Don't Forget MeMany years ago...
The boy is sitting on the floor, playing with his toys. The sky is brightly blue, sun is shining and warm breeze blows through windows. He can hear distant music from the kitchen where his mum is cooking the dinner.
“Wookie, come here, it’s time to eat!”
The boy drops his little plastic car he was holding in the hand, running out of his bedroom. He crosses the lobby, heading right to the kitchen which is filled with a sweet scent of biscuits.
“Yummy,” the boy his lips, coming to the table. He climbs up a small stool in order to reach a source of the delicious smell.
“No cookies, Wookie. At first you have to eat your supper,” the woman slaps his tiny hand. The boy pouts, looking at her willfully.
“But I want a cookie!” he orders.
“You will get a cookie when you eat your soup,” she looks at him strictly but then, she smiled softly. She just cannot be the bad guy longer than a few seconds. Nevertheless she is still adamant. Wookie whines in protest but he obediently sits down at the table. At the moment he does it, a plate of hot soup appears in front of him. He begins to gobble immediately and he almost chokes.
“Take your time, Wookie, not so fast. The cookies aren’t gonna escape,” she laughs. Wookie’s eyes find her face.
“And what if they do?” he asks innocently.
“We will catch them together,” she smiles, his hair. “And now let’s eat. Slowly.”
“Mhm,” Wookie nods, paying attention to his soup again. It is gone in a while and the empty plate is replaced with a tray of biscuits. The boy just smiles enthusiastically, finally tasting his beloved cookies.

“Wait, you forgot this!” she stops him, putting a cap on his head. Wookie just smiles, running back to a slide. They are in the park as every afternoon where Wookie can play with other children and his mum has finally some time to read her favorite magazines.
Wookie runs around the playground, enjoying all climbing frames. The air is filled with his laughter and enthusiastic screams. The woman tries to focus on reading but she cannot help watching his little son all the time, checking if he is alright. But nothing happens, the boy has a good time, sometimes he runs to her to drink juice from his favorite bottle with pictures of some cartoon’s characters or steal another cookie she has in her bag.
“Mummy! I wanna ice cream!” Wookie comes to her again. She looks up, finding Wookie pointing to an ice cream truck which has just stopped next to the park.
“Wookie, you’ve eaten so many cookies that your tummy will hurt, if you eat some ice cream now.”
Wookie looks at her sadly, pouting.
“Mum, please. Pleaase!” he pleads, nuzzling against her as a kitty. His mother just rolls her eyes, smiling.
“How could I resist?” she grins, placing magazine on the bench.
“Wait here, okay?” she says softly. The boy just nods, sitting down on the bench. His eyes follow her back and his lips are curved in a cute smile. He does not even notice a person approaching him or a shadow which shades sun. And suddenly everything is dark.

Wookie’s mum pays to the sympathetic young man, receiving an ice cream cone. She says goodbye politely, turning to the bench. She freezes when she does not see Wookie sitting there. She comes to the bench quickly, looking around.
“Wookie?”
Where did he go? She turns to the slide but he is not there. He is nowhere.
“Wookie?!”
There is a slight panic in her voice. And it grows in panic attack when she notices Wookie’s cap lying on the ground next to the bench. She cannot breath.
“Ryeowook!” she cries in horror, trying to find him with her eyes. Where is he? Where is he hiding? Wookie! Come on!
“R-Ryeowookie!”
Other people just give her their puzzled looks but they do not care. Her eyes fill with tears. Where is her little Wookie? Where? Wookie! The tears are streaming her face. She starts to run, trying to find her child. But there is no point.
“What happened? Are you alright?” some man who looks like a cop asks her. She turns to him, pressing tightly his shoulders.
“My... Wookie, my child...” she sobs, trying to breathe. Her head is spinning, she feels dizzy. Her heart hurts.
“My... son...”
The pain moves from the chest to her head. She gives a man her last spaced-out look before her body collapses. She faints.
