CHAPTER NINE

The Jung’s, Yuri and tiffany were gathering outside waiting for the news

-“we did everything we could to save her” Dr. Smith said

-“she died several times on the table, but you know Jessica, she is a fighter, still in danger of a collapse, but she managed to stay alive” Dr. Kang said to them

-“can we see her?!” Krystal ask

-“for the moment is not possible, but i´ll keep you post it, oh! And if you mind about yoona she is in recovery, and you can visit her” Dr. Kang said squishing Yuri´s arm a little

-“well at least she is alive right?” Yuri said and took a deep breath

-“I know this might not be the right time but, can you explain why the doctor said unnie and I aren´t biological siblings?” Krystal said looking at her parents fallowed by tiffany and Yuri

-“you see soojung-ah, when you mother and I decided to start a family, for multiple reasons we couldn´t, we tried for almost 2 years and when we were about to give up we found a family with a 3 year old boy the day he was diagnosed with leukemia and the mother just had a 6 weeks pregnancy, she was going to abort the baby, but your mother convinced her to give us the baby and she did, in return we offered them a home to live in and medical insurance in the states, when SooYeon was born we move to Korea and never hear of them again”  Mr. Jung said looking worriedly at his wife

-“why didn´t you said anything before? Am I adopted too?!” Krystal said sobbing a little

-“we didn´t considered important, SooYeon is and always will be our little baby, our miracle. 2 years after having SooYeon-ah I found myself pregnant of you, we don´t know how or why but you were another miracle to us soojung-ah” Mrs. Jung said between sobs and hug Krystal

-“I don´t want unnie to die mom” Krystal said hugging her mother back and crying on her shoulder

“CODE BLUE IN ROOM 0418 Dr. KANG REPORT IMMEDIATELY, CODE BLUE IN ROOM 0418 Dr. SMITH REPORT IMMEDIATELY”

the speaker of the hospital said and they saw the doctors running with machines and medication, Tiffany finally dear to speak and ask a nurse what happened

-“a girl with a brain tumor surgery just coded, I don´t think she´ll last much is pretty bad” the nurse said and walk to the room

-“no Jessi” tiffany said and starts crying on the floor

-“no! no! She´ll be ok, she promised she will make thru this” Yuri said and kneeled with tiffany

After several minutes

-“I think we should let her family see her, her state is not good, I don´t think we are going to be able to bring her back if she codes again Kang” Dr. Smith said

-“you have no idea how hard this is, I know her closely and she is like a niece to me, she had a bright future ahead of her, it can´t end like this, we can´t  let that happen” Dr. Kang said with a big sigh.

-“noo! You have to be wrong, she can´t die, you have to do something!!” a barely standing yoona said to them

-“yoona you shouldn´t be standing right now” Dr. Kang said and sit her down on a couch

-“i´m sorry for your sister miss, but her condition even before the surgery was not good, like I said I think is better to let her family and friends see her before anything else happens” Dr. Smith said

-“can you give 5 minutes alone with her, before you call them in, please I don´t think they will allow me to stay please” yoona said sobbing

-“ok we´ll give you the time you need” Dr. Kang said and leave the room

IN THE WAITING ROOM

-“what happened Kang is she ok?” Mr. Jung said holding tight his wife and daughters hand

-“she coded and died for a couple minutes, when we managed to bring her back, her brain and body shut down into a coma and we have no idea if she will wake up again or the collateral brain damaged she might have after this” Dr. Smith said

-“Kang? What do you think?” Mr. Jung looks at his old friend eyes

-“he is right, her state is critical” Dr. Kang said looking at the ground

-“why don´t you look at us?! You should have told us before!!” Mr. Jung said with nothing but anger in his eyes

-“she ask me not to, and she was the patient, I couldn´t betrayed her ” Dr. Kang said with watery eyes still locking at the ground

-“that’s your lame excuse?! You promise to take care of her whenever we weren’t around, you are her godfather Michael!!” Mr. Jung said and punches him on the face

-“DAD!! Don´t is not uncle´s fault, unnie didn´t want you guys to know!! She was scared, and she wanted to tell you herself!, and she made uncle promise her that she wasn´t gonna say anything!!” Krystal snapped and helps Dr. Kang

-“you knew?! And didn´t say anything?!, this is not a prank or a bad note you can´t hide something like this!! What were you thinking?” tiffany said in anger and crying

-“ S T O P I T ! ! , THIS IS NOT THE TIME OR PLACE TO DISCUSS THIS, SOOYEON NEEDS US ALL BESIDES HER NOT FIGHTING ONE AND OTHER, LET THE PAST WHERE IT BELONGS AND FOCUS  ON HER, HERE AND NOW” Mr. Jung said and everybody went quiet.

AT ROOM 0418

-“sica you have to be ok, you can´t leave me now, you´re my only family left, plus you promised to be best friends forever remember? And today is not forever!, you are my sister sica don´t leave too please don´t” yoona said and hold on to Jessica’s hand

-“your hand is too cold, could you just move a little bit just for everyone to know that you will be ok, that you are just sleeping cos you´re tired” yoona said and give a small smile and tears were falling down her cheeks

-“she will be ok, she has always been a really strong child” Mrs. Jung said and places her hand on yoona´s shoulder as she tried to get away from the bed

-“don´t dear, you have all the right to be here, now I know why you looked so familiar to me the first time I saw you, you look exactly as you mother she had the same beautiful eyes as you do” Mrs. Jung said and tears began to fall

Yoona look around the room and saw Krystal hugging her dad, tiffany on the other side of the bed caressing Jessica’s hair and Yuri besides her with her hand on tiffany´s shoulder, Dr. Kang on the door and Mrs. Jung besides her is rubbing her back everybody crying and sobbing.  And then…

-“OMO! She moved! She is squishing my hand” yoona said excited

hi everyone, so here is the update, hope is not to confusing... you see the reason why i made yoonsic sisters is becouse i wanna put some yoonyul time... and still thinking about the sad or happy ending..
