Serenade.

The insistent ring of Camille’s phone at 2 in the morning woke her up. Her eyelids fought her, from getting a clear view of her surroundings.

She groaned and cursed whoever was calling her so early in the morning. If she had the strength to move, she would have smacked some sense to the caller.

“Why are you bothering me?” She grouched. Her voice sounded rough since she just woke up.

“Errr… well before I change my mind, I’m just going to do it.” A familiar male voice said. Her mind was a little slow on processing what the words meant.

Before she could ask who it was, he started singing.
