Seo Yu-Jin was always a really quiet girl; she preferred to be alone, didn’t talk much and was always an outcast.  She didn’t have any friends.  She was a really plain looking 17 years old girl; she had big glasses, black long hair, she didn’t were any makeup and didn’t really care about her looks, she was about 165cm and skinny.

She adores reading; the library was her favourite place.  She would always go there after school and today wasn’t an exception!  Yu Jin was sitting and reading in a corner of the library on a red chair, listening to K.will’s ‘’Please don’t’’, she really liked that song lately.  The library was old but looked beautiful.  It was gigantic but always almost empty, and there were a lot of books, old ones and new ones, from romance, to horror, to historical books, you could find anything!  Someone took out one of her headphone and whispered in a deep voice to her ear, making her heart beats faster;

-We know each other, right?

Surprised, she turned her head and looked at the person, he was really close to her which makes her heart beat even faster.  She knew who he was and he was really scary.  Tall and handsome, he had recent bruises on his face and he had blood in the corner of his mouth, probably from a fight.  His black hair was messy and he had sharp eyes.  The bully of her school, he was also in her class…  Everyone knew him and fear him, he was known in every high school.

There was a long moment of silence.  He then said in a cold voice;

-Aren’t you going to answer?  Am I wrong?

 -Yes… We are…in the same class, she finally said

-What are you doing here?

-I-I always… come here…  What about you?

-I’m hiding…  Keep it a secret or else I’m going to make you regret it!  I swear if you say anything, you’re going to cry every night and live in fear because of me.  You’re the top student in our school; I think you’re smart enough to understand.

He then walked away, hiding somewhere else in the library, where there were less people, letting Yu-Jin alone.  Why would he speak to me?? She was really confused; nobody ever tried to talk to her, which makes him sound even more serious.  She was so afraid; she closed her book and ran to her house.  Once at home, she made sure to lock every door and window

She couldn't sleep at all that night.  He was the bully, she should be cautious...  He looks really scary and he is known to be a troublemaker.  I shouldn't be thinking about him...  I should try to forget about that.

She didn’t know that this meeting would change her life.
