As of 5 August 2014, the most comments on a Sina Weibo post is 13,163,859, achieved by Lu Han (China), in response to a post made on 10 September 2012.

As of 5 August 2014, the second most comments on a Sina Weibo post was 7,913,107, some way behind Lu Han's post.

And apparently the certificate and the trophy for breaking the world record is already being sent to SM.
