Chapter Eight

Nobody's ( mine ) POV

Young Saeng’s eyes fluttered open, turning his head he smiled as he saw Hyun Joong’s sleeping face. He remained there, staring at his love taking in every line, crease, smiling wrinkles that he could see. Every imperfection he noticed made his love that much more attractive; wiggling a hand out, he pushed the lock of hair that laid haphazardly on his beautiful face. Using his fingertips he traced Hyun Joong’s nose, to the curves of his lips that looked as tempting as ever to taste; moving his fingers down to his chin, Young Saeng scooted as close as he could to his love; tracing along Hyun Joong’s jaw line.

Young Saeng smiled as he moved his hand to Hyun Joong’s eyes, using his index finger to play with the eyelashes that laid on his cheek. Young Saeng giggled lightly as he saw his eyes twitch, and then fluttered open; moving his hand away, he covered his mouth as he watched Hyun Joong rub his face on the pillow, before turning to him with a smile.

“Morning…” Young Saeng just wiggled his fingers in response, making Hyun Joong smile lightly; tightening his arms Young Saeng squeaked as he was squeezed.

“Hyun Joong ssi..! I… I can’t breathe..!” Young Saeng cried out as he tried not to laugh, but failing miserable; he gasped as Hyun Joong hooked his leg over him, and rolled till he was tucked underneath him. Finally letting him go, Hyun Joong moved to his elbows, and leaned his forehead against Young Saeng’s gently. The two stared at each other with a light smile on both of their faces; Young Saeng wanted to stay like that forever, just in the arms of the man he loves, the feel of his weight pressing him into the mattress, and the warmth of the love they felt from each other.

Tilting his head up Young Saeng grazed his lips against Hyun Joong’s as best as he could; Hyun Joong took the hint, and deepened the kiss. Young Saeng moved his arms, wrapping them around Hyun Joong’s neck securing his love to him. The two stayed that way, till the need for air could no longer be ignored. Pulling away only slightly, Young Saeng panted heavily trying to gather his breath as best he could. Lifting his head once again, he pecked the others lips a few more times; Hyun Joong responded eagerly meeting the light kisses he received. Unhooking his arms, Young Saeng cupped his lover’s cheek tenderly, giggling lightly when Hyun Joong nuzzled his hand making the hair that hung tickle the latter’s face.

“Saranghae Young Saeng ssi…” Hyun Joong whispered gently, making Young Saeng smile widely showing his dimples; Hyun Joong swore his heart melted at that beautiful sight, and he fell in love once again.

“Nado saranghae Hyun Joong ssi…”

Later on that evening, everybody was up and about; Kyu Jong was cooking dinner, Hyung Jun was tending to Jung Min, who had gotten hurt as they finally cleared the third floor together. Young Saeng hadn’t wanted to let him go, but he didn’t want his friend to feel underestimated either, so however painful; Young Saeng allowed his friend to go, but only clear one level at a time. Jung Min had almost been over run, as one of the undead had managed to take him down, but luckily Hyung Jun was able to grab ahold of the shield that had skidded away and used it to knock the creatures off of his love.

Young Saeng had checked him over, and no scratch marks or bite marks were seen; he had been extremely lucky. Hyun Joong made the decision that since it looked like the further they went down, the more intense the infection was, they should go three at a time instead of two. That rule was place for everybody, if they were to clear a level there had to be a minimum of three people going at once, so that meant it will take longer to clear the building, but at least they will be able to tell the tale afterwards.

“Hyung can you check to see of Seung Jo ah is up yet? The food is almost finished.” Young Saeng nodded and went to Kyu Jong’s and Seung Jo’s room. Sure enough Seung Jo was standing up in his crib, with a pouty face and raised arms as soon as he saw Young Saeng coming. Young Saeng smiled and picked him up gently, cradling him in his arms.

As the two were making their way back to the others, the doorbell rang along with a knock; Young Saeng turned to Hyun Joong with raised eyebrows. Hyun Joong moved towards the two quickly, and Jung Min moved to the door. Kyu Jong who had the pot of stew in his hands placed it on the table, and grabbed his sword as Hyung Jun grabbed his gun.

“Hello is anybody there..?” A voice was heard through the door; Jung Min turned to Hyun Joong, silently asking if he should open the door. Turning to Young Saeng, Hyun Joong ran his hand up and down his back, before turning back to Jung Min giving him a nod to open the door. Jung Min grabbed the door handle, and unlocked all the locks before opening the door.

Four men, three women, two teenaged girls, one teenaged boy, and toddler walked in; one of the women was holding what looked like a casserole dish. Hyun Joong stepped in front of Young Saeng and Seung Jo, as they all filed in one by one. Hyung Jun moved to Kyu Jong, who was closet, as Jung Min closed the door locking it back up. Once the door was blocked once again, Jung Min made his way to Hyung Jun and Kyu Jong; once every body stopped moving, Hyun Joong finally spoke.

“Forgive if I seem rude but is there a reason you came up here? Do you need help?” The man who had entered first spoke with a smile.

“Well actually yes there is a reason we came up here… we wanted to extend a welcoming hand to our guest up here.” Young Saeng’s eye twitched at the words guest, and he instantly wanted those people out of their home; so taking a small step forward, Young Saeng grabbed Hyun Joong’s hand, making him glance back at him.

Hyun Joong raised his eyebrow, and Young Saeng shook his head; their silent conversation going by unnoticed by the unwanted people, but not the others. Jung Min moved slowly back to the door, and Hyung Jun made his way to Hyun Joong and Young Saeng. Gently taking Seung Jo out of Young Saeng’s hands, he handed his gun to him and made his way to the room getting out of the way.

“Um… Thank you for… Extending a hand..? However, we were about to have dinner… Just us…Just us as a family; I… We would like it if you would go back to your lodging please. Jung Min ah…” Hyun Joong turned his attention to Jung Min, who unlocked and opened the door. The man’s smile disappeared for a spilt second, but it returned in full force, but it didn’t stop Young Saeng from cocking his gun and taking the safety off it. Hyun Joong turned to Young Saeng, and put a hand on his arm trying to calm him down.

“Well I don’t see why we can’t be neighborly, and have at least one dinner together huh?” the man said as he moved around the area, before sitting down on the chair. His people moved closer to him, and sat down on the chairs and floors around him; Hyun Joong turned to Jung Min signaling for him to watch them, and he grabbed Young Saeng’s hand pulling him into their bedroom.

“Young Saeng ssi let’s have one dinner with them…” The second the words came out of his mouth, Young Saeng shook his head.

“No… I want them gone Hyun Joong ssi.” Hyun Joong stepped closer, but Young Saeng shook his head even harder.

“NO..! I want them gone… I want them gone, if we let them stay, then they will keep coming over. I only have enough supplies for the six of us to make it six months, if we feed all of those people we will not make it. I don’t want us to go out there until we have to no other choice…” Hyun Joong pulled Young Saeng into his arms, as he noticed his love starting to tear.

“Please… please make them go away… I can’t go through that again; I can’t lose any more people… please…” Hyun Joong pulled him tighter against him; he wasn’t sure what to do, he knew that man wasn’t going to leave, but he didn’t want Young Saeng to be upset either, and obviously Young Saeng comes first. However, he still need to get that man out of the apartment, and if eating one dinner with him and their group will make him leave, then so be it; pulling away slightly he made Young Saeng look at him.

“Let’s have one dinner with them…” Hyun Joong knew Young Saeng was going to oppose, but he cut him off before he could voice it out.

“No, no, no… listen to me… Let’s eat one dinner with them, and that it; it will get them out of the apartment, and then if they come back we won’t answer okay? Let’s just do this to get them out of here, and we will go from there; if they keep persisting then we will block off their floor, like we were going to do with the first floor. It will pretty much be the same thing, it is just we won’t have the roaming space that we would like to.  What do you say huh?” Hyun Joong hoped that his love would answer him; instead of snapping like he knows his love wanted to do. Finally Young Saeng nodded, and Hyun Joong let out a sigh of relief.

“Alright let’s go back out there okay… and please promise me that you will keep your cool.” Young Saeng rolled his eyes, but nodded anyway.

Oh why must I make things hard for them, sometimes I get mad at myself. XD
