Yesung smiles at the boy sitting next to him. Wookie smiles timidly back. He is still a bit shaky and nervous. He wasn’t feeling very well in that huge crowd of people. In fact, he felt terrible. And he was scared as well. If Yesung hadn’t stayed with him all the time, he would have probably fainted. But he stayed with him. It was the only comfort. And now, when everything is over, those burning pliers crushing his heart disappear. Finally. Now it’s okay, those people, who scared him, are not here anymore. Small courtroom, where they are, is empty now. There is nobody but them.

“Are you alright?” Yesung asks carefully, pressing Wookie’s hand. The smile, which refuses to leave Yesung face, widens. Ryeowook just nods quietly. He is afraid that his voice would shiver as his body does, if he spoke. He longs for only thing – to be finally home. To be safe. To be protected by its walls. With Yesung. When he is with him, he feels safe. Wookie feels that Yesung, who smiles all the time, can chase away all evil creatures, thoughts and memories which approach him. When he is with him, he forgets all his fear. When he is with him, he forgets all bad things that have happened to him. Is it due to his smile? Is it the reason why he forgets all painful memories? Or is it that tenderness in his eyes? That’s not important. The most important thing is to stay with him. And now...he can.

“Shall we go?” Yesung interrupts his thoughts. He doesn’t want to stay longer than it is necessary. He can see nervousness in Wookie’s eyes. Here are too many people.  Ryeowook nods enthusiastically. It makes Yesung laugh. He stands up, helping Wookie stand up too. He is still holding his hand and he is not going to release it.

They leave courtroom. Ryeowook shivers, the echo of their steps is too scary in this silence, he doesn’t like it. That’s why he breathes a sigh of relief when they finally reach the door which leads to main hall. But he soon realizes it will not get better – the hall is full of people. There are more people than there were in the morning. Ryeowook subconsciously snuggles up to Yesung. Older man presses his hand tightly to show him he is here with him. He wants to show him there is nothing to be afraid. Nobody notices them. Then, they are finally leaving the courthouse.

“Hey, Sung!” Siwon shouts to them at the moment he sees them. He smiles at Yesung and then, he looks at the tiny boy next to Yesung. It is immediately clear that this is the boy who enchanted his best friend so much. He takes a look at his body from head to foot. He seems so tiny and fragile. He is sure that if he tried to hug him, his body would break. Now he understands why Yesung is so furious when he speaks about the man who was hurting this boy. He can’t even imagine somebody would hurt him. Suddenly he desires to find and kill that bastard who hurt this little child... 

“Siwon,” Yesung greets him, when Siwon approaches them. He can’t stop the smile which is appearing on his lips again.

“So I guess everything is okay. Congratulation,” Siwon grins when he sees Yesung’s smile.

“Thanks,” Yesung says happily.

Siwon looks at the boy again. Wookie is watching him cautiously, hiding behind Yesung. Siwon’s smile widens.

“Will you introduce us?” he asks Yesung with that bright smile.

“Oh, of course,” Yesung turns to Wookie’s face. He hugs him, pressing him to his body, to give him a sense of security. Ryeowook looks at unknown man fearfully, snuggling against Yesung’s chest as much as he can.

“Wookie, this is my good friend Siwon. He isn’t gonna hurt you, you don’t have to be scared.” He whispers last few words to his ear, kissing his hair. The boy doesn’t say anything; he is just looking at smiling man. His face reminds him Yesung’s one. It is friendly and there are touches of tenderness in his eyes...

“Nice to meet you, Wookie. I’m glad I finally see you personally. Yesung talks about you so much.” He takes a step toward him, but Wookie gives a shriek of fear, hiding his face in Yesung chest. Although the man seems friendly... He doesn’t want him closer. He is afraid of him. He is strange...

“Wookie, Ryeowookie...” Yesung whispers, pressing his face. He makes him look at his eyes.

“Trust me, Wookie, he won’t hurt you. I wouldn’t let him do it. You know it, don’t you?”

Ryeowook looks at Yesung eyes. He likes his eyes, they say so much. They can calm him down. And he is able to believe them everything. He nods weakly, it’s almost unnoticeable. But Yesung can see it. He smiles, pecking his forehead. Wookie turns back to Siwon, who is still standing there with outstretched hand. And there is the same friendly expression in his eyes.

“Come on... Don’t be scared,” Yesung whispers.

Wookie hesitates, slowly raising his hand. Siwon waits, he doesn’t try to speed it up. The boy stops for a moment and then, he finally touches Siwon’s palm. Siwon carefully presses his tiny hand. Ryeowook bites his lip. Siwon’s hand is warm – as warm as Yesung’s one. But it’s bigger and tighter. It’s pleasant. Siwon’s smile gets brighter as he is slowly shaking his hand. He feels as he would press a hand of a child. He is so tiny and skinny. He is lucky one that he has found Yesung. With Yesung, he will be able to be happy. He believes it.

Wookie can feel the fear fading away. Despite that he feels more comfortable when Siwon release his hand. He wants nobody to touch him but Yesung. He doesn’t mind his touches. He is use to them now. They calm him down. Paradoxically, he thinks he would be lost without his embrace.

Yesung has to smile. The happiness he is feeling shines all around him. That joy of becoming Wookie’s legal guardian... The possibility to protect him... To be with him... It is just incredible. He can’t imagine his life without him. They have been together for just a few days and Wookie is already so deep in his heart that he cannot even imagine to lose him. No, he can’t. And he doesn’t want to do it. Now he is a part of his life. Without him...he wouldn’t be able to breathe. Because somewhere deep inside him... He knows they belong to each other.

His little Wookie...

A/N: I really don't think Koreans shakes their hands when they meet somebody new (I don't know, I haven't met any), but it just fit me there, so don't be strict, okay?

Anyway, I think I am getting better, it has took me just two hours to translate the chapter. So maybe you can expect updates more often? :) I just hope there are not more mistakes :D
