From the last chapter: ~ Everyone who had been eavesdropping this whole time managed to follow the entire conversation. Those who already knew about him, chuckled and retreated to their rooms to tell their friends about it. Those who didn’t know, now knew. Their eyes popped out of their sockets.

It was the first day after arrival and he was already worn out. It was just 11:00 in the morning and he decided to visit the swimming pool. Wow, it was big - big enough for all 50 students.

And at least 25 were there already.

He saw Taeyeon and Jessica wave at him. Hyoyeon came to him but he refused. Then she retorted, “Hey just cuz I’m on Yunho’s side, it doesn’t mean we can’t have fun together! I thought Yunho said he’ll give the enemy-like aura a rest.” Jaejoong was baffled.

“Really?”

“Yes,” she said with a smile. She was helping Yunho, so he better appreciate it. “He never wanted it to be this way anyway you know,” she said as she was walking with him towards her friends. “He wanted to be your friend from the very first minute.”

Jaejoong was a little surprised. Was that true? He felt guilt wash all over him.

“What made you hate him in the first place?” Taeyeon asked as they got to them.

“I don’t know…maybe I’m a little racist against America?”

“Why?”

‘It’s because Siwon is from the same place.’ He couldn’t say that. “No reason.”

“Hey don’t show prejudice against him though,” Changmin always appears from nowhere, “you don’t have to be friends; just don’t be enemies.”

Jaejoong was considering it. Yunho was so grateful to his friends. But maybe this wasn’t a good time to show up?

Jaejoong swam for a while before hanging out with his other guy friends. Then he saw Yunho coming into the pool. He was in his shorts only. And who would come in here with tops? But then why did Jaejoong react that way when he came out with towels yesterday? Strange these feelings…

Yunho quickly swam towards him, “Hey there. Looks like, even though it’s winter, everyone likes hanging out in the swimming pool.”

“Yeah…”

Then he swam away towards Hyoyeon and the other girls who started squealing before he even reached them at the other end.

Then a – according to Jaejoong – shameless girl stepped in and hugged the now-dripping-wet Yunho.

He looked away. But he couldn’t help but notice how intimately she was hugging him. ‘What’s wrong with her…?’

Jessica shook him, “Hey you wanna go get ice-cream?”

“Ice-cream? Do you really want to catch a cold that bad?”

“Aww please oppa!”

He laughed, “Sure, come on, let’s dry up first,” he said as he stepped out.

“Yay!”

Yunho looked back. He was going with Jessica, the hottest girl in school…That wasn’t right! Was it his fault? Urgh! The water around him heated up as his temper reached an unknown level.

“Oppa, the water is hot here, let’s go somewhere else,” that same girl said cheerily as she tugged and pulled at Yunho’s arm. Yunho pulled away forcefully took his arm away making the girl fall face-first in water. He stomped out the water.

Yoochun thought, “Uh-oh.”

Jaejoong was in a white t-shirt and blue jeans, while Jessica wore a hot pink and black tight top with a dangerously small tight short (Genie: blue background: lower costume part). She wasn’t the type to flirt, but today she felt like it. Her waist showed, nearly the whole of her legs and hands showed. She held onto Jaejoong’s hand and ate ice-cream. Her legs pushed themselves towards Jaejoong. She was so close to Jaejoong that he actually felt like they were dating and this was not comfortable.

Yunho didn’t know whether to break a wall or burst out in tears. Changmin pushed him from behind. “Go!” he whispered.

“Go and do what?”

“Ask him out!!”

“What??? Are you nuts?”

“No, I’m not. They are done aren’t they? If you don’t do it now, when will you??” Changmin gave another hard push and Yunho stumbled over.

“Ok alright I get it! Gimme some time!”

He went to the couple sitting in the lobby and cleared his throat to get attention. Jessica turned around but it looked like Jaejoong didn’t notice. Jessica knew about Yunho’s feelings and she was on his side. So she worked up a plan for those two.

She decided that she would hang out with Yunho more often and also get her girl friends to do the same. That should work up the jealousy within Jaejoong!

Jessica got the signal and stood, “Jae-oppa, I just remembered I had to do something. Thanks so much for the treat!” she said and gave him a kiss in the cheek. Yunho gave her a stabbing stare.

‘Great, now I’m making Yunho-oppa jealous. Way to go Jessica.’

She trotted away to get her plan into action. Jaejoong turned and found Yunho. “Oh, what are you doing here?”

“Huh? Oh I was just wondering if we could hang around in the city.”

“Ya sure. I came here before a few times, so I’ll show you around.”

Remember Yunho followed Jaejoong to Japan last summer? He could not say that could he?

“Great! I was hoping you would!” He took Jaejoong’s hand and ran out.

Anyone would call that a date. They went out. Visited cool places. They even ate lunch together. Jaejoong couldn’t help but admit that this guy here was fun aside from what he used to think. Still, a distance would be nice.

Yunho on the other hand was having the time of his life. They even went to the amusement park in Tokyo and were on the Ferris wheel when the sun was setting. It was a beautiful sight and they were right on top.

Yunho heard a saying once, ‘Those who are at the very top of the Ferris wheel during sunset are destined to be together.’ Seriously? No way…

Then he remembered.

“Ne, Jaejoong, I heard from gossips around the school that you were…uh…receiving ‘love’ notes from someone?’

Jaejoong diverted his thoughts from ‘What a beautiful sunset’ to ‘Love notes? Oh yeah. He knows?’

They looked at each other for a while, “You know?”

Yunho chuckled, “Everyone does. I mean it’s a rumour. It’s true isn’t it?”

“Well, what can I hide now…?”

“Do you know who it’s from?”

“No.”

“Did you try finding out?”

“Not really. I know it’s from a guy, nothing more.”

“Oh.” Yunho was wondering if he should say it or not.

At dinner time they ate at a very expensive restaurant. Yunho was wondering if things were getting a bit too rushed.

At 10:00 they arrived back at the hotel. Hyoyeon whistled and got a warning sign from her friend, Yunho.

One of the teachers, a young one who was just 30 years of age, came by to their room and knocked. Yunho opened, “Sir! Come in please.”

Jaejoong stepped out of the balcony to greet him.

Then the older man spoke, “Where were you two all day?”

“Jaejoong was showing me around the city.”

“Oh I see. I was wondering if the two of you took off somewhere without telling us,” he winked at Yunho. He knew. Actually he guessed this morning, and took it to be true for granted no matter how hard the students tried to convince him that he was wrong. Actually Tiffany kind of slipped by smiling at the truth, and that just convinced the teacher more.

Yunho stammered, “Uh, no! How could we? Where would we go anyways?”

“Well you didn’t have dinner with us.”

Jaejoong smiled apologetically, “Sorry, we should have informed you.”

“It’s alright.” He left with a smile.

Later that night when Yunho was taking a shower, his phone buzzed. He looked at the text message. It was from the same teacher who came in a few minutes ago.

*How was the date?*

Yunho smiled, a little embarrassed. He couldn’t let Jaejoong know though.

*It wasn’t a date! Just went around the city…*

*Yeah right.*

*No, really.*

*Sure. Of course. Hey, I’m cheering for you from here ;) I know you like him.*

*…^^” Thanks.*

*Good luck. And oh, after I was confirmed about it, I asked some of your friends what happened last night. Taeyeon told me about your little ‘accident’ during sleep. Way to go Yunho, I’m proud of you.*

*Sir! >//> Wait. THEY KNOW??!!*

*Well, I wouldn’t blame them if they were eavesdropping after the great shout Jaejoong gave out.*

*…*

*Don’t yell at em ok? :D*

*Yes. Good night. ^^*

He was so gonna get them. . .

-Next Morning-

Yoona sat real close to Yunho right in front of Jaejoong’s eyes. A little closer and she would be sitting on his lap. “Yunho~ let’s go out on a date.”

“Uh…actually I’m a little busy.”

“Oh come on!”

“I’m sorry but I feel sleepy so bye.” Yunho knew about the plan, but that was a sign that no matter how much he flirted, he would not go out with anyone.

That calmed Jaejoong down a bit. Wait. Why was he angry in the first place?
