“Thank you so much for coming.” Mr.Sang Min shakes the hand of his final guest “Well, that went well.” her dad smiled

“I’m gonna take a walk around the hotel; who knows it might be a good place to celebrate my 17th birthday?” Aira smiled

“Sure, go on honey.”

“You guys should go home first.” she motions

“Are you sure you’ll be fine by yourself?” her mom asks

“I’m sure, besides… I have Sehun with me.” she assures and they answered with a nod

"I believe you would take care of her." he turns to Sehun

"Don't worry samchon, I will." Sehun nods

“Okay then, we’ll be off. Be home soon.” her dad eyed her and walks out of the hall

“You… Should go home too.” Aira turns to Sehun

He didn’t really know what to say, should he say he’ll stay since her parents entrusted him with her or should he go because they’re too awkward to even be in the same room? “Your parents…”

“Don’t worry, no one’s gonna do anything to me. I’ll just take a stroll, I’m sure you’re tired.” Sehun looks at her and slowly turns away “Sehun.” she called and walk towards him as he turns around; she wraps her arm around him and hugged him “Goodbye.” she whispered and let go; she turns the other way and started walking the opposite direction

Sehun stood there; watching her silhouette getting further from him and thought… Why did her ‘goodbye’ meant more than just another goodbye and that they won't see each other again? It was dull and plain yet sincere, he couldn't explain it. He shrugs the thought away and closes his eyes as he turns around to leave.

“Still improving. Bummer; I thought we’d dance.” he smiled “Would you care for a dance my lady?”
