KRIS
My brows creased as I watched her get inside my room. How did I end up letting her in when I've been avoiding her the whole week?
"Kris," she said, heading straight to the couch.
"What?" I said coldly, a habit I've learned to develop over the years to keep people away. Only Lu Han and Jieun knew that it was just a facade.
Instead of frowning or chiding me, she smiled instead. "I don't think I've ever told you before but thank you."
My brows furrowed deeper. She's not really making this easier on me, is she?
"Don't thank me. This would be the last time I'd be saving your ."
She shrugged, leaning back on the couch. "If it's the last time then the more I should thank you."
I turned my back on her and remembered I was practicing my violin before I heard her scream. I went to pick it up but then I noticed the light switch. I frowned.
"Why did the elevator break down again?" I suddenly asked, turning back to her.
She shrugged. "I don't know, power failure?" she offered, but then seemed to have also noticed that the lights in my room were fine. "Now that I think about it, the hallway lights were working fine, too!" she said, bolting up straight. She frowned and muttered something like not again and darn it.

She looked at me for a minute, as if deciding whether to tell me or not. Then she sighed and explained everything; that she had been receiving this STAY AWAY warning coupled with pranks all week.
"And this began last Sunday?" I clarified.
She nodded. "I was taking a nap in my room when Lu Han suddenly woke me up with a worried expression. That's when he stepped aside and the messy state of my room came into view, with a bright red paint of STAY AWAY in my wall. That was the beginning of everything."
I frowned. "Lu Han was in your room?"
She stared at me as if I was something funny to her. "Lu Han is always in my room," she said, and then pinked, having realized what she just said. "What I mean is," she continued, clearing , "he's always in my room with Jieun. They're always helping me." Her tone went soft at the end of her sentence.
Now that I think about it, the three of them are always together. I thought it was only a temporary thing.
"What are you planning to do now? This can't continue."
"Lu Han and Jieun are looking into it. I guess I just have to wait and do my best surviving from the pranks."
Wait and survive? Aish. This girl. "Will you stop being so carefree and try to see that this is a big problem?" I couldn't help saying.
She leaned away, seemingly startled. "Relax Kris. You're even worse than Lu Han."
"Students could get hurt," was the only thing I said in reply.
"Rig
