Chapter 5: Mystery Guy (EDITED)

She looks like she’s lost or some kind of drunk as she staggers, I feel like she doesn’t know where is she going. Does she even know that there are two guys tailing her and keeps their pace with her. I am right! These two guys are up to something bad. It is a right decision to follow her as one of the guys grab her hand and slip her arms on to her shoulders the other guy took a knife on his pocket as they drag they’re about to drag her to the dark alley. Before they can even do something on her I walked fast straight them and punch the two guys. When I saw them down I automatically grab her hand and run away with her.

We both stop running as we both catch our breaths. She looks at my hand and she winced. I can see the pain in her eyes seeing her like that made me took off my hands lightly and saw stain on her clothe. Is it blood? I asked myself cause I’m unsure as she’s wearing black. I rolled up her sleeve even though it’s against her will and there I saw her slits. I was shocked.

“Are you okay?” I asked her still holding her hand. “Go away! I don’t know you!” she shouted and took her hands back. “Yah! Don’t you even know how to say thank you? I help you with those guys!” I retorted. “I don’t need your help. Leave me alone.” She insists. She’s about to run away when I grab her hand and carried her like a sack of rice on my shoulders. “Yah! Mister! Put me down! I’ll shout!” She shouted. Her shout isn’t that loud enough to be heard. I don’t even know why am I doing this. I’m so gonna be dead when someone sees me.

I brought her to my home and placed her on the couch. She looks at me. She’s afraid.

“Easy miss, I’m not going to do to you. Stay here. I’m just going to get something.” I told her and went to take the medicine kit on my room. I seated in front of her and grab her hand. She keeps on fighting to get it back but I’m strong enough. “Yah! Stop fighting back! I’m helping you can’t you see?” I asked her.
