44. When you try to cook for him

You wanted to try to cook a meal for Jiyong, so that's how you, ____  who couldn't cook at all, were now in your kitchen with all sorts of food lying in front of you on the kitchen counter while Jiyong was standing behind you, leaning against the counter near the stove.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Jiyong asked worried.

You sighed and turned around to look at him. "Yes! Now, shut up and don't disturb me". You turned back around and took a deep breath. You looked in the book at the recipe. "Okay, so you take..." You looked around at the ingredients. "Eh... this green thing". You grabbed a cucumber and grabbed a knife and started chopping it up.

"It's called a cucumber". Jiyong said, smirking at you.

"I knew that!" You snapped back at him.

"Can i ask what you're making?" 

"Eh..." You looked at the recipe again. "Cucumber soup".

"Right. Have you made that before?"

"No... but there's a first time for everything, right?"

"Well, sure... but do you really think this is a good idea? We can just order something?"

"Jiyong, shut up! I'm trying to cook here!" You sighed as you blew your bangs out of your face in frustration and focused on the recipe.
