„I’ve already told you I won’t come back for two days,” Yesung says uncompromisingly, trying not to burn a fish and protecting himself from spitting oil.

“I know but the client wants you,” Siwon urges again, although he does not want to do it. He knows Yesung deserves his holiday and he does not want to intrude on it. And he knows Ryeowook deserves some joyful moments as well but he just cannot explain it to their leadership.

“If he really wants me so much, he will wait for those two days. And if he doesn’t, he will just have to find someone else,” Yesung shrugs and then curses vulgarly because a drop of hot oil finally finds his hand.

“I’m sorry, Siwon, but I’m not going to leave sooner than I told you. And now I’m hanging up. My lunch is in flames.”

He does not wait for any answer and he simply hangs up as he said. He throws his phone away, turning off the cooker. He takes two plates, serving the fish on one of them.

“Sungie?”

He turns towards the voice and he has to smile again – he just cannot resist boy’s charm which is shining all around. He puts another piece of fish on pan, turning the cooker on again. Now he has to be more careful. Then he gives the boy another gentle smile.

“Let’s eat. And then we can go to the town,” he says quietly. Wookie sits down to table obediently and he immediately received a plate with fish, vegetables and a slice of bread.

“Enjoy your meal,” Yesung says.

“You won’t eat?” Wookie gives him a puzzled look.

“I will, but it’s not done yet,” he points to the pan with frying fish and dangerous oil. Ryeowook pushes his plate away, leaning against a backrest. Yesung just looks at him confusedly – is not he hungry? He has not eaten anything since this morning...

“What happened?” he asks, worried, but Wookie just smiles and shakes his head.

“I’ll wait for you.”

He looks at Wookie’s bright face and he cannot help smiling happily as well. He knew Wookie would like it. Ryeowook does not notice Yesung’s look. His mind is somewhere in the world on the other side of glass. He reaches out, touching cold surface. Tiny yellow creatures behind it flee in all directions immediately. An idea to stop him because it’s not allowed here does not even cross Yesung’s mind. Wookie’s pleasure is his priority. And moreover, there is nobody who could see him. They are alone here.

Wookie is enchanted by all those colors; he did not even know something like this exists. He had no opportunity to find it out. That’s why everything is so new and beautiful. Yesung cannot even imagine how fascinated the boy is. He cannot stop watching all those colorful fish as well – and he has already been here many times before.

“How can it be so beautiful?” Wookie sighs, spellbound. His eyes are still looking at the range of colors, lights and shapes.

„You can see the world can be beautiful,” Yesung smiles, hugging the boy around his shoulders.

“Come on, there are many things you haven’t seen yet.”

However, Wookie does not move, he likes this place. He cannot look away from little yellow fish which have already swum to glass again.

“Just a little longer,” he pleads without giving Yesung a look. Yesung just smiles gently, placing a kiss to Wookie’s hair.

“We’ll stay as long as you want,” he whispers letting Wookie enjoy the view of the underwater world.

When they finally leave the building, it is already dark. But they do not mind.

“Are you happy?” Yesung asks while they are slowly walking down the street and Wookie just nods enthusiastically in response. Then he bites his lip, lowering his head. Yesung, who knows this gesture pretty well, presses Wookie’s face in his hands, making him look up.

“What’s going on?” he asks quietly.

“Could we... Could we go there tomorrow as well?” the boy whispers, biting his lip nervously and his eyes try to avoid Yesung’s ones. However, when he can just hear Yesung quietly laughing, he slowly looks up.

“Of course we could. We will go there as many times as you want.”

“Really?” he asks disbelievingly. Yesung just his cheek, kissing his forehead.

“Really.”

“Do we really have to leave tomorrow?” Wookie asks while they are walking along the beach. Yesung presses his hand a bit tighter. He does not find this gesture weird in any way. He just feels it is right like this, that’s why he does not think about it at all.

“We do. Believe me, if it was just my decision, we would stay here much longer. But it’s not possible, I’ve to work.”

He sighs. He would be able to stay here forever, if Wookie wanted it. But he cannot.

“Mhm,” Wookie just growls, lowering his head.

“I promise we’ll come back. As soon as it’ll be possible.”

“When?” Wookie looks up immediately.

“I’m not sure. For example in summer? The weather will be better as well so we will enjoy it much more. What do you think?”

Wookie’s eyes brighten up suddenly and he nods.

“We should go, it’s getting colder,” Yesung states when the cold breeze bites his skin. The water is colder as well – the sun is not strong enough to warm it up now.

They slowly head to the house, saying nothing. They both enjoy the silence and pleasant atmosphere of evening beach. It is so beautiful...

Wookie stops for a moment, looking at the setting sun. He does not have to cover his eyes to watch the orange star. It’s already late so it’s rays are not as sharp as they are during the day. Maybe it is the reason why it is much more beautiful now, because now he can watch it.

“It doesn’t matter how many times I see this view, I’m still convinced it’s just charming, don’t you think?” Yesung says quietly. Wookie’s eyes leave the sun, finding Yesung’s face instead. For a few seconds he forgets there is any sunset because Yesung’s face suddenly looks much more beautiful than anything else. Yesung’s eyes are shining and his face is also somehow...different. He shakes his head. He has no idea what he is thinking about. He does not understand what is the feeling clenching his heart.

“What?” Yesung’s voice interrupts his thoughts and the feeling suddenly disappears as fast as it appeared.

“Nothing,” he answers quietly. He does not understand.

“Are you cold?” Yesung asks with a concerned voice. Ryeowook just shakes his head again. Boy’s eyes find the sun again. He wants to enjoy this beauty before they will come back. This night... is the last night here. He does not want to go back but on the other hand, he will have an opportunity to look forward to something.  

“I’d like to stay here,” he can hear Yesung’s quiet sigh and he looks at him again. He frowns when he notices Yesung does not smile anymore. Actually, he does not know where the idea came from but before he can realize what he is doing, he bends down, splashing water directly on Yesung. The older man squeals, jumping aside.

“What... What... What...?!”

It takes a few seconds to realize what actually happened and he looks surprisingly at Wookie, who chuckles quietly. Is it really...gleeful laughter?

“Wookie...” he growls quietly and Wookie stops laughing immediately.

“You little puppy! I’ll drown you when I catch you!”

Wookie gives him a scared look but then, he starts to laugh again. And he runs away.

“You won’t escape me!” Yesung screams, running after him. Wookie runs out of water, sloshing all around, running into the sand. It does not take long and Yesung catch him up. He hugs the boy around his waist tightly, falling to the sand together. Wookie squeaked when he loses the ground under his feet and in another moment he lies in Yesung’s embrace.

“I got you,” Yesung grins. Wookie leans over him, placing a quick kiss on Yesung’s cheek. Yesung sighs, surprised. This is the first time Wookie did something like this... His heart is beating fast. And in the moment he cheerfully starts to cover Wookie’s face with many soft kisses. The boy tries to escape from his embrace, laughing quietly, but Yesung pins him to the ground and begins to tickle him.

Wookie gasps and then he starts to laugh loudly, trying to escape more than before.

“No... Stop! Stop!” he is only able to scream but it is useless. Yesung stops only when he can see Wookie really is out of breath. Wookie breathes deeply, trying to calm down his heart. But it suddenly starts to beat much faster when he looks at Yesung’s face which is so close. It is so close...

Yesung watches the boy slowly calming down and just cannot look away. He is leaning on the sand with his hands and his face is just a few inches from the boy’s one. No one says anything. No one moves. They are just looking at each other’s eyes.

Yesung does not know what is going on, he feels like somebody spelled him on. His eyes slide over Wookie’s face which is in this moment the most beautiful face he has ever seen. He reaches out without thinking, Wookie’s cheek, his chin... A tip of his thumb touches Wookie’s lips. He is confused by his own feelings. What do they mean...? Everything is so hazy...

Wookie does not say anything, he is not almost breathing, and his heart beats faster than ever before. He is sure it wants to escape from his chest and run somewhere far away. His whole body is shivering. It is not unpleasant; it is just...different, it is new.

The fateful thought appears in his mind so suddenly that it even frightens him. How do Wookie’s lips taste? His beautiful and rosy lips... He leans over him slowly because he just cannot resist this thought. He does not understand himself. What is he doing? What is he trying to do?! He stops just in front of Wookie’s lips and he looks at his eyes. He can see there confusion, fear and something he cannot recognize. He freezes. What the hell is he doing? He cannot do something like this! He just cannot! He pulls away quickly, standing up. Wookie still lies on the ground, unable to grasp what has happened right now. No one understands. Yesung takes a deep breath, slowly heading to the house again. He has to pull himself together. But it is not as easy as it seems to be. Has he really intended to kiss him?
