CHAPTER 15

--Kwangmin--

I watched Min Hee run out as I found myself having a goofy smile.

"Kwangiee...." Solbi said as she pouted and cupped my face.

"...."

"Are you really dating her....she's lying right? She's too weird and strange for you..."

"Please take your hands off me. And don't say that about Min Hee."

"W-why?"

"She's an amazing girl, and yes. We are dating. I'm her boyfrieeeendddd" [Kwangmin sang that line to the tune of Boyfriend]

"But...you like me more right? We're soul mates."

"How?"
"We're like both hot.."

"Do you like Pikachu?"
"No of course I don't like to peek at you!"

I rolled my eyes. Tsk tsk tsk. No Pikachu, no love.

"I'm going to go after my girlfriend." I ran out and called a taxi to drive me back to the dorm.

--Min Hee--

I was sitting in Boyfriend's dorm, still fazed over what I said.

Youngmin was grinning from head to toe, staring at me.

"WHAT?"

"If you like my brother, that means you like me too :3"

"...."

"You coulda told us in the first place." Minwoo said pouting.

"I didn't mean it! It just blurted out!"
"So you just LIKE him right? You're not really dating?" Hyunseong said.

"NOOO I don't like him that way either."

"Why you blushin'?" Hyunseong said, trying to get an American voice.

"N-no! Listen, I'll just explain it to Kwangmin and just...have to tell everyone at school tomorrow...and accept Solbi's wrath!"
"Haha, what's she gonna do, cut your pants a foot shorter?" Jeongmin said laughing.

"Ya, tell Solbi quickly then." Youngmin said excitedly.

"Mehrong." I said to him as Youngmin pouted.

Just then, the door opened.

"Ya, you guys could have waited for me." Kwangmin said, his gaze immediately focusing on mine.

I look down, ashamed.

"Min Hee?"

"Kwangmin....I'm SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO sorry, I'll...I'll tell everyone at school tomorrow that I lied."

"Why would you do that?"
"Huh?"

"You really want to face Solbi's wrath?"
"No...but I lied...and I was wrong to do that..."

He sighed and sat down next to me.
"Why did you do that?"

"I-I don't know, I just saw Solbi started leaning into you...and it didn't seem right..."

"Do you like me?"

"N-No! Of course not!"

"Oh...me neither...."
"That's good..."

"But shouldn't we continue this? It'd be fun don't you think?"

"W-what? C-continue it?"
"Yeah!! I've never had an official girlfriend, and I might as well be with you!"
"U-uh, won't it be awkward...?"

"I'm sure we can get used to it. Right?"

"Do you REALLY think we can pull this off?"
"Of course! We can hug-pauses to hug Min Hee-, while swaying back and forth...and you can just smile..."

Omo..my face was getting red, and the other Boyfriend members were trying not to laugh at me. Omo...

"Y-yeah, I g-guess we can do that."

"That's great! So let's do a confirmation!"

"Confirmation?"
"Yeah!" Kwangmin stood up and faced me.

"-salutes- I'm your BOYFRIEND!"

I stood and faced him.

"-awkward salute- I'm your girlfriend..."

Kwangmin smiled, and I offered a weak smile in return..

Can we REALLY pull this off?

My heart crashed when she said she didn't like me in that way. I had no choice but to tell her the same, it would be too awkward.

Oh well, even if she's not my offical girlfriend truthfully, we get to fake date! That's pretty close right? Now all I need to do is try to get her to like me throughout this 'relationship'. I have goosebumps from hugging her so close, and my heart feels like it's going to take off and explode!
