After the death of Girls' Generation, it took the boys a while to get their lives back on track. The long painful days without seeing them was too much for them to bear.

They were inactive from the show business for quite some time, and it's not like SM wanted them to go on shows with broken hearts. No, they're not that heartless.

Other companies rejoiced, the popularity of their artists skyrocketed so high they have beaten EXO's record. EXO fans, though, wondered where the boys have been.

Everything was kept secret. From the boys being protected, to the boys falling in love with their protectors. From their lives being in danger, to their lives getting saved by their protectors but they ended up dying instead of EXO.

The boys were recognized by the agency for their remarkable skills of fully being able to fool the best spies into their trap by imitating the agency ways their way. EXO didn't use any help from SIA to get SNSD to come to the Social Communicating Centre, which meant they were skilled and intelligent enough to be spies themselves.

EXO trained as spies. After the fourth month of mourning, EXO was filled with hatred and anger. They were mad at those men, yes, but they were more angry at themselves for not being able to help because they were weak and unskilled.

Half of the blame, they put onto themselves. Thus, they trained day and night trying to be skilled just like their girlfriends.

Once they were skilled enough and were announced as spies, EXO went back to the show business and took their crown that was rightfully theirs.

Their goal was to be the best all the time and to beat every single artist out there. This whole popularity thing was the very reason Girls' Generation died in the first place, so EXO was determined to remain reigning in honour of the girls' deaths.

They oathed to win and beat everyone, boys and girls. No mercy was and will be given at all.
