I had promised myself I would stay out of all the drama, but I couldn’t watch Jinki suffer so much anymore. I had to talk to Minho.

The perfect opportunity presented itself an afternoon when I found him watching a soccer game. I just sat there beside him, waiting for the game to finish. He looked at me weird but didn’t say a word.

After an hour or so, he turned the tv off and turned to look at me once again.

"It’s not like you to watch a soccer game. What’s going on?"

"There’s a lot of tension between us all lately and I just wanted to feel like I could spend a normal afternoon with one of my hyungs."

That wasn’t exactly the truth, but I didn’t want to get into a serious conversation right away.

He sighed and got up from the sofa.

"Let’s go for a walk."

I got up too and a few seconds later, we were walking side by side. I wanted to tell him what was on my mind, but I didn’t want to ruin the peaceful moment.  

"Tae, I need some advice," he suddenly said.

"Okay…"

"How should I put this…" He paused. "Have you ever hesitated between two people?"

"You’re talking about Jonghyun and Jinki, right?"

He nodded.

"I wanted to talk to you about that actually..."

"Why?" he asked, surprised.

"I don’t think you realize how much Jinki is suffering because of you. I think he still hopes that you two can be together."

"That’s not the impression I got last time we talked. He was very mad at me."

"Do you love him?" I suddenly asked.

"I don’t know…"

I glared at him, annoyed.

"You shouldn’t be with him then."

"What?" he exclaimed, confused.

"If you really loved him, you wouldn’t be hesitating so much. He should be with someone who loves him more than anything."

"Oh, someone like you perhaps?"

I was speechless. How did he know…

"Yes," I finally replied.

"Well obviously that’s not all it takes since he doesn’t love you back."

I felt my heart twinge. I was fighting the urge to punch him.

"I just want him to be happy and I know you’re just going to end up hurting him. You’re using him to avoid your feelings for Jong. It’s pathetic. Stop being a ing coward!"

I turned around and walked the other way. I still couldn’t understand why Jinki had fallen in love with him…
