Sulli’s POV

I was very angry when he threw his kimbap into the ground. What’s wrong with him? I should be the one who was angry, not him. I was about to forgive him, but he’s angry with me back. Fine, he didn’t need my forgiveness, so I didn’t need his apology. I couldn’t take my anger, so I slapped him. Then ran away. I ran away because I was scared after slapping him. I was afraid of being hit by him. So running away is a best solution. This slap was pretty hard, I didn’t mean slap him that hard. I wonder what his reaction after that. I will die for sure if he gets angry.

When I was running to the play ground, I heard someone called my name “Sulli, Sulli, wait” I looked back and realized it’s Minho oppa. He was following me.

-          Yes, oppa? – I said

-          I know Taemin sometimes is rude to you, but don’t misunderstand him. He’s a good boy – Minho oppa said

-          I know, but I can’t stand with his action just now – I said

-          It may because he never be got scolded by anyone. He’s just angry a little bit – Minho oppa said

-          You are so kind, I hope every boy would be like you – I said

-          Next time , make kimbap for me, it’s yummy – he smiled widely

I nodded and smiled to him. I must say he has a warm smile, that lighten up my awful life.  Now I get closer to Minho oppa. It’s a beginning, right? He’s my ideal boyfriend who is kind, handsome, enthusiastic. He gave me his handkerchief to wipe tears on my face. Whenever I got trouble, he came up and helped me. 

Taemin’s POV

Both of them left me alone at the roof. From the roof, I saw they’re talking happily, then Minho hyung gave her his handkerchief. Great, I never plan to help them closer, now they get closer. My plan is totally bankrupted. I don’t know why I felt annoyed when they were lovey-dovey together. It’s definitely not because of her, only for my hyung.

I went back to my class, and saw her doing her homework. She didn’t looked at me just once. I kicked her table lightly, but she ignored me. She kept doing her work, pretend to nothing around her. No girl dare to ignore me, what does she think who she is? A goddess, or something. Fine, if she wants to a ice war with me, he will play this game with her. Our ice war game began.

Nobody’s POV

Since that, Sulli and Taemin didn’t talk to each other. They ignored each other. And the relationship of Sulli and Minho get better. Sulli often made lunch box for Minho, and put it secretly into his locker. Sulli’s still afraid of Minho’s fan girls. She didn’t want them to get know she and Minho get closer. Slowly Minho got a little feeling with Sulli. But it’s not enough to be called “love”, just  “like”. The more closer Sulli and Minho are, the more annoyed Taemin felt.

One day, Minho’s fan girls discovered that Sulli liked Minho, and Minho treated her better than any girls in school. They began bullying Sulli to make her give up.

Sulli was having lunch alone in class as usual, because she didn’t have any friends. A girl group came to her, gripped her hair and took her out of class. They took her to a garden behind the building in school. Sulli was surrounded by five girls. They push Sulli fall on the ground

-          Why did they take me here? – Sulli said

-          You don’t know, ugly . Don’t pretend to be innocent – a girl said

-          You tried to be close with Minho oppa. He’s our prince, and you’re just a loser – another hold Sulli’s collar

They started to slap and kick her. Some pulled her hair hard. Her face was red and swollen. Sulli cried and lay down on the ground.

-          That’s a lesson for who tries to steal our prince away. – a girl said

-          Remember and stay away from him – they said and walked away

Leave Sulli alone in the garden. She was exhausted and hurt. She can’t move an inch. She kept laying down and slowly fell into a faint

Back to class, Taemin returned class after lunch time. He looked at Sulli’s seat and didn’t saw her. He heard  girls in class gossiping together about Sulli. He tried not to look at them, but want to hear what they say

-          Did you know that Sulli was taken away by a gang group? – a girl said

-          Really? Why? – another said

-          Because she tried to get closer with Minho oppa. Those girls are his fan.

-          What will they do to her?

-          I bet they give her a lesson for trying to be close with Minho oppa.

-          Poor her.

Taemin’s POV

I’m not interested in girls’ gossip. But when I heard they talked about Sulli, I had feeling something bad would happen to her. I began to be worried, and rushed out of class. Went everywhere in school, tried to find her before it’s too late. I told myself that I’ll ignore her, but when I knew she’s in danger, I forget everything, want to go to her immediately. Why I need to began panic because of her.

I can’t find her anywhere. Last place that I’ve not searched, is garden behind class building. As I went there, I saw Sulli was unconscious on the ground. Her face was swollen. Many bruises were on her body.  I rushed to her place, patted her face lightly, and called her name “Sulli, Sulli” Slowly she opened her eyes. She looked at me in a few second and mumbled “Tae… Taemin” then she fainted again

Quickly I carried her with bridal style, ran into the hospital. While carrying her, I prayed many times to hope she’ll be okay.

As we arrived hospital, doctor and nurse took her to the emergency room. I was waiting outside. 10 minutes later,  doctor stepped out and said

-          She’s fine, just slightly wounded. We treated her wounds, she can go home after awaking up

I nodded my head, and went into her room. I saw she’s sleeping soundly. I sat next to her, and looked at her carefully. There are many bruises and wounds on her face, her hands and her legs. And I saw a huge deep scar on her wrist. I think it’s been here on her wrist since a long time. I felt hurt while saw her in pain. I’ll find out that group and punished them.

I still watching her sleeping. She’s still beautiful even her face has many bruises. I let my fingers run through her silky hair, and hold it close to my nose. It smells nice. Suddenly, she opened her eyes. I started, and looked away quickly

-          Taemin? – she called my name in her low voice

-          You awake – I said

-          What happened? I just remember, I’m hit by girls. It’s very hurt – she said with her teary eyes

-          I saw you fainted at the garden, so I took you to hospital – I said

-          Th… Thank you – she said

-          You’re just hurt. Rest a little. I’ll take you home – I said

She nodded and looked at me with her black eyes. She’s as cute as my puppy. Black eyes, long silky hair, beautiful yet cute. I let her sleep a few more hours  then wake her up.

-          It’s time to go home. I’ll take you home – I said

-          Okay – Sulli said

She tried to stand up by her own legs, but she fails. She run out of energy. I gave her a piggyback. She started and said

-          What are you doing? – she said

-          Can’t you see it, piggyback – I said

-          It’s so embarrassing, I’ll walk by myself. Put me down – she patted my back lightly

-          You even can’t stand now, how can you go home?  - I said

-          But … - she said but I cut her off

-          No but anymore, don’t move or you’ll be fallen -  I said

She nodded and let me give her piggyback. While I carried her on the way to her home, everyone looked at us with confused eyes. They even misunderstood us as a couple. I didn’t feel annoyed, but happy. Sometimes, I looked back and saw her face blushing.

-          Are you tired? – she said

-          Of course, I am. You’re heavy – I said

-          Really? Sorry about that. – she said

-          Next time, lose some weight  - I said

-          I’m afraid there’s no next time. So don’t worry – she said

She’s right. I think there’s no chance for me to give a piggyback. Actually she’s not heavy at all, she’s very light, but I just tried to joke her around. I think it would be the last time for us to be close that much. I must enjoy this time. I wanted to be closer with her. An idea came up in my head.

I started to ran faster and faster. I could hear she screamed a little bit

-          Taemin … Taemin … You ran so fast, I’m so scared – she said

-          If you’re scared, then hugged my neck. Don’t blame it on me, if you fall – I said

She quickly hugged me tighter. I bet she’s scared of being fall. Now we get closer, it’s so funny. Finally, we slowly arrived her house. I walked slower and slower. I don’t want to apart with her

-          Taemin, why  now you walk slower and slower? – she said

-          Because … because I’m tired – I said

I wanted to say “because I want to be with you” but I know she only likes Minho hyung. She and me were  just a friend. Nothing more in her eyes
