Bitter Love, Complicated Life
[Sora's POV]
BEAST is attending a radio interview tonight. They will promote their new Japanese album and United Cube Concert which will be held in three days.
I need to make the documentation of tonight's interview since this month's photobook will contain more pages than before, considering this month is a really busy month for them.
Even though I'm really happy that I can stay with them, I can be with Yoseob, but I still feel uneasy with the fact that I will go back to Paris in five days.
A ticket has been sent to me. My father did agree with my sister to let me stay a little bit longer, but he insisted that I must go back as soon as Mina return to Seoul.
And somehow I feel uncomfortable with the eyes here. Some staffs are looking at me with puzzled look. I've been here once before, maybe that's why they give me the looks. I shouldn't be here, should I?
"Sora," Yoseob whispers my name.
I look up from my camera. The other members are discussing about the interview script but he got up from his seat and approaches me. He sits next to me with a bright smile on his face.
"We will sing three songs for tonight's interview," he says. "Actually I asked the staff whether I could do a solo tonight."
"Solo?" I tilt my head. There is no solo for them in the new album, I remember that.
"I want to sing Cherish That Person," his cheeks start to blush vividly. "I want to dedicate it for you."
Now it's my turn to blush. He doesn't know that his sweetness is too much for me to handle, does he?
"But due to the duration, I couldn't do that," he looks disappointed. "I'm sorry, Sora ah."
Aish, why does he even feel sorry? It's not that he must sing a song for me.
"But," the bright smile comes back to his face, "I will sing a song for you."
A song for me?
"Yoseob, we will start soon!" Doojoon calls him over, opening the door so he can step inside the recording room.
"Okay," Yoseob stands up.
"Listen to it," he winks at me and enters the recording room.
[Yoseob's POV]
I'm still struggling with the fact that Sora will go to Paris soon. She told me about her father's request and since I don't want to see her sad nor separated from her parents this way, I must accept the reality.
We will perform for United Cube Concert in three days, the day Mina will return to Seoul, the day Sora must go back to Paris.
I really want to sing Cherish That Person for Sora. That's my solo song and the lyrics are just real perfect to express my feeling for her.
I'm not good with words, remember? I'd rather express my feeling with a song anyway. But since I can't do a solo, I decided that another song will do.
"So, BEAST will perform another title from their new album tonight," the MC speaks. "We have heard Fiction and now it's a love song, isn't it?"
"Yes, it's a cheerful and sweet love song," Dongwoon responds. "I hope people will love it as much as the other songs."
"Sure they will," the MC praises. "So let's give it to BEAST with their song, You."
We have stood up and worn the headphones, ready to sing the song with the microphones.
I take a glance at Sora who is taking pictures of us from the corner of the room. I flash a quick smile, hoping she will know that this song is dedicated for her.
Dongwoon starts the song perfectly,

I understand why Yoseob wants to sing You. This song describes the feeling of falling in love. You can say that his feeling is described pretty much well enough with this song.

I let a smile forms on my lips and sings my part,

It's true. I am happy enough that I can see her everyday. I guess Yoseob is the happiest though, having Sora with her, having her heart.

Yoseob wasn't joking when he said that he would sing a song for me. I immediately notice this song as the one he mentioned because he is looking at me all the time.
I shake my head slightly and continue to take the photos. It's Doojoon's part now.

I can't help myself to blush when it's Yoseob's part. I've listened to their recording for this song, I have the song in my iPod, but it feels really different when I see them perform live.
His eyes show me that he sings this song for me. His bright and cute smile tell me everything.
Dongwoon and Hyunseung grab the microphone and sing their best,

It's the last part of the song. It's Yoseob's turn now. I hold up my camera and try to take a picture of him.
His eyes are looking at me and he has this sweet smile.

I click the button and, after I saw the result, I smile.
This picture is so perfect.
They sit back on their seats again, continuing the interview.
"That is indeed a sweet love song!" the MC praises. "You sang like boys who are falling in love for real!"
They laugh and pretend as if they do have lovers; well, except for Yoseob and Junhyung who actually have one.
"Now then Junhyung must be dedicated this song to Hara, right?" the MC jokes and Junhyung just rubs his head nervously.
"How about you, Yoseob?" my heart skips a beat when the MC asks the question. "Do you have someone in mind now? The only 'You'?"
"Well," he laughs awkwardly, "I think I have one."
"Wow," the MC looks both surprised and excited. "Who is the lucky girl?"
"The girl who makes my heart beat faster. The girl who makes my world revolve around her. The girl who means everything for me," I can see he is looking at me when he states the sentences. He pauses for seconds and then continues, "I will be happy if I have one like that."
"So that's his ideal type!" the MC laughs and the other members laugh along.
They continue the interview and talk about their Japanese album.
I look at Yoseob silently. He is really, really making my life more beautiful.
I will only look at you, Yoseob.
