CHAPTER 10 ~
[Seunghyun’s POV]
I walked into Sunye’s house. I had a spare key I stole from her once. It was really quiet. I bet she’s still sleeping. I hope she’s okay. I walked into her room quietly…typical Sunye. She’s sleeping in her shorts and a black hoodie. Her window was open, but apparently she wasn't cold since her blanket had been kicked off the bed. Weird girl! What will I do with her? It’s already 7 o’clock, she needs to wake up. This is gonna be tough. I yelled in her ear…to no avail. She is such a heavy sleeper!
“Yah! Min Sunye! Wake up!” she yawned but no other response. Hasn’t she slept enough? I hopped onto her bed and started jumping on it with a crashed landing.
“*cough* *gasp* Yah…Choi Seunghyun! Do you have a death wish? Do you know how much you weigh?! Get off me!………and let me sleep some more.” Dam.n she’s loud. I rubbed my ear and got up. I slipped my hands under her arms and lifted her up while she was still facing down. When she was off the bed, her feet were dangling in mid-air. I was holding her up, yet, she was still short.
“Choi Seunghyun! Let me go!” she started kicking her feet. Her hair was in a messy bun and it started whacking my face. I put her down and rubbed my face. *achoo!* *bless you*
“What do you use in your hair?”
“Shampoo and conditioner. Doesn’t everyone?”
“No…I meant what kind? It smells good, but I think I might be allergic.”
“How can you be allergic to my shampoo?”
“I don’t know! But don’t use it anymore.”
“Just because you’re allergic, I shouldn't use it anymore?”
“Yeah, cause then I’ll be allergic to you!”
“See if I care.” She stuck out her tongue at me
.“Go take a shower!” I yelled as she walked away.
*15 minutes later*
I walked outside after getting ready for school. I was waiting for sunye when she walked out of her house, lazily, with her bag. She had her hair down with her bangs shifted to the side, slightly concealing her eyes. Her face was somewhat pale. She walked closer to me, while staring at me oddly. Do I have something on my face? She grinned and then gave me a hug, sticking her head, deliberately, in my face. I backed up slowly and then *achoo*!
“Bless you!…Don’t you just love the smell?”
“I thought I told you not to use that!”
“You did…” She had a cheeky smile.
I got on my motorcycle trying to avoid the next sneeze but it was practically hopeless. Especially with her, intentionally, staying close to me. I sneezed again until I had my helmet on. She looked at her blue helmet and hugged it before putting it on. o_O I raised an eyebrow…Obsessed much? I quickly shrugged it off and we drove away.
*10 Minutes Later*
“Yah! Can you not walk so close to me?!” she tugged on my arm. I stopped to face her but she stepped closer so *ACHOO!!*
“Bless you,” we both said together. We rubbed our heads and noses in sync.
“Don’t tell me you’re allergic to your own shampoo.”
“Don’t worry. I won’t, I can’t be. I’ve been using it for so long, it wouldn't just start reacting today of all days,” she replied confidently. Then why did I suddenly become allergic? Her nose was red and her face was paler than before.
“Are you sure you’re okay?”
“I’m fine. It was probably just a random sneeze. “Come on.” She started pulling me into the school by my arm. I kept sneezing the whole way there. As soon as I saw Yoobin, I ran over to her. Sadly, she got mad at me cause I sneezed on her, but then she got distracted. I followed her gaze to see a huge crowd of girls. Oh, they must be getting in line for a date with Jiyong. But to my surprise, it was Taeyang trying to struggle out of the crowd.
I knew a lot of girls liked him, but they never had the guts to talk to him before. I was more surprised to see where he was walking to. And why is Sunye sitting alone? Is she mad at me? Taeyang stood in front of her, while the other girls looked away in distaste. I put my arm around Yoobin’s shoulders as we observed the scene carefully.

Seunghyun ran away from me as soon as he saw Yoobin. At first I was mad but then something else caught my attention. There was a huge group of girls. It’s probably Jiyong’s stalker girlfriends trying to get a date [BFFs think alike]. I walked closer and saw Taeyang sitting in the middle with his cap covering his face. Should’ve known, Jiyong never comes to class this early. For some reason, I felt angered. Jealous? Maybe. Whatever…I shrugged it off. He finally looked up and I think he saw me. I walked over to an empty seat and sat down thinking, about nothing in particular. It got quiet. This atmosphere feels so familiar. I looked up to see Taeyang staring down at me.
“Hi. Mind if I sit with you?” He sat down. O_O’
“…Sure?’
“Why are you sitting alone?” It felt like all eyes were on us. Awkward…
“No reason.” It kind of felt great how he left all those girls and was now talking to me. Victory is mine!
“Oh-” He was cut off. Speaking of my victory.
“Hi Noona!” He hugged me from behind. After glancing at Taeyang, he kissed me on the cheek. Omo! *blushing* Taeyang’s expression went blank. Seungri sat down next to me.
“Noona! Why are you so pale? Are you sick?” He touched my forehead, then my cheeks. “Noona, you’re burning up!” Of course I’m burning up after what you just did. “Maybe you should go home.” He looked worried.
Luckily Seunghyun and Yoobin unnie came over at that moment. But before they could say anything, the bell rang. I was about to run off until I remembered we had first period together. So much for being saved by the bell. We walked in an awkwardly silent group to class and didn't utter a single word, even inside the class. There was another crowd of girls, but this time I was sure it was dragon boy. Seunghyun oppa was still sneezing, and so was I. I sat down in my seat and put my head down until I felt a tap on my shoulder, which I decided to ignore.
“Hey girl, you better not be trying to ignore me.” I looked up.
“Yeeun ah, I’m tired. Save me.” I looked at her helplessly.
“Your face is pale. Maybe you should go home.” I shook my head.
“I don’t want to miss out on the rest of the day. What if something awesome happens when I’m not here?”
“You are such a drama-seeker.” She suddenly turned around and walked away after saying that. I turned around to see Jiyong squatting down in front of my desk, trying to blink cutely. Not flattering at all. -_-
“Sunye ah, they say if you pass your germs to someone, they take away your sickness too. Would you like me to take away your cold?”
“Eww. I have no interest in sharing my germs with you.” Luckily, the teacher walked in at that time, and he went to his seat quietly. The period went by slowly and when the bell rang, I rushed out of class. When will this day be over? I quickly got my stuff from my locker and went to second period, avoiding eye contact with everyone. Somehow I feel like the new girl, who’s a nerd but still gets more attention than she needs to. What a pain.
Yes! This class is filled with members of our basketball team. Finally, something to get my mind off of the rest of my dreadful life. I sat down in my seat, next to the window, and stared out at the field. I spotted Seungri. Just then, he fell onto the grass. *ouch* That must have hurt (his leg). Hope he’s okay. My train of thoughts was broken by a much appreciated presence.
*2 hours later*
Yes! It’s lunch and I actually talked to some hot basketball guys during class. I’m so excited that I almost forgot everything for a while.
I walked over to the table where Seunghyun, Yoobin, Jiyong, & Taeyang were sitting. They all looked at me weirdly, except for unnie who gave me a warm smile. I sat in front of Taeyang oppa. *ouch* Someone at the table kicked me! I assumed it was Yoobin unnie since she elbowed me at the same time. She raised her eyebrows at me. I mouthed *I’ll tell you later* to her, knowing she wanted to know everything, as if it was written all over her face. The guys just kept glaring at me as if I committed some sort of crime. I just used a new shampoo, jeesh get off my back!
Then, I felt someone wrap one arm around my neck and kiss my cheek. O.O
“Noona!…” Right at that moment, Daesung and Yeeun decided to join us too. Yeeun smirked at me O.o Now what? I looked across to see Taeyang’s hat lowered and covering his face, just like earlier today, then somebody kicked my leg again.
I'm starting to get annoyed you unknown force, reveal yourself! I really need to get some more sleep, I think I'm losing my mind.
I looked over at Yoobin unnie but her body was facing Seunghyun oppa so it can't be her. I ignored it and turned towards Seungri. Yoobin unnie and Yeeun left to throw their trash away. I turned around to start a conversation with everyone else but all of them just glared at me. Never mind then. Issues? Why is everyone mad at me? O_O
“Noona!…” Right at that moment, Daesung and Yeeun decided to join us too. Yeeun smirked at me O.o Now what? I looked across to see Taeyang’s hat lowered and covering his face, just like earlier today, then somebody kicked my leg again.

The bell rang and we all headed to class. 5th period was awkward since I had had 5 pairs of eyes piercing my back. Luckily 5th period went by quickly since we had art. Thank god my last class was cancelled. When the bell rang, I ran to my locker, avoiding everyone. I haven’t sneezed in a while. Right then, my eyes started burning and watering. Great, I was right in front of my locker when someone grabbed my arm. Afraid to look at who it/he was, I dragged him to my locker. I lifted my arm up to look the lock while it was still being gripped. Recognizing the watch on the hand, I turned to face Seunghyun.
“Yah! Why have you been avoiding me. I’ve been trying to tell you something since lunch.” He stepped closer. *achoo* He hasn’t stopped either.
“My mom called at lunch.” I looked up.
