Chapter one:

[guigui POV]

I woke up at the sound of my alarm clock. It was only 6.30 am. WTH?!?!?!?!  If I remember correctly didn’t I set my alarm for 7.45am.oh well, since im awake now, might as well get ready. So I walk into my bathroom took a shower, brushed my teeth and changed into the uniform. Would you believe it, university still has uniform

“Morning honey. Did you have a good sleep?” my mother asked me

“Mum, did you set my alarm for 6.30 because I remember setting it for 7.45?”

“oh about that….“ my mum  laughs nervously “well I changed it because I know that you’ll probably be late. And I think that it was a good idea because right now, you only have 15mins before college starts” mum replies.

“oh !! What!!! Imgonna be so late. Bye mum” I say as I kiss her on the cheek and run out of the house. Ive only got 15mins left. Imgonna be late on my first day! And I woke up early.

[Sheng Ying University]

As I arrived at school, I heard the bell ring. Phew! Luckily I made it on time.i wouldn’t want to be late on my first day. As I walked through the front gates someone lightly tapped me on the shoulder.

“You’re the new girl right?” ???ask

“I guess so” I reply

“hi my name is YaTou. What’s yours?” YaTouasks me.

“my name is Wu Ying Jie. But my friends call me Guigui or Gui.”

“Nice to meet you Guigui. “

“nice to meet you to YaTou. So do you know the way to the administration building? I need to get my timetable.” I ask politely

“yeah I know where it is. In fact I was heading in that direction. I’ll show you” YaTou replies, smiling.

“thanks so much.”  I smile

As we head off in the direction of the administration building, something catches my eye. It was a group of four boys laughing.  I wonder what they are laughing at? Oh well that’s probably none of my business anyway.

We finally arrived at the office and YT went off to her first class.

“hello my dear. Can I help you with anything?” the office lady asks.

“Well, im here to collect my timetable for the semester. My name is Wu Ying JIe, I just transferred here. “ I tell her.

“Oh yes. Wu Ying Jie, your timetable is right here. You’re first class in just down the hall and the second classroom to your left. I hope you like the school here.”

“thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate it.” I say as I walk out of the office.

Classroom 204, classroom 204. She said that it was the second classroom on my left. Ah yes! I found it.
