one. I don't think it's something to be 'yeay' on anyway.
Can I guess that member? Hehe.
Good luck though.

Chapter 27: I remember this was one of the first fanfics I read on AFF and as a Soshi fan and a person mildly interested in EXO, I loved it a lot. But as the time passed, I got interested in other ships and kind of fanfics, so I slowly grew out of it.
I knew you love Luhan and Jessica and knowing that both of them are out of their groups, I've wondered what are your feelings about the situation. I've actually admired the fact that you continued to update the story despite all the controversies surrounding both groups.
Reading your annoncement, I must say I wasn't surprised. I know your heart, I know it must be hard for you. I love SNSD and EXO (that become my bias group eventually), but with my biases gone, I don't know if I would be able to love the groups the same way. Growing out of EXO, even hating on SNSD after Jessica's departure, it's all understable to me. This happens when you get emotionally involved with your idol. And I am gulity of this as well, I know that if it was my bias instead of Jessica, I wouldn't be fine either.
But the last part about hating on one of the members all along the way, it is really disapponting. Frankly speaking, I feel hurt knowing that I've read your story with a positive feeling, just to find out that you probably hate my bias.
I think I know who you are talking about, I am sick of people that hate on this certain member just based on speculations and dramatic exaggerations. I know how much people give her because of something that is atributed to her without any proof, people acting like she must be the scrum of Earth and complaining about how she ruins the group, I AM SO SICK OF IT, seriously!
But I won't hate on you for feeling this way, I know it comes from your sincere love for your bias and I respect the work you have done with this fanfic I used to love.
Good luck with your next stories.
