Something Beautiful’s ending explained.

Yes, yes, yes my darlings, I know understand, you must be quite confused, if not very.

This story was long lived; took me almost one whole year! To think that you guys have stuck with me even after waiting about a week and a half or more for my lousy updates… Dang you guys really are the best.

Okay.

This was a s’more ending which meant that I crammed different elements into one whole package. Let’s break it down now:

• Haeun would stay up all night with Jungkook worried and would have anxiety for Zelo, who was leaving for America in a week. When the night before he left came, she stayed alone not bothering to call Jungkook over because she then realized that it was his decision and that he needed someone to support him. When Zelo texts her to meet up with him at the park, of course in my sadistic mind, something was bound to happen. He confesses that he still had feelings for her more than she could ever hold for him; realizing what he was getting at, she had enough and wished him the best of luck. She wasn’t ever mad at him, she had pity for him and to leave it at that thought was the best thing rather than leaving it on a moment that the two of them would regret later on. But for all of you Haeun/Zelo shippers here you go, I guess:

You cross your arms and snuggle deeper into the jacket, “I can’t sleep,” You watch his little movements with keen eyes, “Why’d you call me here?”

He stopped fidgeting and leaned on the basketball hoop, “I had feeling you were awake-“

“-The real reason, Choi.”

He smirks and buries his hands deep into his pockets, “I wanted to see you for one last time. I wanted to hear your voice without a phone in between… I just wanted you.”

You look to your left and shake your head, “Junhong, I know you have feelings for me, but keep it to a minimum. I have boyfriend whom I am-“

“-in love with, right, I forgot.” He spoke softly.

You blinked twice and looked at him. Inching closer to the fragile boy, you pulled him closer and looked up at him with sincere eyes, “Junhong, You will always be my best friend and I’m truly sorry that it will remain like that.” You kissed his cheek softly and hugged him once more before walking backwards slowly and then turning around swiftly while burying yourself into the jacket.

• Haeun skipped school in the morning because she did not feel the emotional drive to go and when she got a phone call from Jungkook he was very worried as to why she wasn’t there.

• Hana is in treatment doing fine and will always be Jungkook’s #1 girl. So, Haeun step back.

• Halmoni is also fine and her business is as slow as it was before but still manages a couple of customers who are interested in the kinds of books she has to offer.

• I chose this story to be a way for the readers to really interact with the characters and I really appreciated all of the feedback that I had gotten from you all. You guys are truly amazing and I don’t think I could have gotten this far without your love and support.
