“I need to talk to you.” Hye Ju started once they were both in the library of the school

“This is weird, we don’t really talk to each other if I recall things.” Kai sinks in his seat and gave her a bored look

“I’m not really asking you to do anything; I just want to talk okay?” she looks at him seriously

“Okay, go on, none of us have all day.” he shrugs

“I saw you… with Aira the other night.”

Kai stood quiet “Exactly where?”

“At the park.” she replies “Why are you guys spending time together? No, why are you spending time with her?”

“Is it wrong?” Kai raises a brow

“It’s just that, I thought she was supposed to be with Sehun…”

“I thought you love Sehun, shouldn’t you be happy by this?” he bluntly asks

“Doesn’t it look like she’s cheating on Sehun with you?”

Kai scoffed at her answer “Amazing reply, doesn’t it look like you’re cheating on Sehun and then Sehun cheated on you but at the same time he’s not actually cheating. Get me?” Kai leans forward with a smirk plastered on his face

“What are you talking about?” she frowns slightly

“If you’re trying to tell me that she’s a terrible person for ‘cheating’ on Sehun, then you are seriously weird. Because apparently, I know that you probably know everything that’s really going on around here, so you really shouldn’t worry if Aira’s cheating on Sehun.”

“I’m not worried, she just shouldn’t be going around with some guy; especially you. You’re his band mate and she’s like stealing Sehun’s best friend away. Rumours will start to build up and it’s all gonna be because of her.” Hye Ju pointed out

“Why would you care?”

 She scoffed at his question but didn’t exactly answer it “This is ridiculous. How can you like someone like her?”

“Maybe you could ask Sehun the same question on how he could like someone like you?” Kai snapped
