CHAPTER ELEVEN

SULLI POV

It’s been a year since Jessica unni surgery and her condition got even worse, now she doesn´t even open her eyes anymore, seems to be sleeping all the time and her heart beat is so slow that the machine connected to her can barely sense it. She has tub connected to her nose for eating so her body can have the nutritional basic elements to survive.

Krystal it seems that she lost her way. She was spelled from school but her parent’s doesn´t even know about it, hangs out with only trouble kids and cheats on me with an older girl from her gang, yeah I know about it but I chose to stay with her because i still believe that the Krystal i fell in love still there somewhere. The only moment we see the old sweet and caring Krystal is when she comes to the hospital to see Jessica unni. She was her support and the one that was always keeping her on the right track but know that she is gone so is the little sister she left behind.

Yoona unni on the other hand, its 19 now, and she is again volunteering in the hospital to be close with her big sister the only family she has left. She and Yuri unni became really close and now she is Yuri’s rock, she is the one that gives us hope and straight by telling us that Jessica unni will recover, that she is just resting always with a warm smile on her face and being positive. She got herself a girlfriend that takes care of her, and brings her up whenever she felt down. She is a really beautiful unni call Taeyeon she comes sometimes but doesn´t stay for long, I noticed a heavy tension between her and my unni, maybe is just my imagination.

Yuri unni is devastated, she blames herself every day for letting Jessica unni postpone the surgery so long, for keep it a secret when it was something that serious, every time she sees the Jungs in the hospital she runs away and believe that they hate her, when is not like that at all. Her girlfriend Hara has been with her all the time, convincing her that but she can’t let it go; her and yoona unni are the only two people she talks to besides Jessica unni.

And my unni, well she became a zombie, spend five of the seven days of the week in the hospital room and the other two I manage to make her sleep and eat, she says that she wants to be there for unni when she wakes up again, she Is speaking to her all the time, and the people around her believes that she is going crazy at sometimes, now she doesn´t have a life anymore. I´m afraid she might do something stupid, so I can´t let her be alone for long.

Dr. Kang or Michael, Jessica unni godfather, quit at the hospital and spends day after day looking for a way to bring unni back, his wife left him but he doesn´t care about anything else than unni the quilt is killing him inside out just like Yuri unni, for keeping the secret. His relationship with the Jung’s is ruined too.

Mr. and Mrs. Jung, uncle is at the office day and night trying not to think about anything going on at his now broken home, and I think I heard he even cheat at  imo with his secretary, and imo Jung spends the day in the hospital and the night in the house cleaning and trying not to think either, they seems to forgot about Krystal existence, and they don´t even try anymore to fix their broken home.

Who would have thought that one person can have this impact in so many lives? That only one person can make the difference.

Unni and I were at the hospital with sica unni, her condition is getting worse day by day, and I don´t know what to fear the most sica unni never coming back or my unni slow suicide, it just hurts to see everybody broken.

-“unni you have to eat” I said trying to convince her again, it’s becoming harder and harder every day

-“I don´t want to, it’s not fare for me to eat when my Jessi can´t even move” unni said and throw away the food; tears became to form in her eyes.

-“you think sica unni wants you to be like this? Like a zombie on the side of her bed? What would she said if she sees you like this?” I said taking another piece out

-“………” she didn´t say anything and just start eating

-“now I understand why you did what you did, you didn´t want this to happen; now when you wake up everybody you know will be gone unni and that will hurt even more” I whisper looking at sica unni

-“any news” I turn to the door to see my ‘girlfriend’ standing there, least her body was.

-“no there isn´t” I said and she walk to where I was. Her hands went to my wrist and she hug me so tight and then kiss me with so much love that for  a moment I thought my soojungie was back but then I smell the cigarette  and a little bit of alcohol and the thought got away

-“I miss you . . . i-im ssor-ry” she said crying and putting her head on the crook of my neck

-“its ok soojungie, im not leaving you ok? I love you” I said and start rubbing her back. I turn to see unni and she was already asleep on the edge of sica unni bed, so I took soojungie to the couch

-“I don´t deserve you sul, im a terrible person, after everything i´ve done to you with amber, I just I don´t deserve you” she said and look at the ground

-“this person right here, is the girl that makes my heart go crazy and I will love her till my heart  stop beating, because I know she still here, confuse and hurt but she still here, and i´m not gonna leave her” I said and wipe away her tears

-after a few minutes she fell asleep and so did i

TIFFANY POV

I woke up to see my little sister and baby kris sleeping on the couch, they are hugging each other. Seeing what mi little sul is going thru with baby kris breaks my heart but what can I do, how can I tell her not to do it when we both know I would do the same with Jessi, because she did it with me…

Flashback

TIFFANY POV

I am on the my part time job as a waitress and i’m super exited to get out of here, I know I shouldn´t do this, that Jessi will be mad, but there is a girl that I can´t say no to and I have no idea why she is like a drug to me and there she is, park gyuri

-“hey beautiful over here” she call me to her table

-“hi, you looking great today as always” I said to her and pick her soft lips

-“what a great service in this restaurant” she said giving back the kiss, when I think I heard Jessi and Yuri

-“I hope tiff like´s this flowers”

-“they are pink she will love them”  

Omg they are here!! I need to go, I try to let of gyuri but she didn´t let me go

-“hi phany who is she?” Yuri asked me and just then

-“hi Im park gyuri, tiffany girlfriend” OMG Jessi

-“sorry what?!” Yuri said confused and a bouquet of pink flowers fell from Jessi’s hands

-“Yuri lets go” Jessi said and drag Yuri outside, I didn´t know what to do, how to explain.

End of flashback

But you gave me a chance, to be with you, and like I promise I will never ever leave you again, and if you go i´ll go with you.
